We are very pleased with our water soft rental plan. We dont have to worry about when our system needs salt or serviced. They advise the dates that salt will be delivered. Believe me it easy when they deliver the salt and put it into the system for us. No worries about buying the salt and no heavy lifting by letting Culligan deliver and put it into our system. Thanks for all your great service.

We had some poor customer service from our previous vendor and had enough, so I saw that Culligan was nearby and called them. Derrick got back to me and said he would be waiting in the wings for me to say go and get me setup with a bottleless cooler very similar to what we had b4, and he did. Derrick and his service man were the best and knew what they were doing. Felt very comfortable.

Service is always prompt - within a day or two, sometimes the same day.

Start to finish this experience was top notch. Ive have bottle service for a while and decided to purchase a RO system. Demi came out for a consult and explained everything very clearly. Multiple options were presented and I chose to purchase. My preferred install date was available. Mike was my installer. He was prompt, professional and cleaned up after himself. He explained the install process and gave options to place the faucet. He explained all the equipment under the sink before he left. Could not be happier.

We truly Love our reverse osmosis drinking water system!!! Our water tastes like water not pool water like city water always dose. If you want Awesome drinking water have one of these installed in your home its better than bottle water.

Friendly service and great tasting cold water.

After a week of having the new ClearLink RO solution installed my wife and I kept having issues with the system having error. We had a service man come out and after some back and forth it was determined that we needed a larger RO tank in the basement. Culligan went above and beyond and provided the larger tank at no additional charge to us and we have had no issues since. I have tried other water solution providers and I wont ever do that again. Culligan helped us find the right solution for our home, and when an issue creeped up they nipped it in the bud. I only knock it down the one star to 4 as I feel the maintenance scheduling can be done a bit better with a more personal touch. but really it should be like 4.75 stars . Great Job Culligan!
