Let me start by saying that I was waiting for my car to have some kind of check engine light or something else on her as the owner of the shop promised me (Rui) that it will be turn key ready when it’s done and yes it was. The level of professionalism at his shop in the knowledge of the staff members in answering all my questions during this transition was seamless. I highly recommend his shop to any and all who have any type of automotive Needs, the amount of detail was poured into my car during the repair process and I can honestly say it shows in the end result of the product, KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK! with the beautiful white of the whole car, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

The only shop I trust to do any body work or professional installations! They installed the wide body kit on my 2016 Subaru BRZ and did an amazing job just check the photos. They can really do it all and for a great price too! They will always have my business and I will always recommend them to friends and family.

I brought in my Porsche 911 for a wetsanding, buffing, and to change an O2 sensor. The price for the work was very fair and the communication throughout the process was great. Rui and his team did an amazing job getting the car done by the day we agreed. Car came out amazing. Paint looks impeccable. Overall a great experience.

They did a very good job on my car. The owner is very reasonable and the other guy he works with has great humor. They are very professional and their prices are reasonable. They did a stage 2 clutch replacement on my Scion FRS. I would definitely return to the same shop in case of something else.

This shop is excellent. Decent pricing, on time with schedule, and custom work. Ive used them for several things from exhaust systems to upgrading coolant system. Recently installed a lip kit with spoiler and L.E.D emblems... Couldnt be happier.

I had my Porsche Cayman repaired here and it was a nightmare.1) Damaged my transmission and the Owner try to place blame on me not knowing the mechanic already told me it was his fault, he improperly installed it. I also paid $200 to Porsche of Parsippany for a 100 point inspection so I knew I had no trans issues.2) Estimated time for reapair was one week, it took them two and they never called me to let me know anything.3) Only one mechanic working this shop and I don’t believe he is certified to work on Porsche, if your going to use this shop I would ask for proof.4) Your car will more then likely be placed on busy Saint George Ave cause this shop has no space. I cringed when I passed by and saw my car parked for two weeks being moved in and out of the shop along with other expensive foreign cars.I spent $5200 at this shop and was lied to and ignored. Owner was hard to reach and never took responsibility. I ignored the previous bad review and I paid for it. I now go to a certified Porsche Mechanic. I dont trust this shop, learn from my mistake.

They took my tired bmw wagon and created exactly what I asked them to do. The car looks amazing and Ive had strangers tell me they love the car and Ive had one random stranger ask me for a price to sell it. Not happening. Great work.

Very poor customer service after work was completed, was not able to diagnose the vehicle issue, and provided false estimate. Finalbill was almost (3) times Higher than the original estimate. Consumer be aware!

Beyond the plethora of Porsches, Audis, Bmw you will always see at the shop; Which is always fun to see, These guys are the truth! They have been building my cars for almost 5 years and was there for performance upgrades just yesterday.They stand by their work and will give you some of the most insightful info. Good shops are hard to come by. Azevedo is one in a million for sure. 👍

Ive been going to this shop for years and I am always satisfied with their work. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and can work on just about any vehicle. I bring both of my BMWs here for mechanical and body work. The guys here were even able to swap an M3 motor in to my classic E30 BMW. Great shop, I would highly recommend them.

I have a 2007 911 Porsche GT3, I have been bringing my car to this shop for years, Rui the owner is an honest guy and very knowledgeable in every aspect when it comes to cars, all types especially hard to work on German race cars. That’s his specialty the harder the car is to work on the more he wants to work on it. He’s a perfectionist 👌🏼. Performance work, engine rebuilds, transmission rebuilds, his team can tackle any type of job it’s never too big he’s tean will do it with ease. Paint and body work A+++, I had my wheels, bumpers and a door painted on my car everything looked perfect and even, you could never tell the Car got painted still looked exactly like the factory paint job. I highly recommend this shop for all types of cars and for pretty much any type of mechanical work, performance or body work your car would need. A+++

Great one stop shop. These guys do it all: body work, mechanical repair, and performance upgrades. They know BMWs inside and out, especally all of the M cars, across all years!

My experience with Azevedo Motorsports has been nothing but amazing. Rui exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to ensure that my car looked awesome. Excellent service, did a complete engine replacement on my 11 BMW X5 and it runs brand new..... in and out service. The negative reviews on here are teenagers that don’t understand how business works.

