Always fast top-notch service and affordable. Have been coming back for years.
Ordered glass to reseal all my windows on May 5th and yesterday they came to install it. They worked fast and it looks amazing. They are very reasonable with price. Would definitely highly recommend.
My window came off the track and I could not get it back on. The mechanism that allowed it to go up and down snapped off. They came today and fixed it. I wish I got the names of the two technicians that came. They were friendly, professional and qualified to do the job. I highly recommend them.
Absolutely terrible job. All I wanted to do was replace my sliding glass door. They came out to do it, broke the wheels off the door, had to come out again 3 days later to see what part they needed then had to come out again 3 days later (the coldest day of the year) and take all my doors off.” When it was -14 outside. They used a 2X4 and a car jack to jack up the frame to get the door in. They completely bent the frame and my sliding glads door now will not open and close. Highly warn anyone from using this company!!
Midland Glass has done several glass jobs for me. They have always been courteous and fairly price. Their delivery and installation has always been good.
Always my place to go for replacement glass. I have used them many times over the past 10 years and they have always been accurate with their sizes and on time with their deliveries. They replaced thermo pane glass in sliding doors, safety glass in entry windows, glass book shelves, and regular glass that met up with a baseball.
I ordered custom mirrors for my bathroom from Midland Glass in Libertyville. They arrived in a timely fashion, but were cut the wrong size and the installers said I had to wait another week. I called their office, and after complaining, they sent the guys recut it, came back out and installed it.I then ordered a shower door. They came out, measured, told me they would call that afternoon with a quote. 3 Days later, I called and left a message. This went on for 10 days of leaving messages, or the girl telling me she would check on it. FINALLY the receptionist said she lost the paperwork, and they had to come back out and measure.Once they measured a 2nd time and I paid my deposit, I was told between 7 and 10 days (what a joke!). They measured on Sept. 29th, and here it is October 25th and I still dont have a shower door. Now they are telling me Thursday (nearly 2 months after the original guy came out and measured).Shocking customer service and follow up.
