I walked in and browsed around for about 5 minutes. I seen 4 workers and not one of them said HELLO or asked if I needed help. I politely walked out and took my business elsewhere!

They were the same price as everyone else but WAY BETTER SERVICE and I am proud to spend my money with my neighbors because they will spend their money with my other neighbors and maybe even me. Buying online is okay for a purse but power tools should be purchased from people like this AND they threw in some freebies like ear plugs, safety glasses, and bar oil.

Brought my riding lawn mower up to the shop today and he wouldn’t even look at it . Tried to support a Nieghborhood business and I guess I didn’t fit his criteria of customer . Sad sad sad !

Total Power has played an invaluable part in the success of our lawn care business. We are steadily growing causing us to buy new equipment often. They always have the Toro and Stihl products we need. In addition to purchasing equipment, we have had maintenance done on the mowers and handhelds, hedge trimmer blades sharpened and even the lighting replaced on the open trailer. Everything is done right and in a timely manner. It is also important to mention that the carburetor of our FS 94 R failed midseason last year. They replaced it under warranty, hassle free, and had it back to us in great time. We highly recommend Total Power Products to lawn care professionals and anyone serious about lawn care.

Good selection of used mowers, needed to buy a basic front-wheel drive model when I was in a jam when my mower finally gave out after I fixed just about every part on it over the years.The guy at the shop was helpful and sold me a good used Toro for $190. Good selection of new mowers too.

Dale was pleasant and explained operation of my new trimmer and even answered a few questions about other brands. Satisfied with the experience and will return in the future.

I use them for parts. I ordered a belt and they knew that the pulley was a common wear item on my model. They were right, too. I got it fixed with one trip. Prices are better than ordering from Sears.

Bought 2 stihl Products there. Love em but sometimes they need servicing and warranty work. Total has been excellent with that as well.

I have a lawn maintenance group called SAO Group. We went in because we were in hurry to get both of the Mowers up and ready for action. When we went inside I asked them for a pulley. they did not get what pulley I was taklikng about until they came outside and took a look at it and when I went back they had it right there for me on the same day. Awesome customer service for reasonable price.

I havent been in to do business with Total Power in quite awhile but when I did in the past it wasnt a place I would reccomend to a friend.I wanted a Stihl pole saw and went in to purchase one and Dale, the owner said they were hard to find so he would order one. I needed it right away so I stopped by Sosebees in Lawrenceville to ask them about one and they laughed when I told them about what Dale had said! They had 4 on hand. Needless to say I go to Sosebees now.

Brought in chainsaw to have chain replaced, a week later and they hadnt done it. First time using them, will never do so again. Staff is lazy and unprofessional. Go somewhere else.
