Amazing sandwiches. I always get the 10” chicken cordon-bleu’ w/ extra honey mustard. They cook em thru a broiler type oven, that leaves the cheese so ooey gooey melted w/ the crisp bits around the edges. This place is definitely a hidden gem amongst Lima restaurant’s. They have some great sides too. Also inside the restaurant there’s a deli style case w/ some amazing baked treats for dessert. Give this place a whirl, you’ll be back glad you did.
WG grinders provided box lunches for my customers holiday lunch. They did an excellent job! Grinders were delicious and a big hit. Even with delivery, the grinders were prepped well to keep them warm. They delivered which was very helpful. I highly recommend WG Grinders for good, quality food whether is be for yourself or for a large group.
Super awesome warm bread that the sandwich was made with. Had the beef with horseradish sauce on it, whichever one they call that. Great ingredients but very lacking in those same ingredients. Had 2 paper thin slices of roast beef and maybe 2 leaves of lettuce.... the profit margin must be fantastic here.

I hadnt been here in over 4 years and went in today. The General Manager was very friendly; greeted us and small talked with us. The cashier was not overly friendly (which I think you should be when working in customer service). The food was fantastic! We got the club sub and it tastes exactly how it always has. I love the consistency. Glad this place is still here!

I have been going to Grinders since they opened up. I am a faithful customer. I will admit that there have been some inconsistencies especially with their hours but I think they have worked it out. We are again regular customers. You can’t beat there food and salads!

Food was good but the service wasnt good. The girl who took our order barely talked so you could hear her. She never once said hello or thank you when she brought us our food.

Instead of using fancy terms for a cheese use the basic English word that everyone knows and understands and doesnt sound like its from a foreign country. Im talking about the gorgonzola that you use thats also known as bleu cheese the most foulest cheese on this planet. My buffalo samich was ruined bc of this awful misspelling.
First and likely last time I’ll be going here. Smell was horrible, and it’s pretty eerie inside. It appears that they haven’t updated/done any maintenance since they opened the place. We had to get our food to go because it was so weird in here. Food wasn’t horrible but I can’t believe I ate something from a place that’s appearance is so awful
Best hot subs in Lima. Wish it were on the other side of town, though. Also wish they didn’t close so early on weekdays.

Very good food. So dont underestimate because of the rating. But the service sucks. At least today the girl behind the counter was extremely rude. When asked about tea getting refilled she opened spout poured onto counter and said theres tea. I tried to politely inform her you had to tip it to get it to come out and not trickle out . If you got sandwiches here today around 230 and you got 3 cups of mayo on your sandwich. Know youre not alone i watched her slap a good 4 sanwhiches together like this

They are constantly understaffed. Ive gone multiple times when they cant get the food out in a reasonable amount of time. Whrn tbrh are busy the food taste like dog food mixed with cat food mixed with a catfish. I would avoid this business at all costs. Also, their customer service is beyond bad. I will never visit again and I encourage every other person in the world to never visit again either
