Great service. They were a little busy so it took some time to get my Jeep in for service but it was worth the wait. The service department was courteous, knowledge, and completed on time. They even had a shuttle service to take me where I needed to go while my Jeep was being serviced.

When I got to my vehicle to leave, there were oil prints on the inside of my driver side door; and these weren’t small spots either. Once I found someone to clean this up for me, he cleaned the area but there was still a shadow of oil on my door. While he was still standing there, I happened to look up and notice my mileage sticker on my windshield hasn’t even been changed! This was a very important step in the process that was looked over.

It was time for an oil change and possibly to rotate my tires, but your man told me it was too soon to rotate the tires and to wait until my next oil change - I appreciate his honesty - his not trying to make more money with extra unneeded work! I was treated with courtesy and made to feel that I was their only customer - they were very caring and helpful! Ill still keep coming back - I am hooked on your excellent care and concerns! I have chosen Tom Ahl to purchase my vehicles each time! Terry H is the best. In 2019 I purchased a new elantra and LOVED it. But my family has expanded alot so in 2021 I purchased a dodge caravan through Terry. He goes above and beyond for his customers. The service department is great too! I havent had one issue with maintenance and such like I have had with other dealerships. (One dealership would change my oil and forget to put the oil pan back on) When you purchase a vehicle with Tom Ahl you are in great hands!

I used to like Tom Ahl but this last experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. My transponder stopped working in my key so I had to have my car towed there. They said it might take a few days and also said I had some recalls. So they let me use a rental at $40 a day. Long story short 3 weeks later and $850 I finally got my car back. They did give me a discount on the rental and discounted it to $25 a day and gave me $50 off my keys but a place like Tom Ahl thats supposed to be reputable I dont think 2 keys should cost $850 and take almost 3 weeks. I understand there were cars in front of me but it could have took a couple hours or a day maybe to get a car out in my opinion. If someone needs a new transmission and another person comes with a flat tire logic would dictate that they take care of the flat tire first. Im in the market for a car and honestly was leaning toward Tom Ahl but Im gonna have to lrethink that now. My service guy at the counter was great and apologized many times. Im a single father of two kids and a combat veteran and cant afford $850 and 3 weeks when I need a key to my car.

I came in for a quick oil change and it was very quick.

I don’t know about the radiator that was replaced. I’m sure it’s fine but I do know about the detail work that was done on my Jeep Wrangler and I can’t say enough about the wonderful job that was done on it. I drive around with two Weimaraner‘s in my Jeep all the time and I know it was covered in dust and dog hair and when I picked up my Jeep it was immaculate. I was so impressed and grateful I called the detail shop and spoke with a gentleman in charge there and expressed my appreciation and amazement at how good a job was done on it.

Tom Alh Chrysler’s service department went well over the top in working to repair the license plate light in ny 2018 ProMaster 2500 Service Van. The lamp constantly show not working and after discussion we determined to replace with an LED. However, the warning light would not turn off due to the LED having a lower resistance than the standard lamp. So with discussion we moved forward with the basic lamp. The oil change was done and the vehicle was returned to me without issues.

If you are unhappy with the service they provide, you will be greeted with excuse upon excuse. Very bad customer service practice. I was told I had to pay for mycar ASAP, and after I did they told me the car would be ready in two days. I got it about two and a half weeks later. When I got it was missing pieces and had a service light on. I spoke to a manager and I was only given excuses as previously stated.

I was treated with respect and kindness from the moment I walked in. Bill did not pressure me at all during my buying process and was extremely helpful with it. He also helped with setting up the car after I had bought it. I would suggest giving them a try if your thinking about getting a vehicle.

The recall part of the job was ok,but I was disappointed with the way they left the steering wheel. It was without the emblem being replaced. I wasnt told that it wasnt going to be at the time. I was told to bring it back as soon as I could to have it taken care of,but found out later that that wouldnt happen. Very disappointing.

Not satisfied with my latest service. Went in for air not blowing correctly. Was in 80s last week and would not get cold (blow hot then cold). Possibly low on refrigerant. Computer update on heating and cooling, they flashed Computer. It blows colder but its 72° now. Still has where it blows cold then not so cold. It should be freezing me out by now but its not. Dont even think they checked refrigerant to see if it was low as all they said was it didnt have any codes but there was an update for hvac flashed hva. Its been 45 minutes on coldest setting just starting to get cool. My Dodge Journey I would have had to put on winter clothes by now.

