I dont even want to give them the 1 star. This place is a scam. They charged my card for $2,936 without providing an itemized receipt (bc there was no staff that day). I have vision insurance for the entire family. Had 3 exams and bought 5 pairs of glasses in February 2020. I STILL am missing my husbands glasses (June 2021). I have tried to get my money back on more than 10 occasions to no avail. DO NOT GO HERE!!! The staff is a revolving door and the doctor is terrible.

In all honesty, I wouldnt refer this place to no one. Ive been going to the coral springs location for years. I couldnt find an appointment in coral springs and I decided to go the Lighthouse point one. The doctor wasnt there to sign my contact prescription and was told to come back, which I did but I was told they will email or send it to me. Still, havent received it and every time I call, no one answer. I left voicemails but still nothing. I am wondering what kind of business is that and I WILL NOT GO BACK.

Im an old patient and stopped going to this office because they were so expensive. Last week they called me to ask me to make a yearly apt and I politely said oh ill have to check my schedule and call you guys back if I want to come in. Apparently they scheduled my appointment without telling or asking me bc now im getting automated phone calls telling me my apt is tomorrow. I keep trying to call them to tell them no but no one answers at the office. Oh well. Dont book appointments for patients without their knowledge and consent, very rude. Especially an appointment for the middle of the day during the work week. So strange.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!My whole family had a negative experience here. They charged us double, we had to wait over 3 months for our glasses and they even GAVE US THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION. Stay far away!!!

I have been going to Coral Springs about 10 years and I never had problem. Their location in Lighthouse Point is worst place that ever used. My glasses will take 3 weeks to be ready and to get a response from the staff is a LABOR. I will tell you do not use their services. After I get my glasses I will never even walk by the street that they are. Horrible services all the way..

Very disappointing.First, they double my bill, I need to fight for my credit of $432 for two weeks, second took 3 months for have my pair of glasses and third the quality of the lents is terrible.I can keep going. Or better just close this location.

Everyone is so nice from the receptionist to the doctor. They always make me laugh and put up with me when Im there 2 hours trying to find glasses. They feel like family! Walk ins definitely welcome.

I have been a patient of Dr Goberville for over 20 years. but this is it for me.. my son has been waiting for over 3 months for his contact lens I do not believe they ordered it in a timely manner. every year I go there its new people who do not give a dam, They are all LIARS, I am so DONE with this

I have been a customer for a long time at Eye Site Vision Center, approximetly 8 years. Dr. Gooberville doest seem to care any more. He keeps chasing away the staff. At least this is what the staff has been telling me. Poor customer service from the Dr. His staff has been accommodating but they have said that most of his customers are NOT HAPPY, and are not returning, INCLUDING ME!!

My experience here, was amazing!! Not a typical.... take a number and rush through the process, establishment. This is your eyesight!! I am highly recommending the rest of my family and friends here. Absolutely the most unprofessional company I have ever done business with. They are trying to steal over $500 dollars from me and have already cost me 5 months of my vision. They do NOTHING THEY SAY WILL DO EVER!! Mistake after mistake. Lie after lie.. Some mysterious lady Ms. Love is the only one that can make a decision and she has avoided over a dozen phone calls.. Every day for a week??!! NEVER LET THESE PEOPLE NEAR YOUR EYES!! If they dont do the right thing and give back my money I will taking them to court immediately. They must be stopped!!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Goberville for over a decade. He’s always helpful and professional and is incredibly laid back. The staff are always very polite and professional as well. Anytime I’ve had issues with my contacts (which were no fault of theirs) they’ve been more than willing to go out of their way to accommodate me. It’s because of this that I couldn’t imagine going elsewhere for my eye needs.

My husband and I are Lighthouse Point residents and we prefer supporting local businesses. Based on our customer experience at this store, we will never return. Aside from reading some negative reviews and not being totally happy with their selection of eyeglasses, we still decided to give them our business. Long story short, we ended up with a store credit from a prior transaction and I decided to purchase a pair of Gucci sunglasses. Along with the store credit, I had to pay an extra $329 for the glasses. When I got home, I went on the Gucci site and saw the same Gucci glasses that I paid over $600 at Eye Site Vision Center were $375. I was shocked! I can understand a markup from the online price but 160%, REALLY? They refused to work with me and claimed that they didn’t have a return policy.Folks, do your homework, double check on businesses you deal with and make sure that they are not out to rob you! Dr. Gary Goberville, I am truly disappointed.

