Great place! Seems pricey for what is offered but I was satisfied with a premium grilled cheese and Tomato bisque... the tomato bisque is delicious to say the least. You can also sit on a platform in front of a picture window facing out on market Street, it’s relaxing for lunch.

I love the ‘new’ quick service options and the remodel is great! I enjoy partnering with Meeting Place as another local small business to serve our community. And, the coffee is consistently great!

I always visit The Meeting Place when coming to see family in Lima. I enjoyed the tomato bisque with a strawberry spinach salad. I enjoy the ambience and small shop. The paper plates and plastic utensils took a bit away from said ambience.

Go for the coffee but skip the rest. Great place to meet or work over tasty coffee! It’s large with plenty of seats which is nice. The two smoothies I’ve had both tasted like medicine and the food is only so-so though.

Disappointed they removed most of their wraps. Still a cute place and I will continue to go to it...but more like a coffee shop now. Baked goods looked good but I didnt have any. And they do still offer their delicious tomato bisque soup!

I miss the old version of it where you could order your meal to desire, yet service was great and the egg Souffle was very, very good... So still a great space to have breakfast and a little snack if you find yourself in downtown Lima, Ohio.

I love going to the Meeting Place. Everything I have ordered has been fantastic! The food is really scrumptious!! I love their spinach and berry salad. They have only ever messed up my order once. They fixed it right away and apologized. They are wonderful here. Also, I have met the owners and they are very sweet people. If you get the chance to eat here or even just stop for a coffee please do! You wont be disappointed!!

First time here and the coffee was very impressive. My first beverage was the Cubano Espumita quite delicious, next I had the Baclava Latte and it was amazing. Helpful staff, nice atmosphere. I will be back.

Came here to study and it was the perfect place. Very open and calm. I ordered a raspberry smoothie and it was perfect along with my blueberry muffin. The lady who look care of me was so kind and helpful. 10/10 would recommend if it’s just you doing homework or if you are meeting someone to catch up. Thank you 😊

The name is very confusing. We were trying to meet up with friends and they are telling we are in meeting place. I didnt realize for sometime that the place is called meeting place. Anyway we met and its on a one way street so be careful when going. They did have a good selection of coffee. Food options and the staff was friendly

The food and atmosphere are wonderful here. The only issue I have is that Google does not bring it up in a search “restaurants in Lima”. Poor parking, not very handicap accessible, they took out the booths, quite pricey, and I feel the quality has been downgraded. Im all for local businesses, but there is better coffee at better prices elsewhere... :(

The place was cute and welcoming. My sandwich was not so nice. A burnt panini on a paper plate was very unappetizing. I think if I ever come back I will stick with a dessert.

Great little cafe! Very friendly. Plenty of seating. I had apple and cinnamon oatmeal....had to get some butter for it but still good. The breakfast quesadilla was yummy. The Lima Blend coffee was smooth and flavorful. Only place I could find in the downtown Lima area for a lighter, healthier breakfast.

The atmosphere here is most definitely one of a kind . Warm & very inviting, that in it self strikes up conversation . There is usually about a 10 minute wait on your order but with all the different types of seating arrangements & the gift shop ( which is full of one of a kind products) leaves you plenty to do as you wait. This is one wait that you will definitely Thank Yourself For !

The meeting Place is a good place to go if your looking for good quality Espresso drinks and coffee. But bring a little extra cash because they are a little pricey. I remember buying two signature drinks and paying over $9. But the drinks are wonderful. Beautiful atmosphere and very friendly people

I asked about the cold brew coffee they offer. According to the barista, its just their regular coffee that has been iced.This is how iced coffee is made, not how cold brew coffee is made.It is a lie.

The Meeting Place on Market is a community Hub with wonderful coffee and a huge menu of good food. You wont be disappointed with a regular cup of joe or a specialty coffee.

Food and staff are great....but we were there on a cold day and I think the furnace may have been on the fritz. We ate with our coats on and it was still chilly.Once they get that issue ironed out, everything else is really good.

Booked this venue for a bridal shower. Was let down in every aspect of the word. Treated rudely and met with animosity. Prior to the event they lied in an attempt to manipulate us for absolutely no reason. Saying someone else was booked for the same weekend and they were giving the day away after invitations had already been sent out. We were later informed that there was no other person attempting to book the room. They did not provide enough tables/chairs for the group we told them wed be having. I had to spend most of my time finding chairs and attempting to make them fit instead of decorating or enjoying the event. Did not provide enough linens. Did not check on the party during so we had to keep going out and asking for things. Trash was completely filled already when we got there. We were told the wraps would be cut into thirds and they were cut into halves. Had everyone shown up that rsvpd wed have run out of wraps for them as well as chairs!!! The food itself tasted good. Okay place for a casual coffee. Under no circumstances should you trust them with any sort of event. They had 2 months prior to prepare. 0/5.

Perfect place to meet friends. You can sit and chat as long as you like. The good was great and a very nice atmosphere.

Try the tomato bisque which was really good. The Artisan Chicken was just right not overly seasoned or doused in Balsamic. Wished I would have ordered the larger size.I also ordered a vanilla latte to top lunch off. This place is soooo gooood!!!

This place is a nice little spot downtown, the food is good the atmosphere is a little dark but overall ok. Today I went in for a coffee and see that they now offer pour over coffee, which I do regularly at home. The whole process was done incorrectly, the barista/ server didnt care about it nor was she taught correctly. If your going to offer this grade of service make sure the staff knows how to correctly do a pour over coffee, it makes a world of difference if done right. I wont be getting coffee again from here.

Terrible! The young lady at the counter never offered to tell us to order at the counter and barely spoke and only responded to our questions in monosyllables. We ordered chicken salad sandwiches-one on croissant, one on cranberry-walnut bread. Salad was ok, bread was inedible-it must have been sitting out all day and was dry and hard. We were the only people in the place when we arrived. Maybe you should close after lunch.