I do not know where to start, but I will share my experience. After taking in my car for a repair, I was charged for a brand new part, ($1200 not including the labor). The same problem came back the next day and I took it to another mechanic and was told that a USED JUNK YARD PART WAS INSTALLED, and I paid for a new part!!!!!When I confronted them, they were very rude, and unprofessional. Like others have mentioned here, they do not have professional diagnostic tools to properly diagnose the problem. I will report them to consumer agencies, hopefully they wont be working on cars anymore.

These guys know their stuff. Took my car in with an issue dealership and a few other mechanics and absolutely none of them knew what was wrong or what to even do (not to mention the fallout that I had with Douglas VW when they tried to scam me into pointless repairs). First visit Dom did initial diagnostics and told me what to do as a first step (gave me the option to do it myself first to save me a few bucks). The problem still persisted and I ended up bringing it back (talked to Rui) and told him my issues (strange misfires, random power loss, extreme fuel economy ranges) and he took my car in. Within give or take a week, I got a phone call back that he found my issue and resolved it. Very fairly priced, quality work, and overall a great group of guys. Definitely recommend these guys and will definitely be coming back in the future for repairs and mods!

This is a synopsis of my experience:As a business owner myself it was very difficult to write a Poor review. Yet, in this instance, given the facts that I gave this establishment the opportunity to build a car for 4 years and long waited to get delivery of that same car for a very long period of time; not to mention 75k later. Yes. $75,000.00 US dollars later; I, Rodrigo M. Gazali more than earned the right to review this shop. To my demise, and after a long waited 4 years, Azevedo Motorsports and his principal Rui Azevedo, completely disguised, inevocably and dishonorably commited an act of fraudulent business practice.Not to go into details, the car is now at another location HRD Racing Development towed directly from Azevedo Motorsports with just 13 miles of test drive from the time it was taking from Azevedo Motorsports. Back in November 27, 2016 after taking delivery of the vehicle and breaking down in the NJ Turnpike (NorthBound) 13 miles after taking delivery, Azevedo Motorsports was given the opportunity from July 2016 till today to respond to my many requests and demands of repairing the issues of the vehicle he built from scratch, and to my surprise he has denied any responsibility to help me correct his wrongdoing. Not only the vehicle overheated in the 2 attempts to drive it out of his shop in 2 previous ocassions prior to July 2017; but also, he kept the car from July 2017-December 17 with the pretext that he was ovewrwhelmed with other jobs and in slow times closer go the winter he was going to fix it. After several attempts to patiently work a time frame with Azevedo Motorsports to engage in the necessary repairs to make the vehicle work again, Rui Azevedo denied any wrongdoing and left me with a statement, quote,If you want me to repair this vehicle you need to pay for another engine, you overheated the engine, yuou should have stopped....and now i need another 15k to replace it....If you want to...I can do it... I would not say this unless i have all the proof needing to back it up..... RUI AZEVEDO WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR AWARENESS INSTALLED A DAMAGED ENGINE FROM A VEHICLE HE HAS HAD FOR MANY YEARS OUTSIDE HIS SHOP WITHOUT AN ENGINE (E36 M3), KNOWINGLY IN MY CAR.I am surprised this place is in business. Great for body shop, maybe a quick tune-up and engine work. ITS A THIRD CLASS BODY SHOP. No clue of track-cars, upgraded suspension swaps, turbo upgrades nor safety cages. Be aware of the safety aspects. Great for cosmetics looks. Cannot rebuilt engines nor DO ANY TYPE OF BMW ENGINE WORK. CONSUMERS TRUTHFULLY BE AWARE. HE CHARGED ME 75K TO BUILT A TRACK CAR THAT THIS DATE IS DISCOVERED NOT ONLY COMPLETELY UNSAFE FOR TRACK BUT WITH A DAMAGED ENGUNE FROM DAY 1 . 13 MILES TEST DRIVE AND HE CLAIMS THAT THE VEHICLE WAS WORKING PERFECTLY WHEN LEFT HIS SHOP. OVERHEATED 13 MILES AFTER TAKING DELIVERY AND NEVER LOOKED back to help me. It is a shame that a business owner and a 3rd time customer of his place had to go through wehat i am going through correct all the issues (too many to list) to make my vehicle road worthy again. I am asking everyone that had a bad exoperience with this place to join in a class-action suit as is being filed in NJ State Court. Thank you for your attention

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Horrible customer service. Horrible tune that eventually blew my motor. I had to come in every weekend my car was there to double check they did what was asked. Rui refused to give me a detailed bill, and when I checked to see if the work I paid for had been done, it was almost always half finished.

These guys are not trustworthy or have any computers to diagnose a car. Very expensive almost dealer rates...

There really is no limit to what azevedo motorsports can do, great working with the people at the shop.
