Don’t go here for an alignment! Took my truck in here May 2021 and I just had the ball joints done at another place. Took my truck to let Schwab just for an alignment. Got the truck back with excessive play in the steering wheel. The excessive play was blamed on the steering gearbox needing replacement. I believe them because I thought they were professionals. Well I decided to take the truck home without the excessive play in the steering wheel been remedied. They said that it wasn’t their problem and they could still do an alignment with the steering gearbox with excessive play. Well now it is October 2021 and I have put 1500 miles on the truck since les Schwab did the alignment and I was told that all suspension components were in good working order and that it was just the steering gearbox needed replacement and causing the excessive play in the steering. I was driving my truck and the outer tie rod sheared off causing an accident. This was a part that I was told was inspected and in proper working order. So today I called less Schwab and inform them of what had taken place. The first lady I talk to Maria was very kind. Then I talked to John the alignment tech who worked on my truck. He basically told me that it’s not his problem and wasn’t even willing to look at the truck after I was able to get it back on the road to inspect other components that could’ve been damaged. I will never do Business with this company ever again. What they don’t know just talking to me is that I own a fleet of 20+ trucks that regularly get serviced at Les Schwab. I think now it’s time to start shopping somewhere else for my service/tires because they are overlooking safety and not putting the customer first.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Took my truck in because I had two nails in my tire. (not purchased from Les Schwab) They were honest and informed me that neither went all the way through. So they didnt charge me anything. They couldve very easily charge me for a flat repair and I wouldve never known the difference. While I was waiting the sales lady gladly answered questions I had about wheels, tires, and lift kits which Im planning to upgrade to very soon, and I will definitely be giving Les Schwab my business.

Amazing place, we’ve been purchasing Tires from the Les Schwab (Linda location) for the last 18 years. They are friendly & Courteous. We want to make sure one employee is especially recognized- Dillon, who came out and checked our RV tires, even though we just needed the tire pressure checked & some air put in. (Free of charge) Dillon was very nice, helpful with a wealth of knowledge & a Smile.

My daughters and I sat and did their homework while they fixed 2 flat tires we had. We were out of there in under 40 min. Great service, friendly and professional. Will definitely be going back here for all of my tire needs. Thank you.

I have had a terrible week and my weekend is shaping up to be chaotic as well. The receptionist Ally was incredibly kind and patient with me despite my rude and wishy-washy attitude. I really can’t recommend their service enough.

Ali was great. Guys in shop were slow. Took over 3 hours to get tire and wheels put on. Always plan on being here 1/2 a day.

They were great! Had a late afternoon flat and way too far to drive on the spare. We called and they STAYED OPEN LATE to wait for us, had the hard to find tires we needed, and got us on the road again in 10 minutes. Really great service.

I came in to have a new tire put on and they were very friendly and it really didnt take that long and I was happy with the service and the amount of time it took it was less than an hour

The threads on one of my tires were showing so I came here to get a new tire. I was able to get a used one for half the price. The staff was very friendly and told me about some additional things that need attention, and gave a quote. It took about an hour to get the tire put on because they were busy. I would definitely recommend this place.

They are very welcoming and friendly, was there today because my break light was on and they inspected the to make sure it was ok! They were very helpful, I had them rotate my tires. We always go back because they are very reliable also have the best tires!

BEST Les Schwab yet!!!!Tires we bought at Les Schwab in Fontana needed air. Ryan greeted us immediately as we were driving in.Trent did an excellent job even though we dont have extended valve stems on the dual tires. He also noticed the part inside the valve stem was bad on front tire.He replaced it with new one.Will spread the word about the fantastic customer service and dedicated employees at this Les Schwab location.

I will NEVER buy tires outside of the Les Schwab Tire Center, again. I bought 5 tires at Sams Club & they refused to service them( under warranty & were flat from nails) .I took them in the SAME DAY, the staff & technicians were beyond helpful and friendly. I was in & out in an hour. Sams wouldnt even be able to schedule an appointment until the next day. Then due to Corporate Policy changes, couldnt honor their service contract.Thank you Les Schwab for always being there when I really need you.

I am always impressed with their quality of customer service! This is why Id drive all the way from Live Oak to their location for service on my car. They are great and I wouldnt go to another Les Schwab if I dont have to.

Absolutely the best! If you pull up to the bay, any one of these guys will come bounding up to your car to see how they can help you! I go there whenever my tires are low and they will immediately fix a flat with no charge! Of course, with this kind of service, I wouldnt buy my tires any place else. I really love this place. Their customer service is excellent. They acknowledge you promptly on entry and every person that walks by will ask if youve been helped. Their service times are fast and the prices are good. I also love that if something is covered by warranty, they automatically factor that in. You dont have to ask or remind them of an applicable warranty. Whenever I have an issue with any of my tires, my immediate thought is, Thank goodness its a Les Schwab sort of problem.

