Weve added a work truck to our fleet. Not ready until the company artwork is proudly displayed on the vehicle. Tyson did some very good work on this for us. I highly recommend Signarama Lilburn.

Extremely disappointed, dissatisfied and will never be back. First, Tyson called talking about my sign for my daughter was ready. I am definitely sure i said it would be a sign for my son! Secondly, it didn’t have what i wanted as far as the message even though i wrote it in my initial order. I went to pick up my sign and my child’s name was under some other stranger’s name so the assistant there was hunting frantically and then when she found it, she just gave me the sign, which was also sticking to another sign. I came home and realized that the message was wrong. I returned the next day to ask for the write message to be put in my sign and i got a lecture about the size of lettering and how large or small lettering must be in order to be visible to others. I explained that this was personal and for my son so I didn’t necessarily care about visibility. Then came the sarcasm “Oh so you want it so tiny that only he can read it,” and other such disrespectful comments that only someone with a vapid ego would make having felt that pinch of ineptitude, incompetence, and arrogance that he couldn’t put what he wanted to put on the sign that i was paying for with my own money for my own son. By email, I went through several options where I made my request known and more times than not, it was ignored. Then I learned that I had to stick with the template that was given since part of the proceeds were going towards the school that my son was attending for his last year. It explained why the cost was so low and the customer service and artistry was so horrible. I asked for a refund and we will see how long that takes as well. I will never be back.

I called up to the store for a quote. The lady on the phone was kind enough to give me a quote. She told me installation was included. She asked me to pay before seeing any artwork. I wasnt comfortable with that so she said come in to the store. When I came in at the exact time she told em to come in, she was gone. So I talked to her boss. He told me it would also be a charge for design. She did not tell me this. So rather than pay them I designed something myself. I asked if it would be a charge if I designed and he said no. I sent them my design the next day. He told me he still would have to charge me a design fee even though my design was in an industry accepted format. I quickly realized this was a shady company and called another sign store many miles away. But there was no design fee, and no installation fee with the new company. Worst of all, the ATTITUDE of the owner was like he didnt need my business.

Great customer service and overall great quality vinyl decals I recieved for my jeep. Eddie showed me in detail the actual sizes for the decals and really thankful of finding a reliable sign store that does this type of work quick and easy.

Horrible customer service. They focus solely on themselves. Ordered a sign and the work was not professional. We asked them to make some adjustments and they refused to. Lack of professionalism and the ability to satisfy the customer. Would never recommend this particular location.

Signarama in Lilburn designed and installed 2 signs for my business and put 2 more signs on the front entrances for free. I continue to use them to print flyers, and post cards for direct mail.
