Tore up my new tires and said these things happen and didnt want to pay for the damage. Had to call the police and take them to small claims court. Not the first time going through this with them. Never take your car there. Staff is very under skilled.

Had my truck taken to there shop because the drive shaft fell out. Well they fixed that problem and we also told th to change the oil and rear brakes oil was changed but never my back brakes. Never go here

I dont give poor reviews idly. Let me begin by saying this is an excellent tire and inspection shop. Everyone is courteous, the service is pretty quick, and the prices are fair. But if you want to have alignment done, dont do it here. I took my car here to have alignment done after replacing several steering and suspension components. I left the castle nuts on the new tie rod ends just snug and the cotter pins straight because I knew they would have to take both off to do the alignment. Got the car back and was very disappointed to find that it pulled to one side and vibrated badly at speed. Rather than write a poor review right away I took it back and gave management a chance to fix it. I was told everything was in spec and that I had a cheaper, out-of-round tire on the front. Fair enough; the truth is they are cheap tires. After driving for a week I couldnt stand it anymore so I lifted the car again for another inspection. Lo and behold, the cotter pins in the tie rod ends are straight as an arrow. Took them out and loosened the tie rod end nuts. They were just snug, right where I left them before taking them to have the alignment done. I proceeded to line everything up by eye (it was noticeably off) and got a better result than what they gave me. Country Town: You guys are great but you need to FIRE your alignment guy; he screwed me. And when I kindly pointed out there was a problem, it wasnt fixed. Thats on management. I dont take kindly to that kind of thing, not when its hard-earned money that gets paid for a service. Sorry for the rant but this is not the kind of service Ive come to expect from your establishment. Call me if you want to discuss, I think you know who I am. 2006 Buick Lucerne. I had a much higher opinion of Country Town until today when they charged me $19. to repair a slow leaking tire. Most places will repair the tire for free if you bought them there. I just feel cheated, I bought those tires there! And I had them do my inspection as well as repair the tire. I can understand a nominal fee,,$5. or even $10. but $19 seems a bit greedy. On a side note, Ive always dealt with Charlie except for today, and hes very nice, I probably shouldve said something to him but I had to be somewhere else so I just let it go.

One of the best places in Lincolnton I’d recommend you take your car. Honesty and fair prices are what you’ll get here.

This is the first time Ive been here and I will forever continue to get my oil changed here. I dropped my car off and they called me when it was ready for pick-up. Charlie (the gentleman at the front desk) was very friendly and sociable. The things that stuck out the most to me was that they reset my oil life in my car (without me having to do it myself), refilled my wiper fluid and anti-freeze. We all know that a lot of companies will skip over these small details but they really come in handy because Ive been in the situation before where the wiper fluid wasnt topped off after an oil change and I truly needed it going down the interstate. I will be back!
