We went to their location, picked out an awning style, and took fabric books home to pick out the fabric choice to go with our home. We were told someone would call us back to set up a time to come out and measure the windows. After two weeks went by, I called again to see if someone could stop by and measure so we could order the awnings for our home. I was told someone would call to schedule a time. Two more weeks went by without a call back, so I called once more to find out when someone would be out to measure and to take our order. Again, I was told someone would get in touch with me in a day or two. Its now been over two months since we were in the store and to date no one has called. I guess they dont need our business. Letting us know up front would have saved us a lot of time. This is not the kind of company I would recommend. Their customer service is deplorable.

Very easy to work with. They squeezed us in when we needed our awning down quickly.

Didnt seem to really want to help with a repair I needed. I just needed some stiching done but the lady tried to up-sell me to get all the stiching done. I felt like I was just bothering them with my problem.

I had a hole in my canvas for my hupe building got a patch for it told me how to put it on very helpful thanks

Excellent Service..Friendly guys..We had 6 inches of rain after install to take down..they went out of their way to minimize the damage to my lawn/ground when they set up and when removing the tent on saturated ground... Tent held up great even during the wedding event when thunderstorms rolled through..
