Crankers Cycling is an extremely helpful place for a bike enthusiast who doesn’t have the patience or the time. Kent is a great guy, and his team is aligned to help.

From out of town, visiting Lima family, seeking bikes to rent. Heard that Crankers the place to go.for all things bike-related. A very positive experience from first contact with Kadee by phone.  Ariving at Crankers a couple weeks later, impressive  - the store, the inventory, the community involvement, and foremost, the knowledge and  helpfulness of Kadee, as well as her staff. Likewise, the kindness and patience with our special needs family member, immensely appreciated.  A great ride on the Ottawa River bike path accessed several blocks south of the bike shop. A fun, interesting, memorable time, thank you!

I cant say enough about this shop! Kadee and all her staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Even though, I didnt buy my bicycle from her store, they still performed a safety check on it and installed all the accessories that I did purchase from them. Most companies wont give you time of day if you don’t buy everything from them and that isn’t the case here. I 100% recommend going here for all your bicycle needs!!!

Left my back wheel with them to fix. They kept it for two weeks and did absolutely nothing. When i go in to ask for my wheel back the man at the counter walks away in the middle of our conversation to go outside and take a picture with someon with no explanation.This was from 2015 the west st location.

Took my 20 year old bike in for new shifters and a complete tuneup - lube, brake adjustments, etc and it was worth every penny. This bike never shifted or stopped this well that I can remember. Great job Crankers! Thanks

This place is the best. No longer live in Lima but its worth the drive back just to go to the bike shop. Kent and the team are super friendly and helpful. Stopped in needing a quick adjustment and they got me taken care of and on my way.

They took time with me on my bike and because I wanted to ride it that weekend and couldn’t leave it with them for the wheels to get trued so the man in service did a little work for me on my wheels so I could ride it that weekend. Wow that was so nice 👍 so I will definitely go to them for service, they obviously want to be a great bike shop so go to them you will like them!
