I wanted some coilovers (financing) for my car, call them they game the price and everything then ask me to apply for finance ( I did it) I got approved so I called and let them know so I was told 20 mins later that they are sold out ( I believe that he didn’t check availability before ask me to apply ) so he said he gonna call me back trynna find them with another brand but never did it....

Customer service is everything 5th time here they need a better way to make appointments. Everytime i call or show up different excuse all the time either person not here or parts never got here. I left my number to give me a call back as soon as part come in and nothing. Lost a customer with 3 cars worth of work for lights tires and rims.

My experience from bringing my 350z for an HID upgrade was to be honest shoddy workmanship, the headlight on the right flickers and turns off whenever it wants. I brought it back a couple times and they couldn’t figure out what the problem was. Eventually the appointments i would make to go back and get it fixed were ignored and the excuse was that there was no one there that could fix it or the headlight guy wasn’t there. Eventually i gave up and currently still drive my car with one headlight that doesn’t work
