Never again will I visit this place...If you want to pay $150 for a 1/4 cord of wood by all means come here. Barely filling a 6ft bed truck is not a 1/2 cord. So many inconsistencies at this place with getting wood, soil or gravel over the years has led me to place this review today. Im a health care provider and our place of business is supported by customer reviews. I would hope you consider not doing business at this establishment even for convince sake as they are not honest with their costumers.
This is a half review. As many have said, the customer service woman was not helpful at all and a little short and snippy. I will update my review once I go to the location to conduct business (quotes) to see if anything is different.
Staff is knowledgeable and courteous and prices for mulch delivered are very competitive.
This was the second place we checked and they had a better selection of landscaping material. We called the next day and they got our order delivered by 1:00, very nice and professional company.
Great pricing and service from local reputable company
Excellent quality of landscape materials for a very good price! I highly recommend Brysons for landscapers and residential needs
I arrived at 4:44 to buy 70 pieces of firewood. The loader decided he wants to cuz me out while Im backing up to the firewood.Such a simple process and I dont appreciate being cursed at like Im an animal.
Great selection of rock, soil and mulch. Expertly loaded.Best pinestraw in town.
Staff was nice. Recently purchased firewood- I asked if it was seasoned, as some pieces felt pretty heavy still.Cold weekend, go to burn, nothing will burn properly can hear the water boiling off the ends.Disappointed- this wood won’t be ready till next winter.Wasted money and time.

Brysons’s offers a bright and clean mulch thus far every time I’ve visited!! On behalf of my customers and I from SunnyRae’s Landscaping have been 100% satisfied with using Brysons’s products. Thanks for serving the Lilburn community!!👍🏼👍🏼
Friendly service.
I called Mr. Brysons business looking for a company to replace my driveway. The lady on the phone said that Mr Bryson no longer does this type of work. So she said that Mr Billy Baker of Lilburn ga was who they recommended for the job .She gave me the number so I call Billy Baker .I needed some grading work done on my front yard .He claimed it was his passion and would do the job for $600 on top of the driveway price. We went over the the low spots extensively. He said no problem. After finishing the job he wanted to get paid immediately. So I got him the money. Shortly thereafter it rained very hard and water wouldnt drain properly in my front yard. I sent pictures to him and he said he would come out and look at it. .I started pursuing him to finish the job he had not completed and over and over again he promised to come out .Low and behold he never did. I told him i would get Mr Bryson to deliver the dirt and ask him to bill him being Billy Baker. He got on the phone and all of a sudden he had dirt at his house. By then after his dragging his feet I told him to forget it I would find someone else. This is is a simple case of short sightneses. Forgetting that I may refer you someone else. I became not important. Chasing the next job I have been put off.
The owner is pretty rude. If you need something its not a bad place to go
Reasonable prices delivered on time. Great selection of mulch and stone.
Bryson screwed me, unapologetically. I do not recommend this company. Heres why. I took on the project of replacing my lawn. While hunting for sod and topsoil, I called numerous companies over the week leading up to Memorial weekend. I actually called Bryson three times to inquire about different products. By the Thursday prior to the holiday, I settled on Bryson for topsoil since the company could deliver a load the next day. The dump truck arrived Friday morning full of fill dirt, not topsoil. The truck unloaded. I called Bryson and informed the office manager of the fill dirt error. She told me, Thats what you ordered. I fervently disagreed, then I explained my situation -- taking on the lawn project alone, 3500 sq ft of sod arrived, need to put down topsoil before the sod installation, dont want to lose a huge investment. Her response: We dont have a bobcat to come get it. Even if we did, you would be charged extra. I responded, So Bryson is not going to make this right, and Im on my own to deal with fill dirt that I dont want. Now I know to never call Bryson again. Her answer, Well, you have a blessed day. I was stupefied. After the flames from the top of my head cooled, I went to Lowes to buy as many bags of topsoil that would fit in my sedan. It took six trips to accumulate enough for the lawn project. I should have done this from the start. I would have saved so much money and been spared the frustration. The sod is now installed. Given the delay, I just hope it lives. The yard looks great, except for the load of fill dirt sitting outside the living room window. Ive since posted ads on Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace to sell the load of screened fill dirt at a deep discount. Thankfully, it hasnt rained.
Great guys been here forever, cheap delivery.
My uncle... DAVID BRYSON.. LOVE YA
I called to see if they had a fresh load of long needle pine straw. Tammy told me they did so I bought 15 bales of the long needle pine straw from Brysons. It looked great, I was very pleased with the quality of the straw vs Home Depot. The long needle costs a little more, but I had spoken with Jeffrey last fall and knew it would hold up better. I was only able to cover about half of my yard, so I went back 5 days later to get 15 more bales. The trailer was almost empty, but they had enough to sell me 15 bales.I kept them in the garage for 2 days while it rained and when I started pulling the bales apart I saw a lot more trash, gray decomposed material and twigs in these bales. I stopped putting them out and called Brysons. I spoke with Tammy who said no one else has complained. I asked her if I could exchange the remaining 9 bales for some from another trailer, and she told me that Jeffrey would have to make the call on that.Tammy called me back the same day and told me that Jeffrey said that since no one else complained about the quality of the straw, they would not exchange them.If you dont mind the junk in your pine straw, you can go to Home Depot or Lowes and save some money. Im very disappointed in the customer service at Brysons Landscaping and with all the competitors out there, would definitely recommend that you go somewhere that is more customer friendly. Needless to say, my mulch and rock will come from another company.
Very quick to get you loaded up. Prices are very reasonable. Even get an extra little scoop from time to time.
Ive only used this place for firewood and have been very happy
