Weve used Idea Design for 3 projects now: kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom. They have always been very helpful in the design and making choices that both enhance the functionality of the space, while being attentive to the budget. Have worked with IDEA before but this was one very bad experience. The design work was sloppy and incomplete resulting in many expensive adjustments along the way. The two owners behaved in an unprofessional manner. I have requested a statement and itemized list of charges and despite my paying in full, have never received the statements. Please note that the other reviews are by the owner. I will never use IDEA again and cant recommend them.
