I was very happy. Found what I came for. I am gardening now love the herbs they had. The associate were great. I do come here often.

I am a Publix fan, and this Publix had the same high quality fruits and vegetables that most Publix carry. The workers are efficient and friendly too. The store was clean and well organized.

Like this store a lot because I can buy one get one free and the staff is very nice. One time at the Coconut Creek store a manager was pulling baskets from the parking lot. I commended him because you dont usually see managers doing the employees job. I thought that was very outstanding and I told him. He thank me and smiled never having an attitude to boat about it. He was kind and smiled thats all

Price not shown. High prices for poor customer support and out of stock on many items. Parking is terrible with compact car spaces for everyone. I wont go back. No longer better than Target or other competition.

Publix is really expensive! Some products are 50% more than Walmart. Whole food prices are also dropping since Amazon bought them and I find myself going there more often. Publix is my last resort (I purchase their milk)...

Guy parked his bicycle on the Red Box kiosk blocking access to it.i brought it to the Managers attention and all he did was smile,very poor customer service come to find out the guy who parked the bicycle there was a friend of. An associate that works there

I normally dont leave reviews and especially bad ones. I hope this helps improve the service and that no one gets reprimanded for it. I went for lunch to get a sub at 12:30pm. Chicken tender full sub on sale... cant go wrong...so I thought. The deli crew today were a hot mess. They were extremely slow although there was only 5 people in line behind me. I cant understand how they can run out of chicken tenders during a chicken tender sale and not have any cooking. Smoke bellowing from the oven revealed 2 trays of burnt chicken wings. The gentle giant who made my sub mustve never made a sub before. If I wasnt already a fan of Publix subs I would never have eaten this monstrosity based solely on its appearance. Imagine if he had to make it with the 4 tenders it usually comes with but I was only granted 3 because..well you know...they ran out. So come on Publix tighten up in the deli department. Re-train or have a manager oversee the operations.

First of its its a small publix, so not everything you expect to be there will be there yet the staff was friendly the store is clean and was an easy and quick shopping trip so definitly worth a try if your local better than other publix on this side of pompano beach

Do not order from the deli here, they did not start making my sandwiches until 5 minutes after I got here, and I arrived at the time my order specified that the subs would be done. Not to mention the fact that you need to order from the deli 50 minutes before you actually want to eat, the website wont let you do any less, and then you get here and have to wait another 20+ minutes until your food is actually done.

Its a good store

Terrible deli employee never said hello, even after I did. Then told me they do have blue cheese to put on subs. I have been there before where an above and beyond employee went and grabbed it off the shelf for me.

The deli employees are incapable of following simple instructions. This is the third time now that I have placed an online order for a pub sub to pick up on my lunch break, and everytime they managed to screw up the order. It has gotten to the point now that I feel someone is Intentionally screwing with me. Never had this problem at any other location.

Dont buy the cubed steak at this Publix. They show a nice lean steak on top but when you flip it over its all fat and grizzle. I purchased two packages for $10 and ended up only salvaging 20% of the meat. This company should be ashamed of themselves. I feel completely ripped off. Their butchers should be fired or demoted to just taking out the trash.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I picked up my catering order only to find out that they gave it to another customer by mistake. Apparently they didnt check the order. While waiting I walked aver to the balloon department and asked the nearest associate if someone could help me with balloons. I said excuse me 5 times before he acknowledged me and his response was produce. The produce guy was nice and the manager who remade my order was great too. The rest of your staff needs some serious training.

Called 2 days ahead about my catering order to make sure everything would be correct (one of our trays was only supposed to be half pepperoni)The deli manager assured us that it would be handled.Picked it up the day of the party, of course the whole thing was pepperoni.Its disheartening to drop $200 on an special order and not have it come out correctly.The girl at the counter who gave it to us seemed annoyed that we werent pleased.Why offer a special instructions section if you arent going to follow them.Pretty lame if you ask me.
