They are always prompt and polite. I was having some brake issues and I had them replaced in 2020 by lima auto mall. The issue I was having was warranty covered. I was impressed by their honesty to say/agree it was covered by the warranty. No games no hassle.

PLEASE READ BEFORE SERVICE this is one of the worst customer experiences Ive ever dealt with. Do to the fact that this shop is the only Chevrolet shop in Lima they are the only ones to do full engine diagnostics for a chevy. I brought my car just for a diagnosis and they quoted me 500 dollars when they dont know what it is.. either way it had to be diagnosed so now 3 WEEKS LATER Im still waiting for my vehicle and its still not diagnosed. if you vehicle is not under warranty or purchased through them TAKE IT TO THE KIDS OVER AT UNOH. Terrible customer service.

Amazing experience. Exactly how i wanted it. Great communication. Friendly advisor. Didnt try to tell me i needed a bunch of stuff just to make extra money. Will always come back to lima auto mall for all my vehicle needs. Tech returned the vehicle just how I brought it in, no mess, no vehicle damage. A++

Always a friendly place to do business. Eric always treat us like we are number one and that is a good feeling. My only complaint is and nothing with the dealership is I thought GM would of paid for a rear wheel bearing replacement on a vehicle with 60k miles. So much for lifetime powertrain warranty ☹

The associates are always kind and courteous. I was just surprised at the high cost of the repair. I had work done on the cooling system which I would assume covered water pump in August of this year. Now due to another coolant leak, the water pump had to be replaced in October. That concerns me.

The service work on the car was completed ahead of the projected time, and under verbal estimate. Oh, and while waiting....I spilled my coffee while looking at the vehicles on the showroom floor and one of the top dogs assisted in the clean-up. Thats costumer service !!

And his knowledge about what needed to be done to fix the shudder in my Camaro ! I brought my vehicle back in for an issue that OnStar diagnostics stated was an issue with the lithium-ion battery, which I had months before as well and they waived the diagnostic costs as they did see a stored code that was related the the Voltec system and was covered under the Voltec warranty that the vehicle still has, but they could not replicate the issue and said theyd take care of it if it happened again. This time, they did replicate the issue and told me they could repair it for about $600, I had to ask them about it being covered under warranty and then they looked into it and called me back saying the part did not list that it was covered. I picked up the car without it being repaired and I was charged nearly $200 just for a diagnostic fee that OnStar diagnostics listed as lithium-ion battery issue, which should have been covered under the Voltec warranty, especially since the previous diagnostic for the same issue was covered the first time from this same place under the Voltec warranty. I was misled with the first visit being covered under warranty, being told they would take care of it under warranty if it happened again, it happening again but suddenly its not covered due to the part listed saying it wasnt even though everything else pointed to it being covered. I went to this dealership instead of my local one because my local one said they couldnt see the service notes from the other dealership, how can OnStar tell me all about my car, but service notes cant be shared between certified service centers? On top of my wasted time, fuel costs, and an outrageous diagnostic cost, my mirrors and seats were readjusted significantly for no good reason. If I wasnt misled that this should have been covered by warranty, I wouldnt have even had it brought in as I could have had the part replaced for less than half of the diagnostic costs.
