So this is my first time shopping at this Walmart as a customer, Ive been meaning to go here when I found out about its location. I like the area that it sits in and its not half bad at all it was fully stocked with essential items that people were looking for over a year ago when the pandemic first hit. If Im not mistaken I believe that this Walmart is going to get a remodel within the next year it definitely needs it, is one of the few Walmarts that still have tile floors most of your newer and remodel Walmarts have taken the tile out of the stores and left it with a concrete surface but other than that they will fully stock and the customers and Associates were very nice I would definitely go back if Im in the area so check them out

Always has what I need. Its a quick in and out. Got some new skillets great price.

Seems like their clothing items have gotten A LOT BETTER. Also their relatively more recent tool section has some decent stuff. I still have not bought their power tools though

I went here tonight to grab some earbuds. The kid working in electronics actually helped me. Showed me to what I needed and it gave me advice on which was best. Promote him.

Just...no. I hate going to Walmart. The barcode on my cupcakes for my sons birthday was scratched and the cashier continues to tell me how the store looses money when they have to manually input it like I scratched it? Asking if I really want them because she had to get someone to approve her manual input. When the only part messed up was the barcode. The price and numbers were still clearly visible. The lines were insane as most Walmarts are. And I tried to stop by the Burger King inside to grab something for the hungry kids before heading home and there was only one worker. One older lady, myself, and 3 others behind us waited in the line patiently as this one worker was making the 4 people that had already ordered and waiting food. After 15 minutes she decided to tell us she isnt taking anymore orders because shes already got 4. This was at 2 pm on a Saturday. Poor planning on the businesses part, that poor worker being the only person there. Definitely will not be back

It is Walmart...they did get a item or two wrong on the pick up order as well they were not as open as I would have liked to have seen I was in a rush to get my stuff and get home to get to work. However there service when I came in was well!

Ordered a chromebook online and came over to this Walmart to pick it up. The staff was courteous and friendly. I drove into the pickup point and was out in no time. Great experience, efficient staff and of course swift delivery of services. Expect me soon

Went in Walmart to get some aspirin. Had to ask a Walmart worker where the aspirin was located in the store. She was pleasant and gave us directions. Got the aspirin and headed to checkout. Overall, it was good experience. No issues.

I go here all the time. This place usually isnt too bad. Of course, being the cheapest market means more people are likely to shop here, but I tend to manage not to get stuck in the lines.I will warn! If you come between the time of 9:00 Pm - 11:00 Pm you may find yourself stuck waiting in a line going way past the freezer section. So be mindful... if you see a lot of cars, more than likely its packed inside and you may not want to deal with the trouble...When its super busy here I usually go to Kroger. Their prices are up by 1-5$ on various items, but sometimes you just want to go home and relax, time is money.

Be careful when ringing your purchases up on the self serve registers. Ive noticed lately that some people ring things up, bag it and walk out the door without paying. This has happened to me twice at this location within 4 visits.

I dont even know how you rate Walmart, its Walmart 😂..but OK, Ill try. They are fully stocked most of the time. Their produce section us fresh, the associates are cool for the most part, but riddle me this. Why no matter what state or city in America youre in why is there like 50 registers and two cashiers🤣🤣 Get it together WALMART #Respectfully

Im not a fan of Walmart and only go in maybe once every six months and maybe not even that often. It seems like they hire incompetent people who barely understand your needs. Even in the predominantly white areas they have 2 lanes open and 50 million people. So imagine going to the Walmart in a predominantly black area. Customer service is sub par, the lines are wrapped around the store. Its makes better sense to go to Kroger and Publix.

Now it may be because the store hadnt received a delivery but several shelves werent stocked. Chilled fruit was old and watery. Bread isle was missing several brands, even their own brand was missing. The up keep of the general store just wasnt there. I used to like going there, but lately Ive been thinking that I will drive out of my way to go to another Walmart, maybe even try Target.

Online to in-store pick-up was on time, order fufilled, completed, and satisfyed! 😷🏅🛍🛒😍

Today visited the Walmart for pick up . After reaching went inside the Walmart and it’s very difficult to find the pick up kiosk. Finally found this Walmart still not used Kiosk for automatic pick up and it still follow manual pick up location and need to wait for some time . Apart from that this Walmart is different from others as the location map inside for pharmacy’s, automobile, kids map are completely different. Took time to find where to find the item . Less crowded and quick checkout.

The Chamblee Tucker Road Walmart Super Center is an old dependable go to store... It offers a great range of products @ reasonable prices... The young lady in self checkout was so sweet; however, the man who checked my receipt and all my BAGS when I was leaving was the issue for me. Its 12:48 pm and I guess because I was wrapping my $16.88 Yankee candles to insure they dont break, he wanted to single me out and thoroughly check my bags.. definitely disgusted 😒

Money center supposed to close at 8pm got there by 7:32 and the lady at the counter told me it was closed and even ask another lady if she wanted to do it/deal with it .and said no .then she told me I could go and try in another store... the costumer services its beyond unprofessional!

