I always find what I am looking for, items arranged to be shopper friendy, staff polite and helpful, prices affordable

This place is pretty ridiculously priced compared to other stores in the area, but its the closest place to us so its our go-to in a pinch. The store itself is clean and well-stocked, and the employees are usually friendly. They dont have the selection like Walmart does, but I hate Walmart. If Chief wasnt so expensive, it would be our main store.

Is if youre looking for me or Jesus theyre great. But if youre looking for fruit and produce like that theyre usuallyFull of mold. I dont know whos in charge of produce but somebody needs to be fired over it. Shouldnt be like Every time I come there and Ive been going there for about 2 years straight

Usually very pleasant staff. Decent verity of brands. Better meats then Walmart, probably better produce as well.Love their deli, and special recipe bakery. You havent ate a cookie until you ate their Monster Cookies.

Love Chiefs market close for me to get to and very nice people. They need more help though, sometimes the wait to ck out takes awhile.

Wide selection of groceries cheeses & other items, youll have to check Chiefs out to see if you agree. Love their rotisserie chickens, completely done!

Would have been great if people would go to work again... the whole deli was closed... the bbq place was closed...no workers...

6pm Friday August 20. 2021. The rudest cashier I have ever come across! She yelled at me a CUSTOMER and even her own supervisior! Ill spend my money somewhere else.

Pricey but always convenient and always has new items, totally worth every penny..

They do a really great job on chipping our ham.

Hopefully this wont be broken for to long..The longer its broken the more we see just how bad this area has become.

The service is friendly, they will help you put groceries in your car if you need help.

Not good,very poor customer service wanted a rain check for sale on Pepsi and coke some poor excuse about not knowing when they will get it in to use rain check both Pepsi and coke are 3 for 9.99 but cant mix to use sale price

Prices are outrageous but have more lanes open then Walmart does on any given day!

I love their selection of cheeses and meats. If Im in a pinch and not feeling driving to the evil empire on harding highway or Allentown road, Ill pop in here. Only issue i have is their prices; cafe bustello in most places are 2 to 3 dollars, here it is 6. I understand they have e to make money and compete, but yikes. But still, its a nice grocery store and its always clean, and they have fresh meat and produce.

I love their fresh produce and it has a decent selection of gluten-free foods.

Invisible at the meat and cheese counter... Not that friendly... Good Neptune Salad!

The boots bbq my boys love so much and the service is amazing especially the two older folks that work there. The best is their wings n bake beans

Great produce and meat selections especially Smokehouse brand from Celina are excellent

A little sad their fish combo at Boots is only on Fridays, but they had everything else I was looking for and a nice clean restroom too.

Expensive compared to all other stores but it was close and convenient

Chief Supermarket usually has what I am looking for. The store is always clean. Employees are all ways personal if they know your name. With fast and Curtiss checkout.

I dont normally shop there but I had a voucher from the Veterans Service Commission. My wife and I found everything we needed and were out in a timely fashion!

Great selection, high quality meats and produce. Not the most inexpensive but terrific deli.

Its a very nice store and conveniently located about a quarter mile from where were staying. Its also open 24/7 so its convenient to shop at any time. They have a wide variety of items and some really good sale prices. I picked up some pork chops that were buy one package get one free. Same deal on some frozen veggies. It doesnt get much better than that. They have a nice Deli and lots of cakes that you can customize.

Love Chiefs and great service

Love this store! Smaller than others but very well stocked. Employees are like family. It is like a corner grocery. And the deli is outstanding. This is the only one in Lima I will buy from. Kudos to this store.

Lots of good sales! Aisles are wide and the staff are all masked.

Over priced items. Unless youre rich & dont mind over paying or on food assistance and have no other choice, this isnt the place to shop.

Its nice for quick shopping trips. The prices are high on most things, unless you catch a really good sale. I gave it 4 stars because of the convenient location in proximity to my house. The staff, overall, is friendly. I only shop here when there is a great sale or Im in a hurry but usually find exactly what I need.

Clean ur bathrooms. Teenagers are always standing around on there phones. If they need something to do then go clean the bathroom. Didnt even want to use the restroom after seeing the stalls..

Like everything else in this country, everything is over priced. 4 plastic bags, under 15 items = 70$.

Things are so high priced. But they do usually have what I need. I would go more often if they would get kisser rolls. I need them every week and not one time can I get them from them.

Some what decent prices, granted they could be a little lower. But if ya need food its pretty convenient were its at. So ya gotta go were ya need to go at the time

Gotta watch out for their advertised items.. Bought a package of shredded cheese and the sign clearly said 1.99 with card. Another story when I got to the register. ......... Look for the fine print i guess. Deceptive advertising in my view.

Over priced for the quality I give them negitive 4 stars. save a lot has better t bone n porterhouse at 1/3 the cost. and chiefs is 72% higher in cost for not so good products.

Great little grocery store

The quality of the perishables they sell is so poor. The staff is rarely friendly or communicative. The prices are horrible. Im a manager at a local retail store myself, and my customers always tell me about their experiences there. I had to go in there myself today and I literally see what the problem is. I will never spend my money there.

My boyfriend loves it wat I dont like about all game stop personally is they buy used product and thats awesome but they get over on ppl giving next to nothing 20 for a 80 product and they resell for 65plus tax but hey they been around forever must be doin something right ;

It is a very nice store always clean and well put together. I really dont shop here much though for the price. I bought 3 loaves of bread the other day and it was more then $8.00.

They should be all that size of a store everythings easy to find and they have everything that we need

Open and well-staffed after a big snowstorm. Convenient location for the North end of Lima.

A nice store, and only about a quarter mile from my house, which makes it convenient. However handy for a quick trip, I wouldnt get the weekly groceries here, since theyre simply too expensive. Several items, some even on sale, were considerably higher priced than at Walmart or Aldi. Obviously there are things to be said against Walmart, but plenty of people cant afford such principles.

The prices here are really high, dont know how there staying in business with Walmart and rulers and save alots

Do not shop here anymore every time i get fruit or vegetables from here its either rotten or has bugs in it very dissatisfied they need some serious help from quality control
