I had so much fun on my first visit to this shop! The service was exceptional and I felt like the team really took the time to know me. The boutique is 45 minutes from my home but, because of the exceptional experience they have gained a client/friend for life! Cheers Ladies youre exceptional!

How Impressive not only has a wide variety of stationary and other gifts, their service is truly outstanding. Kristine, the owner, went over and above to assist me with last minute gifts for 9 teachers. She ordered them from her supplier, kept track of the shipping over the weekend, beautifully wrapped them individually AND met me at her store before hours so I could pick them up to deliver on time. Her shop is amazing as is her service!! Parties, invitations, they have it all.

The gifts Ive have purchased here have always been a huge hit and get my favorite part of gift giving- the ooos and ahhs when being opened.The shop owner, Kristine, is so sweet! She will immediately welcome me in and every other person who enters with a warm greeting that makes you feel like a longtime friend. Kristine really brings the Libertyville community together with her vibrant energy!

I cannot even begin to tell you how incredible Kristine was in making our daughters wedding announcement. Her expertise made the announcement look unbelievably gorgeous and it was a pleasure to work with someone who was enthralled with beautiful paper and printing. I will definitely be back...whether to buy more items or just to say hi to my new friend there!
