I went for elastic and the rude fabric cutting lady told me there was none. I found it in a size bigger than 1/4 . I can cut it to what I needed. I told her it was down that one isle. She scowled at me when I left. Otherwise my visit was enjoyable. I got what I needed and more since hobby lobby is closed temporarily I got the paint supplies I needed here.

Couldnt find what I was looking for but not for lack of trying. The employees were extremely helpful and tried their best to help us out. We were looking for some difficult to find material to help us remake some couch cushions.

DO NOT order online and request that items are shipped to your home unless you dont care what they send. I have placed 4 online orders with Joann and there has been something wrong with EACH order. It feels like they are just trying to get rid of inventory at the expense of the customer. Recently I ordered 5 skeins each of Bernat Softee Chunky yarn in WHIT E and GRAPE. I received 5 skeins of WHITE and 5 skeins of GRAY ROSE. I have written a couple of emails and have received no response. Telephone support is down because of the pandemic. I dont own a vehicle so it would be inconvenient to try to return the items!!!!!!!!!!!

They are always working hard to meet the needs of their customers and to keep the store clean and organized. I enjoy shopping at Joann Fabrics. I also the the fact that they accept multiple coupons.

They always have what my wife needs, and if they dont carry it in store, she can order it online from joanns website and either pick it up in store or have it shipped directly to the house. Their prices are extremely competitive and they have a great selection.
