Thank you MS. AKHI or AHKI for the wonderful customer service. She was very friendly very pleasant and very helpful also very patient with the many different flavors for each order. We ordered a couple of shakes and a couple of three scoop cups. The baseball nut flavor is very tasteful it has a cream cheese kind of vibe. We also had berry berry strawberry, pistachio almond, coconut, America’s birthday cake, pralines and cream cotton candy and cookies and cream

Kevin thought it was hilarious to bring me my banana split over loaded with ice cream and whipped cream all dripping with no top. Very very unprofessional. Employees like that ruin a quick run for some ice cream on a Sunday evening.

This place is disgusting. There are flies all in the ice cream and the managers don’t care at all. PLEASE go somewhere else for ice cream! Anything is better.

I don’t usually write reviews but Every time we come in the afternoon two employers are very rude . They have poor costumer skills.

Met with a rude and unwelcoming voice at the drive through. She sighed everytime we asked if they had a certain flavor available. When we drove up to get our ice cream she brought the wrong one. She claimed its what we asked and we corrected her nicely. She then came back giving us more air than ice cream in our waffle cone. No point in arguing so we just left.

Employees are always friendly and the service is fast.

Very unpleasant experience. I was waiting to be served. The time to even be Acknowledged was a great deal of time. As we were waiting we noticed the young Hispanic girl did not have on gloves during a COVID pandemic. She argued as to why she didn’t have on gloves & stated BUT ARE THEY MY BOSS! I would not suggest this location. Slow service and horrible customer service

I have been to this location multiple times and everytime I go there this always something that I want but they never have. It is not like I only go at the same time every visit but I have gone at various times of the day and have encountered this issue. They need to step up their game.

Their customer service is horrible. A female worker took it upon herself to throw my receipt away and when I asked for it, she took it out the trash and handed it to me. I asked for a new CLEAN receipt but she just closed the window

This is how you do a shake here!! No ice filler thank you. Just milk and ice cream. Simple.

I love the democratization of ice cream flavors at BR. My brother worked here when we were growing up and while he did have to quit working there after his cholesterol went through the roof, anybody who tries their ice cream will understand why. Its delicious and diverse.

I order a medium ice latte and ask them to put no ice. She told me that it will be less coffee but I was not expecting less than half cup. I been to over 5 Dunkin in the area and this is the only one that has done this. Cheap move and cheap manager. They lost a customer all because of 5 cents worth of coffee.

Bad costumer service

Horrible, husband picked up hot fudge sundae and brought home. The fudge was burnt and bitter. Called them had to call 5 times before someone answered. No manager available. The employee said they dont check the hot fudge it just comes out of the machine. GROSS!!! She did not take ownership of the issue or offer resolution.

Dropped $46.00 and change on a cake and cannot even get Happy Birthday Dad written on it. The older Indian/Pakistani woman said that no one do it here. (Surely this is not the first time this has been requested.) Also the box was defective because the cellophane window became unglued, exposing the side of the cake to the air and sticking to the frosting. The teenage boy at the register said it was because of the heat shock of taking it out of the freezer. I dont even look stupid and he said this to my face. Wow. For real? I would think about someplace else to buy ice cream cakes if I were you. The only saving grace was that the cake was delicious.

Asked for a malt. The guy behind the counter said he didnt know what it was. I pointed out that the sign for shakes says Make it malted! at the bottom. He talked to someone else for a minute and then said that they didnt know what malt was and couldnt make one. Very bizarre. Ill go to a competently staffed Baskin-Robbins, thanks.

First of all, out of 3 employees, no one acknowledged me. There was one person in the drive through finishing up that persons items, another making coffee drinks, and another one picking up trash. No of them said welcome or hold on, well be with you in a minute . Nope! After 5 minutes, someone finally decided to assist me with an order. Well, they did not have what I wanted. They kept on coming back to me, saying sorry, we dont have anymore . I think they just didnt want to go look! I wanted a reeses sundae cup. They did not have the caramel nor hot fudge nor the reeses cups or pieces. What the heck! Totally frustrated........ when you really want ice cream, this is not how you want the experience to be.

Preorder the cake a week ahead I told the store manager the design that I want for the bday. Order place and I also get a confirmation call back to confirm the bakery can be customized the cake. When I go pick up the cake on Feb 24 there is no manager at the store. I give the cashier my name and have him find my order. HE CANT FIND MY CAKE ! All he find is my order slip at the wall ! Where is the cake ? He call the manger over 10 times no answer.Parent worst nightmare is you can not get what your kid bday theme cake. Totally ruining the bday!
