Excellent shopping place. Almost everything available for craft work. Loved the place because it was very organized, neat and clean.The store is a lifesaver at times.Always has what I need. The staff is very helpful knowledgeable. Classes for different krafts. Clean rest room available. The parking is free and a lot of parking available. Wheelchair accessible lot and also the store.

I can spend a few hours just browsing or go directly to what I need. And I always find what I need, reasonable prices & discounts. Will hate to see it close and hope the powers that be let it remain open for many years to come. This is my Christmas wish, as the season is among us.

Everything you need! I was told that HL wasnt a store for ME to shop; go to another Arts & craft store. The reasons kept me away since the store opened in my area. Thank GOD for MY own experience. I missed out! WONDERFUL Atmosphere the staff is nice, and helpful. Ive been back twice and looking forward to summer projects with my Family.

The store is a lifesaver at times. I was still trying to buy a few last-minute do it yourself items for my wedding and I couldnt think of anywhere else to run other than AC Moore. The prices are reasonable and I know I can most times find what Im looking for. The store is a great store for crafts and do-it-yourself items.

Was crowded. Holidays. I was in and out though. Great coupons.. sales. Airport Plaza is a mess. Traffic and chaos. Need patience to navigate.

I needed to return clearance items that I purchased two days prior. I had my receipt, the items were in perfect condition with all tags attached. I was rudely told the store does not allow clearance items to be returned and I also was not able to get store credit for these items. Nowhere on any of the clearance signs or my receipt did it state final sale or can not be returned. This is bad business. I emailed corporate to inform them of the situation. I did get an apology email back and that the store would try to do better in the future. Well thats great for future customers but did NOTHING TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE. I will be shopping at Hobby Lobby, JoAnns, and Michaels. None of these stores have that ridiculous no clearance return policy.

I went looking for some baby shower chocolate molds, they didnt have much of a selection... And I really needed a variety of molds hopefully next time theyll be more

I could not find wood for creating a motivation plaque. However, was able to get tempura paints I needed for $2, and supplies for making jewelry BOGO.

Ive been to this place twice and both times the staff is the least helpful of any craft store ive been to.Whether its for my mother-in-law looking for specific needlepoint stuff or my wife looking for beads, nobody who works at AC Moore can be bothered to answer a question or assist you in any way other than pointing in some general direction.That essentially points to poor management and an unskilled and untrained staff.This location will keep us from ever shopping in any AC Moore anywhere.

At this place you can find any type of items to make proyects for all the seasons, toys, decorations etc.

The experience I had there was awesome. They were patient, kind, and polite. They even gave me a coupon so I actually saved 💰 money. This place sells everything and have the most polite workers. I recommend if your doing a project you come hear. It has better prices than Walmart, Office Depot, Target, and Staples. I wish you come hear for all your arts, crafts, and project needs.

I was shopping in this location by choice (passed other craft stores) and spent a descent amount of money here,That would now be my last time shopping here, had the worst customer service when I returned to the store because there was a bag left behind of items I purchased there was no support in recovering my items and excused that I probably don’t remember that I took all my bags. WOW if I could give this location ZERO STARS I would. Then took my items.

I went here for for a school wax bottle project. I found almost everything I needed in a short amount of time; Styrofoam balls, paint brushes, acryllic paint, craft wire, felt, hot glue, and a hot glue gun. The one item I could not find was silly glasses. That is the reason why my rating is a 3.

Store staff had no knowledge of where products were and I was told to call back the next day for a manager. The store is messy with wagons full of items waited to be put on the shelf. The wagons blocked aisles made it for an unpleasant experience. I came in for felt and left without it. I refused to even wait on line for the felt. I drove to another craft store.

This was the only place where I would find candy melts food dye plain black decor icing. It also had many workers around the store to haelp out costermers, unlike Walmart which we went first.