Huge lines. EVERY time. No matter what time. Also Id you are trying to find any clothing, especially pants, but honestly EVERYTHING there. Check the tag inside the clothing. I probably only found 2 things that had the correct sized item to hanger. Made it impossible to find anything.

I had an order to pick up there. First time. Followed the signs. Checked by calling number posted. A sweet girl answered & got my info. She brought out my order. Very courteous & prompt!!

This Walmart Gets more Crowded More then the one on Lawrenceville in Lilburn on Sundays Its convient for me Cause its my Local Walmart and I pretty much know where everything I need is at which saves me Time and energy Im gonna need on line cause them lines do get ridiculous on Sunday in this location if you can avoid Sundays I would recommend that.. it seems like monday or Tuesday is best day when Walmart be stocked and loaded due to a much slow in traffic

I went there to pick up an online order which was a brand new lawn mower, and the associate that helped me I think name was Andrew. Andrew was so kind and pleasant and polite and customer service skills was so amazing which is very hard to find and retail nowadays.I just want to give Andrew a shout out and say thank you so much for your hard work and your great customer service and that it did not go unrecognized.

This person in auto section just getting mad at us for asking to change for oil. Loyal customer but getting mad out of nowhere just make me not want to go here anymore. Use to be nice worker now it just mean.

I have lived in Lierburn for several years. I go to this Wal-Mart twice a week and the staff are mostly friendly. Today I met a particularly bad manager. When the cashier encountered a problem and asked for help, she came with an unhappy expression, did not solve any problems for me or even left without waiting for me to finish. She is a black woman with long curly hair, her hair covering her name card, I only see her name starts with L, Im not sure whether the name starts with Loun... or Lu..., please dont ask this manager to solve any problems. I dont understand why such a person who cant solve customer problems becomes a manager? If you dont have a smiling face, please have the ability to work as a manager.

Very nice and had everything we needed. Lines moved fast and was offered help from a few of the employees.

I have been using walmart pickup for over 3 years now I have spent thousands of dollars in grocery pickup alone I have a family of 6 so our orders are always large and at very least $200 but they did not care to give even a little bit of good customer service when my pickup order was delayed they just said it was cancelled and my things put back. I have had to call them at least 5 times and they still won’t give me my order and said it would take 3-5 days to get my money back. I have kids to feed and work 6 days a week I don’t have time to go in the store because they simply don’t want to do there job. I am incredibly livid and disappointed, I use to swear by there pick up services but I will just take my money to kroger or publix I will end up spending more but that’s fine if it gives me good service! This has been a nightmare.

Its Walmart, if you have high expectations youre in the wrong store. Customers need to be more respectful, dont unfold clothes then throw them on the shelf. If you change your mind about milk dont put it on the coffee shelf, put it back where you got it

Walmart is as usual. But i always like to go Lilburn walmart though there is one near jimmu carter road.

Finding a parking spot was a bit of a challenge with all the shopping carts NOT put away. The cosmetic selection is rather large, which is always good. The two sets of self checkout areas are large and always clean. The new medium sized drinks coolers with the moving lights are eye catching. It seems like most of their selections from fruits to eyewear are rather large, so thanks for all the varieties. The night staff here are pretty friendly (the lady from New Orleans gets 2 thumbs up) and I appreciate that they are always clean.

My disabled mother had her first outing today. The greeter and another associate were so nice. They made sure to find her a cart that was charged. It really made her day.

Its always OK at Wal-Mart,I had a couple of tires change.Please stop charging hidden fees.Like state fee, or Mps fee wich is about tire air sensor, I was told.My car is a 1995 it has not sensor,still they charge for it.The person helping did not know what was state fee buy she said, welcome to the US.Peoples lets start paying attention, theyre screwing us. Like you would say, in your face.

*First, I want to say I like Walmart- I used to be a vendor for their marketing department (advertising) and have spent a LOT of time in various locations in the south.*We moved here a few months ago and this is the closest Walmart. Really disappointing. The shelves are bare every time I go there- at first I thought it was because they were working on a new layout, but 4 months later even the Walmart brands are regularly out of stock. The employees are very nice the few times Ive had to have help, but that is little consolation when I want to get all my errands done in one place. AND... The self checkouts are rarely working for cash payments, but they wont accept my debit card 99% of the time. The poor associate working self checkout has to check me ( and a line of other people) out at the register. Not exactly the time and labor savings self checkouts are supposed to be. I dont have this problem at other Walmarts in the area so I dont understand why this particular location is so bad.

