From picking out flooring to Dana doing the estimate all the way to the guys laying the floor was outstanding. The floors look amazing. I highly recommend this company for any and all flooring. I called for an estimate to refinish my hardwood floors. I spoke with Debbie who told me Dana would be the one to give me the estimate. We scheduled and appointment.This morning as I was waiting for Dana, I thought I had best call to be sure she knew the way. When she answered the phone she was already 10 min. late for our appointment and explained she had been trying to get out the door for our appointment but people kept calling needing help. (Really?). She then asks me if I have picked out a color. I explained that they were refinishing the floors. Dana: Let me get your paper work. I am put on hold for a while. When she returns to the phone again she tells me she is so very busy and asks about the appointment.Ok, I said, sounds to me like you are entirely too busy to give our job any consideration, so please, go on with what you are doing, we dont need your service.I have been in business most of my life and the one thing you never tell a customer is that I am too busy. Twenty years ago we had this company put carpeting in the house and we didnt have an issue, however I do now. I would never refer anyone to this company, My brother referred me to them as he had dealings with Danny Watson. He, as well was disappointed in this turn of events.

I have been in the construction business for over 45 years in one form or the other, I have always built my own houses, remodeling as well as installing floors, when we decided to replace our floors I was so busy I decided to let someone else do them, we checked out Watson Carpet and Tile in Lincolnton NC after they did our daughters home, from sales to installers these guys are nothing but top notch, Danny, Kenny, Tim, Diana and the guys did a great job, when we redo the bathrooms we will not waste time going anywhere else, Thanks Yall

We shop in large chain markets so much, we forget how kind and caring our hometown businesses can be. Tim was so helpful and has a GREAT, happy personality. He listened closely to our flooring needs and recommended exactly what we need. I thought because this was a hometown business, it would be much more expensive. It was actually much less expensive than Lowes. Thanks so much Tim! Youre our go to flooring guy now!

Watson Carpet and Tile did three bedrooms for us to update our old nasty carpet. Danny and Tim were very accommodating for my family and me. They helped us pick out carpet in our price range, and the quality and look we were going for. They even picked out matching transition pieces for our existing hardwood floors! Moving of furniture and everything was included in the price, and they were very respectful of our needs. It all looks excellent, and feels even better under my toes! Price was good too, but I think for a home improvement thats less important that quality.
