Dont have my glasses yet but so far the process seems smooth. The only hitch is when customers that dont have an appt just show up and are accommodated. They should have to wait until all those with appts are taken care of. I was on my lunch hour and was late returning.

Everyone here is great and very friendly but Jeff stands out as not only the best person to see at svs but Id go as far as to say the best person to see for glasses in Allen county! He truly cares about every single customer and wants you to get the most bang for your buck and have a glasses that fit well and are comfortable.

Came in for the first time needing glasses and a pair of sunglasses. Jeff was extremely helpful and when the frames arrived Jeff took him time adjusting the frames so they sat perfectly on my face. Jeff even went the extra mile and made sure I was getting the biggest bang for my buck! Extremely professional ask for Jeff!!

Dr. is awesome, funny, and easy-going. You can tell by meeting him that the Dr. likes what he’s doing and is just a happy guy. Jeff helped me out a lot from beginning to end, and then spent 10 minutes running my insurance any way he could go save the most money possible. I felt like they cared, and felt like I mattered to them. I travel for a living, and I haven’t found a better place than this.

The male doctor I had was an awesome gentleman and answered all of my questions. Also was very personable and easy to chat with. The staff in general here was absolutely amazing as well. Im kind of picky when it comes to getting frames and such, and they did not rush me or anything. Definitely revisiting again.

My experience here was really good. The girl that helped me pick out glasses and all was really kind, funny, and helpful. I appreciate that. The guy that did my eyes was very kind and didnt mind me asking all kinds of questions. Last of all the person who helped me get my glasses that I got yesterday was very kind, and very helpful and didnt mind me asking questions either. I like this place a lot. Would definitely recommend going here.

Got my prescription safety glasses here less than a year ago. Last month the forehead cushion deteriorated turning into a goo sticking to my face. I had to remove it and called about a replacement, I was told they were very busy and would have to call me back? I never received that call. This week while removing the glasses to clean them there right arm snapped off near there hinge at the temple, so I call again. I was told they are middle the man, they dont make them so they are not responsible for them? The warranty was only for six months on these glasses so I was out of luck anyway? I have never purchased glasses that didnt have at least a year coverage!? Nor have I ever been to a vision center that didnt stand behind what they sell! and I have been wearing glasses since the age of 2 and Im 52 now! Horrible! I complained about the services and not receiving a call back on the first issue? I was offered to put a new forehead pad on a broken set of glasses??? Huh? What happened to the not responsible thing??? I couldnt believe what I was hearing? I told them I would not be coming back ands this was the response... Its no skin off our nose because like I said were are the middle man and are not responsible I looked up other SVS locations and the reviews are horrible at those locations also! Never again! Would not recommend to my worse enemy!

Exam was quick and easy, the Dr. was pleasant and had a sense of humor even first thing in the morning! Jeff did a great job with my frames and explaining all of the insurance lingo. The store was very clean and had a large selection of frames to choose from. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I’ve had glasses the majority of my life and was a little apprehensive about going to a chain but the Dr. was also professional and did routine things the same as other eye doctors. Had a very nice experience with SVS. The personnel was very friendly and would go back again without any hesitation. But Im a very simple person and the frames with the green tags that are free to Ford employees is fine for me. Didnt take me but a couple minutes to choose what I wanted. Very satisfied with my visit.

Went there last year for my eye exam since they are the only place covered by the insurance I get through work. Now when I first got glasses back in high school the doctor told me I was nearsighted and every doctor after that said the same thing. The doctor at svs said no Im not nearsighted Im farsighted and my eyes just overcorrect for stuff up close since I read a lot and then have trouble adjusting to focus for stuff farther away. Okay thats possible after all Im not the one who went to school for this stuff. Anyway so I get the glasses I ordered and everything on the right side was smaller then on the left. I knew this because they had handed me a card with writing to look at to make sure that everything was okay with the glasses and I flipped it the opposite way to make sure it wasnt just cut funny. Nope everything on the right was still smaller then on the left so I pulled up my zenni optical account on my phone and check the svs Rx against my old Rx and found that the correction for my astigmatism had been written down on SVSs paperwork for the opposite eye as my old Rx. When I asked the employee if the dr had accidentally written it in the wrong spot she just brushed me off and said no the dr wouldnt have done that and that my astigmatism had probably just changed eyes and I just needed to wear the glasses and my eyes would adjust to the new Rx. Well I tried that and it never hanged and would just give me headache so I stopped wearing them. This year because I no longer trust svs I paid out of project to have my eyes checked by a different dr and guess what? Im nearsighted and my astigmatism is in my left eye not my right like svs said.

Disappointed that they talked me into getting a new set of glasses when I really did not need them. Insurance pays for new glasses once every other year. My eyes did not change that much and I did not need new glasses.