Most Les Schwab Tire Centers are long waits and not very good service. But...this one in Linda/ Marysville is just all around great service! Friendly people and fast and efficient service is what they have been providing for as long as Ive been going there. 12 years. I live quite far away now but I still make the trip to get my vehicle serviced here

$35 to patch a hole and you waiting for an hour. Now they want to fill out a contact form, so I can wait for something else? Responding to review with cheap shots will not change my mind. You want to be better than some lucky tire shop, then act what you preach. First drop you price or give discount for waiting. Normal shops charge $10 for a hole, including Walmart. Your shop did not even give me evaluation on my tires and breaks and you gonna charge me sneaky fees for it. Probably there are better locations out there, so far this place was snarky.

Good honest service,They dont have everything but neither does anyone else.They have worked with me to get the tires I wanted that they didnt normally carry,also they have patched tractor tires,golf cart tires and various other farm tires plus truck and Auto tires.They have worked with me on scheduling repairs around my work schedule.The only reason I didnt give them a five star was they couldnt get certain tires for me that I had shipped to my house.and there closed on Sundays ( which is fine) but I had to go other places on Sundays due to work demand.Five star for service and customer care though.

These guys were cool, they checked out my boyfriends car and told him what was wrong with it. It was super expensive for the work but we just got a free break check so we towed the car back home because they wouldnt work on it unless we completed all repairs, which is understandable. I compared tire pricing here and I really think they are over priced. I was quoted over $500 for 2 basic suv tires, the same exact ones was mart quoted me for at $267. They say the price includes free tire rotations and replacement if anything goes wrong with them but was mart does the same exact thing. So check all your resources before getting tires here.

I had a screw in my tire. Went into Walmart, they said itd take an hour and a half to repair, no one ever came back up to help. Came to this Les Schwab and they said 30 minutes and 30 minutes later they had it out and repaired. Great customer service on top of that

Ive gone to Les Schwab many times for new tires or flats. I wasnt aware that they did batteries, but when I googled local battery sources, Les Schwab came up.I called them, the battery I needed for my Subaru was in stock. I went in, waited a few minutes until another worker was paged. He looked up the proper battery for my car - there were 2 options. He explained the difference, I chose the one I wanted and paid for it. He collected the new battery and placed it in the back seat. I went back home, my son put in the new battery and the car cranked right up.Quick, efficient service. Everything was wonderful except, not having to wait, I didnt get my popcorn! Darn!Maybe I can get some popcorn when I take in the bad battery for them to dispose of ( at no cost to me).

Was told by another mechanic at a Jiffy lube my brake pads were completely worn and I needed new ones. Decided to shop around for better prices and mechanics instead of having jiffy lube do it. So glad I made that decision.After calling this store and receiving exceptional customer service on the phone from Ryan, I brought my car in to have them inspect the brakes and rotors. Turns out the brake pads were well within limits and probably wont need changed for at least a year. And I wasnt charged for the inspection.Thank you so much to Ryan and his team for being honest, knowledgeable mechanics with outstanding customer service. Keep it up!

We had a very pleasant experience after a very unlucky day! Ryan went above and beyond customer service to help us in an emergency need for a tire and rim for our boat trailer during the July fires. We had an immediate need for a tire and rim for our boat trailer that blew a tire in the middle of nowhere. Ryan made it a priority to get us in and out within 10 minutes so we could make it back in time to get the tire changed out and make it to our destination before they closed. Extremely satisfied with the quality and service and Ryan made our very challenging day a lot easier! Thank you

I came in to get my back brakes replaced the guy that helped me was honest and very friendly and very informative after the free brake inspection, I ended up not needing to do A brake job. He answered my questions and gave me an honest assessment of what I needed to do I will be back in the future

Great tires and tire service. Keep an eye open for the other services you authorize. While back, I was sold the upgraded rotor service, performed On vehicle but watched the technician assigned the vehicle turn them on the bench. Not sure why but then I had to ask for the price to be adjusted to reflect the service received at checkout. Still buying tires from them for all my vehicles.

Told me it would be an hour, it was about 30 minutes for just a tire change. Only tires they had in my size were fairly expensive though, and had to be shipped from a different location.

Took my car in to rotate the tires. They said it would be 45 min. to 1hr. So I want over to shop at Foodmaxx. As I was checking out I received a call from them saying my car was ready. I ask if they would park it in the back so I could take my full cart, right out to my car. Instead, as I was bagging my groceries, and someone came up to me and asked if I was Michelle. She showed me my keys, and said my car was bringing the parking lot. So very much appreciated! Fabulous customer service. 🏅🏅💯

New to the area. Went in because my low pressure sensor was on. Came out, checked all four tires. Told me they were all low, added air, and never once tried to sell me. Very courteous, I was impressed, and will be back for new tires as needed.

Woke up this morning to a flat tire. Put a spare on and drove it to this location. They checked it and it was caused by a screw. It took them 1.5 hrs to fix a flat. Unacceptable time, considering I arrived early in the day. Will go to Yuba City next time.

These people have always been amazing to me. I should’ve left this review months ago & forgot. I’ve been to Colusa, Yuba City & Linda numerous times, I travel for work which means lots of nails ect in tires. They’ve ALWAYS made me feel welcome and cared for. I’ll never go anywhere else for repairs or new tires. On top of that they check all the other tires and fluids as well to make sure I’m safe. Thank you so very much! I’ll be visiting tomorrow for more nails in my tire unfortunately but I know I’ll be taken care of very well! 🎈💕❤️
