Owner is a used car salesman with a superiority complex. Doesnt listen to what you want just worries about the almighty bottom line. I had a headache after being there 15 minutes. Trying to furnish investment properties so I know what I am doing and I know my prices and his are not the best even if he tells you they are while hes telling you everything else about his life. Positively rude to anyone who is just looking around! This guy is a screaming billboard for online shopping. SHOPPERS BEWARE

Their prices are great and worth checking them out if youre shopping for furniture or accessories. You have nothing to loose and keep more money in your pocket.

Bought a set of Dining Room Chairs here recently and overall a very positive experience. Worked with the Owner, Mark, directly who was most helpful! Chairs needed to be order but arrived quickly and were assembled by the store. Held on site for several days until we were able to pick them up. Even helped load them up for us on the way out! Will definitely be going back when our next need arises.

I was hesitant to say anything about it, but went into the store explaining the situation. The owner very nicely made everything fair! Great customer service, at a locally-owned business. Ordered a full and twin size bed, both with the LED light-changing headboards from here, as well as a full size mattress. Had better prices and options than all the other “big box” general stores like Ashley, City Mattress etc. Also doesn’t hound you as soon as you walk in, like some of those stores. Covid protocols followed. Great personal service from Mark, and both Mark and Kevin were patient and friendly while I was considering options and prices.Furniture arrived within 4 weeks (it was a custom build, it’s ok!). Great experience, so we will be back when we need any furniture!Extra note.. there was a problem with the LED lights on one of the beds, and they made it right straight away! It’s LED’s, sometimes it happens (we know from experience). Mark had the company make a new headboard and they came to switch them out in just about a week. All sorted out. My big and small kids (older teen and preteen) love their new beds. Thanks for being one of the best furniture-buying experiences we’ve ever had!

I found that they will say any thing to make that sale, but they lie about follow up, should you have problems . They promised me that if I bought a recliner from them, and the cushions lost there fullness, that they would be happy to come to my home and add stuffing to soften them again.After a year and a half I called. They at first, said they had no recollection of such a promise, then finally agreed to come and fulfill their commitment to me next time they were in my area. It is now 2 YEARS LATER AND I AM STILL WAITING!!! THEY LIE!

Great store bought a new bedroom set for my son who is 15 years old and after looking for the right set at many different stores we found a great set with lots of storage and we did have to order it but it came in just 2 days to our home and the delivery guys were very helpful in getting it in to the house with care.

If I could give them -5 stars I would! I was just hung up on by the so called owner, Mark. I ordered a couch on Saturday 1/28 and was told 7-10 days wait until it arrived. 17 days pass and I have to call to find out the status! When I asked about an ETA they never had any info to provide. I called today after receiving a message that the couch had arrived and I was very poorly treated by this manager. He cursed me out and yelled at me after I explained how terribly inconvenienced I had been. I said this was not tolerable and that I would just cancel my entire order. He cursed me out again saying I would not get a refund and hung up. I am now reaching out to local enforcement. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!
