Very Helpful staff and great customer service! I go here a lot to pick up supplies for a woman in cherryville who cuts hair so I always leave with a lot of things. One day I had a lot of stuff and Connie helped me carry it to the car! That’s good service!

Will not go back!!!! Connie is the rudest person and I have contacted corporate office and I will not be back. If I could give a 0 star, I would!!! I will not be looked at the way she did for my daughter touching her precious wax. My daughter was not hurting a thing!!! And she is going to stand there and stare us down. I will not be back in that store!!! I hope she gets fired!!! Or she does that to the wrong person.

Products are good. Customer service is horrible. 90% of the time they are rude when you ask for help. Yesterday was the last straw for me, Ill take my business elsewhere. .. and yeh in case you didnt know there is a new beauty supply in town!

I came in with my girlfriend yesterday. I cant believe how we were talked to and treated, due to our skin color, by the colored workers. This is 2020 and shouldnt be tolerated. I will never step foot in any Sallys again.

Nobody really knows what they’re talking about there, and for them to try to shove products into someone’s face without have a license is annoying. You want to give someone hair advice? Go to school for it before trying to “educate” people.

I called the Lincolnton, NC location and they placed the phone down for OVER 20 MINUTES and refused to pick it back up. I called back and the worker REFUSED to put the manager on on the phone, she was EXTREMELY rude and refused to give me corporates number. She told me you can look it up yourself. Ive NEVER shopped at sallys before and I dang sure will NEVER spend a dime in your stores and Ill blast this all over Facebook, google and everywhere else I can blast this at. The workers were talking to kids, it sounded like a daycare in there. Kids playing and laughin, talking about spending the night with someone, and they were yelling CORONAVIRUS and laughing

Very nice place and helpful people

Went to get my usual hairspray and I usually dont get a bag for it. But since I was going next door to shop, the manager sat the hairspray down in front of me. I asked may i have a bag. She was so rude and said these are all the bags we have and when we run out you will be bringing your own bag. I said hell no I wont because Ill never come back in this stor . She has always been rude and a smart mouth

I was in there on Friday. There was only 1 lady working and she was beyond rude. I had several things I was wanting to pick up and not being familiar with that store I wanted to look around. She ask, in a rude tone, me every few minutes what are you looking for? I told her one thing and she said oh were out of that I continued to look but again she kept asking what are you looking for I told her I was just looking. Then she made a face and sighed. I left that store and will NEVER go back! She was also rude to the 2 ladys that came in after me.
