Stopped in to make a couple copies. The staff was super helpful and Jay in the printer area was very professional and great at managing lots of customers at the same time. I would stop here again for future print jobs.

I was there on 09/12 in the afternoon to pick up my order of business cards, but the service I received, especially from their manager over my obviously wrongly printed order, was horrible. I have never been to a store where a managers attitude is so nasty and belittling. Makes me not to ever shop at Office Depot ever again! Stay away.

Omg...today... Im usually at a different location so this was new to me.The line in which you are directed to stand in to be helped with printing and online orders is extremely long. Wait time 28 minutes with only two people ahead of me. No onetone is placing orders, theyre simply checking on their online orders from weeks ago. They wanted HELP. Theyve been waiting longer than I have. Theres only ONE person helping us while other employees click on computers and stand around the aisles. I went to another employee who was standing to tell her the situation and was told oh, she will get help at 2pm when the other person walks in. She didnt move. Directed me instead to use the self service area. Which I can not because im using cash to pay. I dont have a card! So...I end up BACK in line. Its 215 and the help has not arrived. People are feeling that if they had been in a more affluent area (lighter skin tone) they would help. I couldnt disagree because in my years of being a customer, that was the case. I only came to this location because it was on my way to my next stop. Im disappointed that in these times (COVID 19) that customer service and getting people out of their stores and back to safety is NOT a priority here. At least not here. I expected better.

Went here to print a photo, it kept coming out darker than my print file, I told the lady to fix it, she said she cant do anything about it (extremely rude). I called the manager. Manager was the worst, she acted like nothing was wrong even though she could easily tell the print was darker, she kept saying the real print is going to be different than the on screen one and I told her that I had this color issue in the past (a year ago) and the person there fixed it (other staff at the time). But she just leaned it on the desk and didnt even try to help in any way. She kept saying so how can I help you, so what should I do, so I dont see any issue, all this in an extremely rude way. I told her why is she being hostile, you can check this in the camera recording. This is not the first time I ran into her, even in the past she was rude about just answering basic questions about paper stock. When I asked her name to file an official complaint she acted like nothing could touch her or harm her. She cant keep treating customers like this. I then went to another office depot on scenic highway and the issue was fixed in 30 seconds. This clearly shows that the manager at this location doesnt care about customers and has an attitude problem. Very disappointed. The old manager was very nice.

Just went to the office depot @78hwy and usually they are pretty helpful but today was not one of those days. Employees were very stand offish and werent very pleasant. The young lady checking me out acted as if she really didnt want to be there. I dont think people realize that it shows when you are acting and thinking that way, or maybe she did. :(

I needed to print a piece of paper and pay cash.I was told by the new girl Deja thats not possible.Jessica who seemed VERY WELL TRAINED assisted me with no problem while telling this employee her obvious faults on the job.Deja is the 1st and Only unprofessional employee Ive ever seen in this location.she might need a little bit more customer service training to perform like Jessica!thank you Jessica!I give YOU 10 stars!!

Went to location I called a gentleman to help me he turned around looked at me kept walking, after calling him 4 more time. I brought it to a manager attention ( flora) she basically said he may not have heard you. After I continue to tell her he saw me wave my hands ✋. So I ask her for corp. # she than turned her back to me. This location was very rude 😒 & unwanting our business.The location was short staff, unorganized, shelves were Disarray( hot mess) no one says hi or boo to you when you look confused. The mgr on shift didnt make it better.

This store is a joke! Completely unorganized. Cluttered and dirty. Understaffed. Shelves empty. Nothing pulled to the front. And Laurel...or Lauren. The red hair lady...a rude and unprofessional “employee”. I will NEVER recommend this store to ANYONE nor will I ever shop here again.

Jay and Colleen in Printer services are the best. Great customer service and all in a timely manner. They processed my order and had it ready in no time. They both went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Ive used this store for years and Ive always been satisfied.

This is the closest Office Depot to me. I have come here several times before and I keep allowing them an opportunity to get it right, but that is a moot point. A lot of my friends and colleagues talk about how they go to Office Depot to use their binding service. Every time I go here they always mess up my books and never does the binding turn out the way I see other peoples binding turn out. My pages are backwards, pages are missing, the binding isnt the proper size, etc. Theres always something wrong with my binding. On this particular occasion some of the pages were missing out of my book I had to go back in the store for them to redo it and she still didnt do it right. I wont be going back to them anymore for binding services. Please try somewhere else before they mess up your books. Ill be trying Staples in the future.

