Just rented a 10 truck for 23 hours and my final bill was $437.37!!!!! They are now charging .79 A MILE!!!! Highway robbery to charge these prices!!! Wont ever use them again. Had no choice this time but Ill never use UHaul again!

Purchased a hitch for my truck. U-Haul provided a contact with a local shop to accommodate the extensive requirements needed to successfully install it on my truck. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Had a hitch installed. Ordered and scheduled online. Simple and easy.An underside panel was returned to me under the pretenses that it could not be attached without major modification. After doing some research before the installation, I knew that the panel should be able to be put back no-problem, but I elected to try and put back on myself. Took about 20 minutes, but I had to crawl on my back in the grass when they could of easily put it on themselves. Simple bolt-on job.Hitch works fine, is sturdy, and well attached. Know what you want and to a little googling yourself.

Reserved a trailer day before the rude service man said they dont have one available they change the date just rude I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH U-HAUL AGEN

They do not know how to check there trucks fluids bc I just used a truck and the fluid was low and trans was not doing good at all

The tire fell off my trailer 6 miles from the store. Trash customer service. 3 workers at the store when I left and put me on hold for 10 minutes. Had to find the lug nuts and put the tire back on myself.

I had a great experience at this store . A super knowledgeable and friendly guy helped me out. Supe clean store. Good equipment and fair rates. Couldn’t ask for a better visit.

Horrible Horrible service. Very slow and when I finally was waited on I had to stand there and listen to his personal stories. Long wait time at local store if you call. The doors were locked early. They ask for an estimate for miles you may use and charge your bank account before you pull out with the truck. They do not refund for miles not used. I was charged for equipment they said they were out and I never used.

Without a doubt, the most efficient U-Haul I have ever rented from. The lady that helped me was professional as well as polite. The truck was nice and clean, and they had all the supplies I needed.

Staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions. We had no problems with the truck we rented for the day. Would definitely recommend/rent from them again

Trying to scam us out of money saying we had an accident on a day we didn’t even have the truck. Five days after returning it. Also didn’t give us back the unused mileage money. We are reporting them to the bank. Better business bureau for fraud. I’ve never had an experience like this in my life.

Started here via recommendation from church from hometown. waited 3 and a half hours for service and got what was left in the lot. chose a clapped out buick that backfired like it had tourettes. was blamed for slashed seats even though i explained that my cat was possessed and was its own legal entity, therefore i am at no obligation to pay for damages. was able to get key for the car before I was chased with a baseball bat and chased out of the lot. the car got in a few obscenities out the back end before we sped away. didnt need to return any time soon. I have begun my journey for my cat needs to be exorcised.

Had wiring issues on our truck/Rv on a Sunday. A tech was able to help us figure out the issue and get us a temporary fix until we could home (3 hrs away). Friendly and helpful.

I was in town from north Carolina to haul a camper home and was running out of ideas and options fast, the truck I brought didnt have a hitch and it was a Saturday and I couldnt find one anywhere! I called to see if these guys could help me out and asked if I could come by and have them look at the truck I was driving, they said sure bring it by. When I got there they were busy providing excellent customer service to several others in front of me but when it was my turn the focus was all on me, Garth and Timothy saved the day and installed a hitch onto the truck I was driving and to make a long story short they truly saved the day!! Because of them I was able to haul my camper home 600 miles to north Carolina without any worries or hassles! Thank you gentlemen for allowing me to come into the garage and watch the install and explaining exactly how the hitch worked and taking time to chat with me, you guys dont realize how much stress you took off of me that day with your excellent customer service and patience while explaining how the whole thing worked! You two are shining examples of how to treat a customer and both deserve a raise! Good job uhaul and please do what it takes to keep these two guys around, they are truly worth it!!!

Rip off on storage out there. They over charge you. I think workers at desk pocketing money cuzs how you be charge 20.00 or 30.00 late fee if only 5days late to shortage rate.70.00 a month and add that kind of money. than the orher 20 or 30 if your late as late fee. Something just dont add up.customer is poorly takes them forever there phone. There screwing off outside instead answering your calls.

Uhaul is great. Its clean, safe, great price, local, great customer service.

Not sure why, but there were non-on shift employees (young men) hanging out sitting behind counter and with the working ones-weird! Vehicle worked on and not pulled around front-had to hunt it down and even wait for their truck to move so it could be driven out. Scratches reported that we re found to be on the driver lower door shown to employee who said they didnt do it, despite not present prior to service. Refused to make report nor offer to do one. My mother was very upset her car was damaged. Hitch works and only reason for 3 stars, which was purpose of service.

Was supposed to get a hitch on my 2008 Pilot! Ordered it on the phone through a uhaul representative she told me it was the last one they had and had it sent for me. I showed up the day before my appointment to have it installed dropped it off and even paid for it ahead of time. They called me back the day it was to be installed said that a new guy double scheduled me. When thats not even what happened. Rescheduled me for that Saturday. They then called me a second time and said the lady that ordered the parts for me over the phone never placed my order. Thats a lie I had confirmation through my email when the woman ordered the parts. So then they tell me that they ordered the parts for a next day delivery and would call me back to schedule my appointment. That phone call has still never came. Never seen or heard of a place doing such piss poor business. Had my credit card refunded. Will never deal with Uhaul of Lima again.
