Owner is very sweet. Just wish they would have more sales for people who shop inside of store. Would have purchased more if I didnt have to pay full price for everything. Very stylish store!

I received a shirt with defects. The day I received it, I sent them a message and a few days later they responded (oct. 11th) saying they would ship a new one. Well, I have not received a new shirt and they have stopped responding to all of my messages (I’ve sent three since inquiring about where the replacement is with no reply). They have lost my business and I would not recommend ordering from them.Update- sent 2 more messages, still no reply. Please please please do not give your business to them. I would be happy to send screenshots of the conversation (or lack there of) to anyone!

Cute clothes but they are not very good with responding to posts or letting you know if items are still available or not. Free shipping is a great plus but their prices are higher then most other Boutique stores who sell the same items.

Love this store! Great customer service and a huge variety of options to choose from. Trendy items you don’t see everywhere. Definitely stop if you have the chance.

I am beyond unimpressed. I ordered a shirt on 1/8/18 and it stated that it was shipped on 1/11/18 with a note also stating that there would be a delay and my item would be shipped in 10 days. Here we are on 1/30/18 and the tracking states that the item still has not shipped. While the clothes may be cute, I really do not want to wait for a month or more to receive a shirt. I also received two invoices within 18 hours requesting payment but am expected to wait three plus weeks without my order being shipped. Maybe in store purchases may be the only way to go. I have read other reviews describing this same issue.

I purchased numerous items on the 08th February 2019 which was supposed to arrive in 10 days, but 1 month letter I still cant track it. The app tracker keeps saying: Send tax notices waiting whatever that means.I will never again

Ordered items from this store asked the seller how long it would take after payment was recieved to recieve items bought told me it would take 2-3 business days to ship. I ordered on the 3rd of this month on the 9th i asked what had happened to my items they stated one was on backorder and would ship on the 13th. On the 14th i checked the tracking number and still stated the items had not shipped and only the shipping label was created i inquired if the items had shipped they stated they had shipped and to allow 24 hr for update on usps. Weds. Night i checked the website and it still had not stated anything shipped so i called the postal service who told me they only recieved shipping label and nothing else i inquired again and they stated they did ship it out and did not know what happened and would refund my money for trouble i then saw weds night it stated it shipped out and fri i recieved 2/3 items i ordered but paid for all 3 items and have not been refunded any money