If I could rate this place negative stars. They took 3 days to work on my some business cards. I went into the store 3 times and the cards were not done. Then they told me they did not have the ability to do what I was asking in store and I need to do it online. They should have told me that the first day when I was in there as I created them in store. This has really caused lost of business with 2 of my separate businesses.

I made a order for flyers to be printed on 01/25/2018 to be picked up on 01/26/2018. I selected to receive a text notification when my order was ready to be picked up. I received a text around 2pm stating that my order was ready to be picked up. I arrived at the store around 5pm. First I stand at counter for several minutes before I was even greeted. At least 10 minutes then a worker finally said do you need something. Not the best greeting but ill take it. This worker and the other workers behind the counter have no idea what im there to pick up. After searching for several minutes they find my order laying on the counter, not finished printing. Then they blame another worker that isnt present for not finishing the prints. The workers then have problems printing and ask me if i think they are using the wrong paper or something. How would I know? Finally they finish. They had me the flyers and even apologize for taking forever or not finishing my work prior to me getting there. They wouldnt explain to me why my work wasnt finished. So I leave the store after taking a quick glance at the work. Looks fine with just a quick look. I then get to the event that the flyers are for. The PRINT is CROOKED. I recommend staying away from the place.

Great service at the print shop today! Jay, the print supervisor, really knows his stuff and is very customer oriented. I highly recommend him for your printing needs.

UPDATED: I was issued a full refund so Thank You to the General Manager for Resolving this Issue in a Professional & Timely Manager. I will make this 3 stars instead of 1 because they do handle issues.ISSUE: Worker and Manager at the print station were super rude. They argue with customers and dont admit there mistakes. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at an Office Depot. Stop hiring ppl that dont want to do there job correctly. Or that doesnt have good Customer Service.

This store always seems to have staffing problems (especially at lunchtime when customers are trying to get something accomplished in a short time.) The staff is wonderful, friendly and professional; and it is absolutely unfair to them to under-staff the store to the point where customers lose their patience.

Im in here a couple times a month. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I use the print services area frequently and these folks are particularly competent and really hustle. Tremendous customer service throughout the store -- always a pleasure to do business here. Thanks!!

The printing department here is all kinds of horrible. Bad quality prints, and severely inexperienced employees. And while I waited forever for my prints (that were so bad I didnt even accept them), I noticed how overpriced everything at this store was. I will not be returning.

Never going back there. I like the young black lady with the dreadlocks shes very helpful. The others are rude. The two old white guys are useless dont help at all.

Had the 1099 forms that I needed, but their pen refill racks were poorly stocked. Didnt found the Cross refill that I needed although the empty spindle label indicated that they carried them.

The young lady was very rude in the printing department on Saturday morning March 7th. She was rude over the phone and once I arrived in person.

Craig is always very helpful. Today I was in a big hurry. I called Craig ahead of time and he had my order waiting for me at the checkout. This young man is an asset to your company.

If I could give this store a negative I would. Been at the copy center for 25 minutes. Someone spoke to me after being in line 20 minutes. Poor customer service. I feel invisible. First and last time visiting this store.

They put too much stress on those copy center employees.

Hwy 78 location:Stopped to pick up a business card finished order. Cards ready and looked great. Custoner Service tech was very polite and professional. Restroom was clean and smelled great!Memorial Dr location:Female restroom is atrocious!N. Druid Hill location:Is in Toco Hills shopping area and needs help badly. Only 1 clerk there to assist customers; signs posted all over front door that said help wanted - immediate hiring.

Went to order my notary stamp.they told me it would be here within a week. a week goes by I hear nothing so i called the following week to check the status for me to be placed on hold for 11mins and than someone to tell me oh yea its here they just havent gotten around to calling you yet The lady that took my order was very knowledgeable.

Less than desired management and customer service. Wasnt always this way. Im not against young adult staff or managers, however etiquette and professional training should be an essential part of the job requirement. You just dont walk away from a customer right in the middle of an inquiry to help another customer without saying a word or even following up after youve assisted the other customer. Im not Instagram or Facebook, Im a real person!
