Clean store, very friendly staff

Store adequately stocked, but not much decorative items. Very little in current holiday (Valentines) also. Masks required, but customers without masks shopping and employees do nothing about it.

Usually messy inside with inventory scattered about. Not as much a train wreck as the Tucker location is. Good place to get off the wall brands with food items and cleaning. I would stick to the natural brand names for cleaning. They do work better.

The best location. I go to this store on at least a daily basis.

We were visiting my Goddaughter who needed a cell phone charger and some much needed Eco hair gel. Dollar General had both and the gel was on sale so I bought all of them.

Tamaya is very rude.. I always find the items I need though but it’s annoying having to deal with this kind of rude and negative attitude...

The cashier was more interested in getting the number of the guy she just served and ignored me while doing so

No complaints... Employees greeted me upon entrance. They wore face masks to protect customers and themselves. Store was organized and cool. Overall pleasant quick trip.

We spend lots of money with this company, regularly shop here to avoid the bigger stores... Today, I tried to make a return and the extremely rude woman stated when I walked up that I couldn’t make returns... the company policy has a whole section on returns, I had my receipt and the product was in original package and in perfect condition! I’m pretty sure the company still allows returns? Not sure the reasoning behind her extremely unprofessional rude behavior, but not the first time her bad attitude has been noticed. It’s ridiculous! I will be contacting the corporate office.

Easy to get in and out. Typical discount dollar store. Great for toiletries and miscellaneous office supplies. Also some very good deals on inexpensive party and school supplies. Some automotive and home maintenance and cleaning supplies, some foodstuffs and candy, but not as inexpensive as youd expect on those.

You can find just about anything here.... Affordable, convenient, and clean. The employee that helped me was friendly and quick. The store is laid out very effectively with ease of shopping in mind. I was able to get in and get my wide range of items from all over the store in under 10 min. Saving time and money, its hard to understand why they are not packed

This store is awesome its a very big very organized and very clean each time I go in there it never fails to have a great selection of stocked up merchandise Im glad that they keep their clearance area up-to-date as well and help out during the clearance events they bring up the items up in front tables instead of you having to walk all the way back to the clearance aisle. Employees are friendly here ☺️

Great selection of stuff and all on-brand with what Dollar General usually does. The employees are super helpful and do a great job of not only finding items but also helping find clearance items to better assist your wallet!Would definitely recommend for you to give this place a shot.

Dollar General. Small town store with cheap things at regular prices. I dont understand why is one here at Indian Trail. This stores save the day when you are in the middle of the no where with not other options. 3 stars no bid geal.

Dont appreciate the loud rap music. Employees dont seem to care if youre there, much less help. A Dollartree would have suited location better.

Store recently changed staff and the difference was felt as soon as I walked in was greeted by a polite gentlemen Christopher the new manager was very polite they both assisted me and helped get a discount on items I was about to leave because I was short on funds. Thank you Christopher for all your help

This store is always congested with boxes. It is difficult to find what you need. I attempted to check out and the sales person close the line and open the other side. I was next but after that move I would not be next so I left. I will not be stopping here anymore. A poorly organized location.

This store was well stocked, neat and well organized, the store clerk was courteous, i really like shopping at dollar general stores and this one was no exception.

This Dollar General was clean, well stocked and the help seemed busy but available to help.

I forgot my card at home after being in the hospital all night for my daughter and needed to go home and get my card and the cashier actually kept my stuff up at the register and waited for my husband to go back and pay. So nice!

Man i really really like dollar general stores they actually have great name brand things to sell and this store is well stocked and well organized, clean it was actually an enjoyable experience being in there.

Never in my life have I ever had to call the corporate office for any store, restaurant, etc. The manager on today’s visit should not have that position. If there is no one at the cash register for a minute or longer do I not have a right to say hello to see if there is anyone available?As soon as she came to the cash register she aggressively and rudely told me, NOT ASKED me if i did not hear her say she’ll be right up. I told her ring me up then bc I’m not taking your attitude today and we went back and forth.... IN FRONT OF MY DAUGHTER and a customer behind me who was waiting for service as well.I shop at another DG location bc the other location rarely has expired food on the shelves and they actually greet and help the customers. I can’t say the Same about this location.I stand by everything I said to this rude, disrespectful woman and I hope she takes a training course on talking to customers, no matter what age. I’m bringing up age bc she was more than likely in her 50’s or 60’s with an attitude of a rebellious teenager kid you not. If I have to respect my coworkers and most importantly my clients, SO DOES SHE! I will still shop at DG, they have great deals but not this location. Worst costumer service I ever received in my life. And I hope the district manager keeps his word and handle this manager accordingly. She also refused to service me and ring up my items knowing all well she was the one who started the whole ordeal. Shame on her and whoever thought it was a good idea to promote her.
