This place is where I chose to purchase our pool for the hot summer days we have in Ohio thats where I go to get all my chemicals and I need supplies that I need they are very professional

We bought a above ground pool and early this month we were told that we were seeing the 10th of june to get our pool in and it got pushed back because of “weather” when there was no rain or storms. then we were told the week of the 21st. then we called just to make sure that we were still a go and was told that it looks like they will put it in the last week of june so i’m not sure if we’re actually getting a pool on time.

Scheduled an appt for a pool table move and install 3 weeks ahead of time. Never showed. Called them. Said we didnt have an appt but I spoke with Shawn the service mgr when I made appt. He apolized. No solution offered for service failure.

My husband & I met with Matt today. We’re soon to be new pool owners and he was so knowledgeable with everything & helped us so well. Sat down and gave us professional quotes and made sure we understood what he was telling us.Once we are 100% ready to purchase and install we’ll definitely be using this company.On top of being affordable, they install their own products. I’d highly recommend this company.

First experience with water testing was challenging as I called back for help after leaving and could not get help as there was confusion about the quality of water not being correct as they read the scores wrong and recommended buying products elsewhere as they had none in stock at the moment. After doing so then calling back to check on the flux of parameters I was seeing they refused to help with correcting flux because I purchased product somewhere other than their store at their recommendation and I was told department stores typically have filler. Second time at store went better but once again a product was not in and I was referred to another store which as I related causes issues with their willingness to assist.

Great customer service. Instead of other pool stores when you tell this staff you have a pool equipment not working, they will help you fix it with parts rather than buy all new. They explained the repair to me and sold me the parts. They are all courteous and knowledgeable about pools and spas. I drive from Bellefontaine to Lima because of the service and prices. Prices match online prices but they tell you how to use it. They also will load your supplies in the vehicle.They are busy but if you wait the few minutes its worth it. In a world where knowledge and customer service is rare, its refreshing to see the young people and entire staff at Pools and More excess at it.

Matt was great to work with and he was very helpful and didnt push us into anything. He helped us get the perfect pool table!!!If youre looking for a pool table, give them a call or visit their showroom!

Buyer beware. They will sell you far more chemicals than you need. When you go to return them, they tell you they dont take chemical returns. Their weak reasoning is that the bottles dont come with seals when they are clearly designed with seals and were never opened.
