Pretty good service. Their masseuses are trained so most know how to handle their customers. They also tailor their technique to your wants and needs. I prefer deep tissue and at least two of the staff are pretty good at it. My hubby also recommended another one so another reason to come back. Love the hot pressure/blankie that they put on your problem area especially during those cold late fall, winter or early spring months.

I have visited Libertyville Massage many times for relaxation. Both the office and the staff are incredibly warm and inviting. Lately I have been visiting Christine who is beyond excellent and attentive to what Id like worked on that day. I cant say enough about this clinic; always worth the trip!

My wife and I have been here 4 times. We have loved every single session weve had, each one being better than the one before it.The front desk is excited and welcoming when we come in, when we talk on the phone, and we both get the impression that they know who we are by name and sight. It makes us feel warm and welcome. There is a personal touch that they instinctively give that permeates every action they do.I personally had a very painful lower back/hip pain on my last visit, and Samantha quickly discovered the trigger points surrounding the area causing the pain, and worked with me to get rid of it. I walked into the office in pain, and left ecstatic from the lack of it. Samantha is knowledgeable, insightful, and an excellent Massage therapist.We feel that they have an excellent price for their hour long massages, and we intend on making this a monthly commitment.We Love Libertyville Massage Therapy Clinic.

After moving and trying several different places, I can honestly say that the Libertyville Massage Therapy Clinic is the best on the North Shore! Have used two different massage therapists--both are terrific. It is clean, comfortable, and the staff are pleasant and professional--appointments are available seven days a week and in the evenings; a necessity for those of us who work. The building itself is so well-cared for and tastefully decorated without being ostentatious or glitzy. And the prices are very competitive. I wont go anywhere else.

Received an hour long prenatal massage from Jill at 33 weeks (Im 90% sure her name was Jill). It was WONDERFUL. Already looking forward to my next one! She did a great job of helping me stay comfortable and working on my primary issue spots.

It was great to feel relief after one hour long session of massage, Ive had many massages for other reasons since the neck pain, and they have been wonderful. My massage was very relaxing and stress relieving. Carrie focused on spots that had been bothering me and used comfortable pressure. I thought the use of heat was nice and loosened up tension in my muscles. I was also given tips about how to prevent future muscle pain. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to feel relaxed and stress-free.

Unfortunately, the massage I bought for my daughter was a huge disappointment. The therapist did not use any lotions or oil, and often used one hand while appearing to be on her cell phone during the massage. We wont be back.Since posting this original review, the owner has reached out to provide service recovery. My daughter and I both appreciate her sincerity and have changed my original rating to two stars.

This was the most relaxing massage Ive ever had! Melanie did a fantastic job and worked out all the tight spots with very little discomfort. The practice is very clean, comfortable, and calming.

Libertyville Massage has been my supplier of choice for more than fifteen years. Jan and her Team are professional, caring, and take great care of their customers. Other massage places might show up on Groupon or Living Social at a lesser price. I pay no attention. Whether I have my customer appreciation $10 off coupon or not, I book my massages (and my familys) with Jan and Team.

I had a session with Allison Wilmes today; not only is she very professional and well educated, she was clear, concise and helpful. She helped me very specifically with the problems I brought to her. And the great part is that this therapy is painless and uses very little effort; gentle and slow. Its a wonderful adjunct to any other therapy you might be using, like massage therapy, chiropractic or physical therapy.

Came here today for my first visit and Im already excited to come back. Jill worked on my knots and targeted the areas of my concern. She was so personable and had a great sense of humor. I have been on a search for almost a year now for a new therapist (mine moved away) and Jill won me over !So I guess you can say that Jill and I tied the knot today lol and will go through this journey healing them together! 😀

Had intense sciatica pain and after two visits with cupping therapy they managed to do more than my physical therapists could in 3 weeks. i was unable to walk for over a month and after the first session i instantly felt release and the pain went down quite a bit. Susan is very well informed and i highly recommend her to anyone looking for cupping therapy.

Best place on the north shore to get a massage. They really know what they are doing. Even if you have an injury they have specialist massage therapists for that. Theres not just Swedish massage but they have a whole bunch like cryotherapy or Thai massage or four hands massage.

I had my first massage today with Airida. One of the best massages I have ever had. Uses enough pressure to relax my muscles. I will definitely be back and refer my family/ feiends. The whole office has a welcoming environment from the scenery to all the staff.

Beth is the most knowledgeable masseuse Ive ever had! Im traveling for business, and I slipped and fell and strained by back, shoulder and neck. Since I still have more meetings and a long plane ride ahead of me, I decided to get some treatment. Beth was able to zero in on the affected areas, and relieve much of the pain. I love massage, and when I get them they usually feel great, but this was the first time that it felt like a treatment from somebody who has in-depth knowledge about physiology. Ive had many massages in LA and Seattle. Who knew that Libertyville would top them all!

Starting going to RoseAnne Pontillo at the clinic this past November for acupuncture. She has been great and has helped me a great deal. The clinic staff is awesome, so friendly and efficient. The location is so convenient, right in the heart of downtown Libertyville. Their offices are well appointed and parking is right there. Cant say enough nice things about this business. Highly recommend them.

I have been using LMTC for the last three years to handle a large-scale womens retreat event. They are always fabulous to work with and have been the utmost in professional, caring and reliable service. We typically hire 10 therapists at one time to provide 3 hours worth of 30 min- 1 hr massages for our group of 60+ women. Never have I had a complaint from any of our ladies about them! They love the luxurious full body massages done simultaneously (fully dressed) while listening to relaxing music. They ask each woman about their areas of need or style before beginning and customize the massage to their liking. They truly add a wonderful dimension to our weekend! They are like a fine machine, starting with Jan O Malleys expert scheduling and attention to detail, to Beth who always heads up our group of therapists upon arrival. We will be booking them again and again!

A persistent and painful achilles heel problem made me limp all day. It made me think I was aging poorly and would no longer be able to work out in the morning. After several effectively intense trigger point therapy sessions with a very talented massage therapist at LMTC named Danielle, my limp is gone, the pain is gone and I work out in the morning. More importantly, Danielles skill and patience and hard physical work has not only significantly healed my achilles tendon, but has made me realize that it is not my aging that is the problem. It is the need for me to take of myself, not wait for it to get better by itself. I only wish I could have withstood deeper pressure and started the healing sooner by coming to the clinic when I noticed the pain. Thank you, thank you, Danielle!
