I dont know why this store even exists. I guess theyre too lazy to stock the shelves they just throw everything in boxes. What a mess! Dont bother going here go to things of beauty at the mall instead.

Im a Sally Beauty regular. I have two go-to locations with Linden being at the top of that list. The customer service is always great. I call ahead of time for my color and they put it asside for me so I wont have to look around if Im pressed for time.Store is always clean and well stocked. Sally always has good deals too... but I go to Linden because of the customer service from April and Vanessa.

I havent been to Sallys in Linden for quite some time.Arriving at the store I saw signage indicating everything wason sale.I was surprised when I went in that there were not tons of productd and asked the sales staff if they were going out of business. She assured me that the Linden store was now a CLEARANCE store and would not be carrying a full complement of products but the items they stock are substantially reduced in price, and they frequently get more and differet stock.We discussed what I was looking to purchase and she immediately pulled a number of items similiar to what I wanted.I purchased both items at great prices, and thanked her for herhelp and knowledge about the products.Cant thank her enough. Wish I had gotten her name to commend her!!!!

Sallys in Linden NJ is strictly for Caucasian hair. It no longer carry/sellAfrican American hair products!! I have always patronized them being there so close to Walmart. Whoever is in charge here are clearly racist!! How can you operate a Beauty Supply store and not carry products for everyone. Soon it will be out of business 😉 🤞

I dont like the fact that they treated me as if i was a theif .. i walked in went to the back bcuz the stuff for my people are all the way in the back and out of nowhere came someone of my color pretending to ne stocking the shelf and I said of course we are in the back and she smirked and acted if she was shopping but when i went to the front she came up there doing the same and i left havent been back .. this is annoying and the old lady acts snobby too !!

Nice staff but shop is in the process of changing. They will no longer sell hair color or hair supplies.

Customer service skills suck. The manager is rude, she gave me a attitude when I asked her a question. The sales clerk was clueless and unhelpful. Ill go spend my money elsewhere.

Went there the other day, and it was the worst customer service I EVER experienced!when i walked in, they did not even greet me, i had to greet them. when i needed help they barely helped me. DO NOT COME HERE.