The eye exam and Dr are great but I do not and will not recommend getting your frames from them. The person who fits you for your frames needs a new job. Very unprofessional, I really want to rate them zero stars. Completely unsatisfied

Thank you Dr. Goberville, Alan & Randy. I presented on a Saturday with an emergency. Irrespective of their booked schedule, this compassionate team of gentlemen created time to treat me. They warmly welcomed me and assured me I would be treated same day. In addition to Dr. Goberville fitting me in to his full schedule, he listened to me attentively and treated my eye wound. By the time I left, my eye was free of pain and I was able to see and carry on with my weekend. The culture of this practice is organized and equanimous.

Im not an online reviewer...however, following my recent experience with Eye Site Vision Center in Lighthouse Pt wanted to share for others considering doing business with them.My wife and I are 15yr residents of LHP, we prefer to support the local businesses whenever possible and have been repeat customers with E.S.V.C. LHP throughout the years without incident and enjoyed the family feel.A little over a month ago I ordered a pair of Maui Jim Rx sunglasses and was told about a week to deliver, which was consistent with the other pairs wed purchased. A month later, following numerous visits to the store and a myriad of phone calls with the staff, I was unable to get an order status, shipping confirmation or even an estimated delivery date. I was told it was a Maui Jim issue and there was nothing they could do. When I asked to cancel the order I was told the company didnt offer cancellations. So, without any other recourse, I disputed the thousand dollar payment with my credit card company. I ordered the same MJ Rx sunglasses from FramesDirect that same afternoon and received them 4 days later.Im not sure what the issue is at E.S.V.C. LHP....but reading others reviews, clearly my experience with them was not an isolated incident.

This place is great. They were exactly on time. I had a woman doctor and she was wonderful. The woman who helped me pick out my glasses was so so so nice and also extremely helpful. I really liked this office and I’m going to continue going here. I used to go to LensCrafters but the people at this office were so much nicer (and actually cheaper, at least with my VSP) and more helpful that I’m going to go here from now on.

This is the worst! The way they treat unhappy customers is simply deplorable! Condescending eye technician that couldn’t get my husbands glasses right three times. Very rude! Won’t give refund. Ms Love store manager..... don’t even get me started how incredibly rude and unprofessional! Just awful

I have been a patient of Dr Goberville for over 15 years. Have seen him yearly at his 3 locations. Mostly use Coral Springs and Boca, however we saw him in Lighthouse Pointe today. When I relocated to Florida, I contacted umpteen Optometric establishments in pursuit of the perfect frame and lenses to no avail. When I discovered your practice, I was instantly welcomed and treated by your entire team like a VIP patient. You all accommodated all my ocular needs and your team is second to none. I have crystal clear vision in the most flattering and affordable frame. Thank you for going the extra mile. I highly recommend this best in class practice!

Unbelievably poor costumer service experience with Eye Site Vision Center. They want to charge you for everything including a simple pd measurement. Their glasses are over priced extremely. Overall unpleasant experience. Won’t be returning.

Doctor Gooberville strolled in half hour late, never greeted me or introduced himself.. Seemed he brought his personal troubles to work with him. While waiting, the staff were not very helpful or professional. We watched customers come in as their cleaning people were still mopping and vacuuming the office floors. The doctor seemed to find Google helpful to determine what my problem was and what eye drops to prescribe me. NOT HELPFUL STAY AWAY!!!

This place is great. I had to come in on New years eve without a appointment. The doctor saw me quickly and was able to help me with my eye injury. If I ever need an eye exam or doctor this is the place I will come back to. Dr.Agramonte was great.

Unbelievably bad customer service experience with Eye Site Vision Center in Pompano Beach, which absolutely confirms the negative reviews as far as customer service/front office staff. They are certainly not interested and could care less about bringing in new clients.

Very quick friendly service walked in and did not wait more then ten minutes for an eye exam. This is the place to go for glasses or eye exams!
