Jim at Interstate made a huge difference in our cross country journey. Space is tight around the building in Lincoln Nebraska. He met us at the road, changed two batteries right there and backed our big truck and RV out safely. Thanks for your help Jim. You were solidly fabulous in your care.

The truck I bought came with 2 interstate batteries. I went and had them checked by interstate battery on 27th and superior in Lincoln. This is a franchise that owns Lincoln and Omaha locations.The batteries were in need of replacing. I would have purchased these from them. Although they wouldnt wave a $15.00 per battery install. They wouldnt budge on their so called policy. Advance auto had no problem installing the new batteries I purchased for free. Advance auto cares about their customers. While interstate battery only cares about dinging you for another $30. . They lost a $450.00 sale and a customer forever over $30 Stay Away from Interstate Battery.

They were able to replace my battery of my car fob with ease. Loved it.

PURCHASED A NEW MARINE DEEP CYCLE BATTERY FOR MY BOAT. THE BOAT IS A 2020 BASS TRACKER. I REMOVED THE BATTERIES FOR WINTER STORAGE AND NOTICED A CRACK IN THE BOTTOM OF THE BATTERY. I WAS TOLD THAT THE WARRANTY DOESNT COVER THE BATTERY AND I HAD TO PURCHASE A NEW ONE. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE WARRANTY ACTUALLY COVERS. IM SURE MY NEXT BATTERY PURCHASE WILL BE ACROSS THE STREET AT WALMART. THE BATTERY WAS INSTALLED AS A SPARE ONLY AND TO USE IF THE OTHER 2 DIED ON THE WATER. THE CLERK SAID IF THE BATTERY WAS CRACKED WHEN I PURCHASED IT, HIS RACKS WOULD HAVE BEEN WET. WHEN I CHECKED THE CELL IT WAS BONE DRY. THE BATTERY WAS APPROX 10 MONTHS OLD.

Was rushing to get in before close and made it with 10 or less minutes. (Sorry!! Was harder to get that battery out than I thought it would be) Anyhow, the customer service was phenomenal! I didn’t get an attitude for coming right before closing and even though the guy was assisting another customer, he still acknowledged I was there and told me where I could set the battery. I had called before coming in and mentioned that to him. Less than 2 minutes later, a guy I didn’t even know was there came out from the back with a loaner battery and even took it outside to the car! They took my name and number and I was on my way. I was blown away by the customer service experience! Wow 🤩

Staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. I even had to contact them to track down a receipt later and they easily emailed me a copy! Special batteries are no problem at interstate. Parking could be easier to get to, but thats hardly an issue if your battery problems are solved!

I have gone here for batteries for key fob, watches and to check if a battery is still good. The batteries were in stock and the prices are reasonable. Employees are knowledgeable & friendly.

Changed out my battery for free. The process involved removing my wipers. When my wipers didnt work right after that they fixed them for free 2 weeks later. Not every place would do that.

Bad service. I went in to purchase a battery for my car. They will charge you $15 to replace it for you. I wanted to do it myself asked to use their tools and they said no. I went to AutoZone they offer free tool rentals and best of all they installed it for free.