Its a Walmart! Self checkout lanes are pretty fast. Easy to get around and like most Walmarts, they have the most random things. I definitely appreciate the variety of strange foods they have.

Although the supplies of some things are limited, Walmart does a good job of providing a range of products of varying prices so that just about anyone can afford to buy what they need. Go early to avoid the crowds.

I would give this store zero stars if I could! Ordered food for pickup and did not receive my items! Had to go into the store to speak to a manager (Mike) who truly did not help me at all! Simply said we can not give you the groceries you ordered and payed for. Go home and request an refund. After going back and forth he finally took the time to issue a refund. Still no groceries! I will just shop somewhere else! Never again!

There could be better help for handicap, it is hard for them to get thru lines.

Young Lady in jewelry was very patent as I looked at earrings and left with none. However, merchandise was very disarrayed throughout the store. And as usual the checkout belts were DISCUSSING.

Most products for home repair & packaging is cheaper than Home Depot! The employees not all of them do not want to be bother. In most cases I prefer to pay higher prices on somethings to get excellent customer service. Thank you

This place is amazing. It is huge and has everything. Employees were friendly and asked if we needed help. Prices are reasonable. Nice place to find a gift for someone who drinks.

The General Manager nor District Manager care about this store. There are never enough cashiers, the stock is often missing in certain areas and the staff is not helpful or friendly. This is a top down issue and l feel they dont care about this store because it is in a minority area. Other local Walmarts seem to have it together better than this one.

It is a great place to checking out the seasonal items, especially their Christmas selections like fudge, Holiday outfits for the family and dont forget the survey.

It was good, we got what we wanted and the wait wasnt bad concidering there were only 2 manned registers opened.

It is probably not the fault of the staff at this location, since the store is a very busy location. There are many items that are hard to find here. Also, the store seems cluttered and disheveled. Long lines are a constant no matter what time you come. Be prepared for a wait.

I am able to find just about anything I need here. I have no complaints.

Outside of produce Walmart is amazing. But the produce is so bad I couldnt give it a higher rating. Customers want to come in and get all of their needs met. But if a customer has to go to another store (which I had to) it can be very inconvenient. I normally dont post like this but it a common theme for Walmart to have poor produce and enough is enough

Many check outlines were closed. They really encourage self check out but the lines are very long.

I am really impressive about the employees of this location so far. They are so nice and knowledgeable. I wonder if Walmart is trying to improve their customer service, but it is much better than ever.I would love to mention a young guy at the electric department, he was so nice, polite, willing to help, and so kind. He made me feel like I stepped in a luxury store instead of a usual Walmart that I ever knew. Additionally, the manager of Auto department and Khalil, they tried their best to help, support, explain everything to just satisfy the customers. I highly recommend this Walmart location. It would made your day, when you have a problem with your car but some people with knowledge assisting you all over so that you can go home with a pleasant. It is amazing and blessing. Wishing all Walmart locations also can improve their stores like this way. Thank you, great job guys!

I dropped my car off having never been there. My last few Walmart Auti center experiences have left me wondering if I could trust them to do what they did they were doing. I was NOT disappointed. After I had called and talked to Noah about tire size and availability, I went straight there. I walked in, said I called about tires. But behind the desk (Noah) said to another associate this is the guy I was telling you about. That associate (Terry) told me to pull my car up and theyd get right to it. Smythe associate took my keys and stuff hed be about an hour. Both guys were confident and very relaxed, which, made me feel confident that my car was being taken care of. When I returned to pick my car up, the guy that took my keys, threw his hand up and waved at me from across the shop, the young lady that was begging the desk, NEW MY NAME with me telling her. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Walmart Auto center at Lilburn is where I will be going from now own.

Had to replace lawn mower battery. It was very nice to have a knowledgeable Dept. Manager (Terry) assist us, which made the visit quite pleasant!

Auto shop is horrible. Avery is good. The females are good but the system if letting the mechanics write up your order is horrible. I was first and the mechanic bypassed me and wrote up last. I also had to order tires online because this store never had the tire in stock

The store was very clean, organized and most isles were well stocked. The staff was very helpful and friendly and helped me find were to find what I needed. The other costumers wore there masks and kept 6 feet apart.

Hands-down best Walmart I order for delivery all the time they make awesome substitutions everything‘s always fresh and quality they even call me after the delivery to make sure everything is OK if something is missing they bring it back within one hour no complaints on this one

I was very pleased w/this Walmart having what I needed. I went to 3 other Walmarts & they didnt have what I was looking for. I called to see if this Walmart had the product & a lady by the name of Lynn went out of her way to help me. Very nice lady!! Now, the lady in the Customer Service department ( it was around 8 pm)was a different story. Very rude. They need to get rid of her & replace her w/another employee like Lynn.