We were visiting from Florida over for Thanksgiving. Buying a car was on our list of things to do in the near future. On a whim, we drove through the lot to see what there was to see and the prices in the windshield certainly grabbed our attention. Our sales person was Bill Hoffman. The used van that we picked out had just arrived in the lot and hadn’t been serviced and run though all their checks yet. Understanding that there was a time constraint, Bill bent over backwards to get the van ready to drive off the lot. There was a last minute problem and Bill moved heaven and earth to get it resolved. I can’t recommend Bill and this dealership enough. I almost want to say that I’d travel from Florida to get any new cars from here on out. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had!

I went to Tom Ahl a couple weeks ago with a friend of mine to turn in his lease for a new one. He was dealing with Terry Hensley for a sales professional. While some other paperwork was being done, we struck up a conversation about my desire to buy a Chrysler 300. I explained the less than good deal I was going to get locally. He was very helpful and told me that he would like the opportunity to make me a deal. Long story short, I went back the following Friday and we talked about what I was looking for. He made me a deal so good that to this day, I feel so fortunate that I walked out of the local dealership due to the deal they tried to push on me.I ended up driving away in a 2017 Chrysler 300 and have not regretted it at all. Hunter went above and beyond for me. I live 2 hours from the dealership. I needed to know the engine block stamp number of a 2001 Dodge 2500 5.9 Cummins. Hunter had to come in on his day off because 2 mechanics could not find the engine block number. Hunter came in and crawled under the truck to locate the info I needed. In the process he ruined one of his shirts. Hunter would not discount the list price because he needed the commission from the sale to buy a new shirt. I still feel I got a good deal on the truck. I do not write reviews very often, however, I needed to take a moment and commend Jeff Skelly for the exceptional professionalism and customer service he provided to my wife and I on our search for a 300S. Nearly a year and a half ago I stopped in to Tom Ahl to look at cars and begin evaluating my options for affordable vehicles. At which time I met Jeff, and drove a 300S for the first time. I shared with him I was still saving for a sufficient down payment and when I achieved my desired amount I would be ready to purchase. Jeff patiently kept in touch with me through that duration of time, never pushy or pressuring me, simply informing me of what they had for options in my price range and preference. I imagine Jeff probably questioned through such an extensive period of time whether a sale would ever result, but he was very professional and continued to share options periodically. Last weekend, my wife and I picked our 2016 300S. Jeff was amazing! Very helpful, informative, and personally encouraging to see such a thought out and prepared purchase. I had been looking for a used VW convertible TDI 6spd Beetle for quite awhile. Then this beauty popped up on CarGurus with much lower price than I had seen on comparable vehicles. When I saw that it had navigation and that gorgeous red interior trim that I had never seen on one before, I knew I had found my Bug!Im in Missouri; my credit union is in Iowa; the car was in Ohio. My salesman, Terry Hensley, first made sure that I really wanted a stick shift (I did!), and then worked on negotiating a great deal that gave me a little more to work with to get the car shipped to me. Wade Wright in Finance overnighted my paperwork; he and Terry worked with my credit union to wire the funds to the dealership as soon as the paperwork was OKd. Meanwhile, Transport Connection in Florida had found me a shipper 15 miles from the dealership who could pick it up that day and deliver it 10 minutes from my house in the middle of nowhere!! Terry had the car ready when the truck arrived! Thanks to everyones hard work and cooperation, I drove Bug home a week earlier than I expected!Thanks to everyone at Tom Ahl for exceeding my expectations! I love my Bug!!!!!

I cant believe my luck, I went to see a used car, that was sold by the time I got there, I was a little disappointed but decided to look at their extensive inventory. The salesman, Hunter, was very patient with me. I didnt exactly know what I wanted SO I picked 4 cars to test drive and i ended up picking a brand new jeep! The warranty that is offered to new car buyers cannot be found in many places!! It is a lifetime drive train and engine!! Yep I said lifetime, that is above the standard 5year 50000 mile factory warranty. Hunter was very thorough and kind, the car manager Tom even checked in to see how things were doing and the finance guy made everything seamless as well. If Hunter would have been put off by the initial attitude of my husband and I, (since the car i wanted sold) i would have easily walked away, im glad Hunter stuck with us and let us look and decide which vehicle we wanted to buy.

This is my third vehicle from Tom Ahl and I will definitely be back for my next one!My salesman Charlie was very patient and helpful while helping me find the right car for my needs. The selection of cars and trucks available was incredible. It took some time but we got it right! I never once felt pressured to buy even after a couple hours of looking. Tom Ahl personally took the time twice to make sure I was satisfied with the process.The car I bought had just arrived on the lot and hadnt yet been through a service (oil change) and safety inspection. Charlie made sure to get it scheduled for the very next morning. When I arrived, Amanda made sure it was taken care of right away and even arranged to get me a ride home and back so I didnt have to sit in the waiting room!Overall I cant say enough about my experience at Tom Ahl. This is the type of customer-first sales and service that all car dealers should aspire to!
