I love this place. I bought my tires here and the payment option was very affordable as I got to pay it off with no interest. The guys are always very helpful and courteous. I love the free air checks and free rotation. They have had to patch my tires a few times as I picked up some bolts and nails. Quick and friendly service and they always take care of you. I recommend this place to everyone.

Amazing Service at discount tire. They set me up with 4 brand new tires and rims super cheap, and did it super quick. When I came back because I personally was unsuccessful at getting 2 lug nuts off myself from my old tire on my car, without any request or questioning, they did it for free!These guys are professionals. When you arrive, they are watching and ready to help. There isnt a tire place that could touch them, service, or support wise. They got the lugs off my 2001 year tire LOL and helped me get moving, again for free. Thanks for everything gentleman, I dealt with 3 different people and everyone was amazing. Customer service was excellent and staff genuinely wanted to do things right for patrons. It took us 3 visits to get our tire rotation done correctly. The TPMS was messed up the first time on our dually. Went back and they had to take the tires off to put the wheels back in the correct position for TPMS to work right. It took a third time to get the necessary air pressure in one of the tires (80 instead of 40 psi)..

Everyone was so nice and friendly they did an excellent job A+! Ill always come back in the future for tires.

Thank you Jon and Nolan! Heading to Michigan and got a nail in the back drivers side tire. Jon made us feel like we were no bother pulling in at 5:59 pm when they closed at 6 pm. And Nolan pulled out the nail, plugged the hole, sealed the tire and rechecked it in just 10 minutes! Nolan then checked and torqued our other tires and had us back on the road!! Thank you guys!!! Connor helped too!! Amazing!!!!

Great tire shop. Never been there before. Puled all 4 tire off checked and balanced them. NO CHARGE!!!!! Just asked that I come back when I need new tires. There is no doubt I will go there when I do!!! Very friendly as well!!!

I had a nail in my tire...they were very polite and very knowledgeable about the tires and services they provide. They were busy the day I went ..and the plug was Free. I sat patiently and listened to them answer the phones and the service was amazing even by phone . I also needed new windshield wipers and they installed those as well . They are quick and I will return to purchase tires .

The only reason why this is in a five star is because I told him that I was on a budget but they still kept pushing me to try to get three tires instead of one. In and out in about an hour. They are professional did a good job. I wish the dealerships in lima Ohio and take notice of what these people do a discount tire. They did a good job.

I took my car in after discovering a screw in one of my tires. They removed the screw and repaired the tire, checked and filled the others and they did it all for free. The tires were not purchased from them but my next set definitely will be.

Went in for a tire repair and balance after Allen tire messed up my tires. They balanced my wheels and found Allen Tire had them 4 ounces off. Discount Tire staff was very friendly and professional and worked quickly. Im definitely going back when I need tires.

I was greeted by a friendly face in the parking lot and had a free tire pressure and check over. Great place for tires. They also have the best warranty (road hazard program) on their tires, if you damage your tire beyond repair they replace it almost free of charge!

Great prices fast work as soon as the tires I ordered came in. I ordered two rims and snow tired fir a two wheel drive ranger.

Went to discount tire to get some tires and wheels bolted on that I just purchased. Tires were in great condition and wheels were in good shape. Everything checked out but one wheel had a bolt hole that was supposedly out of round. Got denied due to that fact even though everything else checked out. To me they lacked competence and it wasn’t even busy, one car in bay while 3 technicians were working on it. The service writer didn’t even have the technician look at them. Won’t be returning to a discount tire again total waste of time.

Last week one of my tires went flat and so the next day I drove it to Discount Tire to see if it could be patched. Thankfully, it could indeed be patched. In about 30 minutes, I was in and out with the repaired tire on my car and my dinky spare tire I drove in with back in its place in my trunk. Im leaving this review because I was astonished by how great the customer service was. Sometimes car repair places can feel dirty, or even worse, the staff may try to sell you something you dont actually need. Not this place. This was my first time going to this relatively new Discount Tire in Lima, but it will not be my last. Im sure they have an unbeatable supply of tires, but they also have unbeatable customer service.

Been here twice. Prices are resonable. Staff seems friendly, we did have a youngin help us. He wasnt too sure of himself when he spoke. Hopefully a staff member tells him to try and sound more confident. Other than that job got done in less than an hour. Two tire replacement and two new rims. 300$
