We just popped in this store after a very poor experience at Pennys trying to get help with a suit and tux for a wedding. We were so pleased. The gentleman working there was very helpful and professional. We have a very tall son and a broad shouldered husband. Both were fitted and their suits turned out beautifully. Wed recommend this shop to anyone. Bonus, our sons tux cost only $40 more than renting one and now he owns it.

I went into this place with my friend to try on dresses. When I asked to try on a dress she told me I couldn’t try them on, “for fun.” Very rude and disrespectful! Wanted to try on wedding dresses for future ideas. Every time I come into this place and the same lady says rude things! Beautiful dresses but rude workers!

Great quality clothing, and even better customer service. The man who helped me was able to piece together the perfect suit for me. Had it sized, tailored, and out the door in less than an hour, still with great quality. Would definitely come back

I DO NOT RECCOMEND ANYONE COMING TO THIS PLACE ! The worst experience I have ever had . I don’t care about the money but the only time I care is when I feel like I’m getting played. Paid $420 for a dress with alterations . When the alterations were done the dress was big on me ! I had to take it to a completely different place so they can alter it and only charged me $25. When they owner charged us $70 plus tax when he said he’ll charge us less . His wife is very more understanding he just wants to steal peoples money ! Absolutely horrible customer service . Would not refund when we said we didn’t want the dress anymore . Nice VERY OVERPRICED dresses but horrible service !!

We had so many issues in the beginning. Then our big day comes, all the men are putting on their suspenders and bow ties. Out of 7 sets at $54.99, 3 of them break before we even make it down the isle. They price gouged us from the gate, then didnt tell us we had to pay for shipping. Refused to try to make it right with us. Assured us we were paying for quality items. I will never buy a single thing from them again.

Over $1800 on a wedding dress that has beads missing, lace coming off, and loose strings everywhere. Even found a tiny hole in the lace. Then bridesmaids dresses were ordered, they were suppose to be more purple than blue. They came a dark blue and I was told I can’t get my money returned. Wouldn’t recommend unless you like a lot of flaws in your overpriced dress and lost money. And they’re rude when there’s an inconvenience. I was told “now we have to eat those dresses” about the bridesmaids dresses I COULD NOT use. Uncalled for comments

Entirely over priced. They Ordered the wrong jacket for my son so he was uncomfortable in a jacket that should have fit right for the price we paid.

Once they have your money for the way overpriced clothing and accessories its too late!!! Even if you didnt get to take anything home from the store!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Very expensive shipping cost that got slipped on our bill without communication, like we were just supposed to know that. I support local businesses but my experience was ridiculous! Would give negative stars if possible.
