This has been our go to for quality bedding at great prices. This trip was particularly great Thanks to Theresa. She literally had us in and out in under 45min. She even went as far as to help us load the mattress into the truck; which was quite entertaining since shes a shorty (Lol!) I had such a great experience purchasing my mattress at Mattress Firm. Emily helped both my sister and I purchase our new mattress for our first apartment. Had a wonderful experience with Mike today on Memorial Day holiday weekend, went with my mother to look for a mattress for her and me. We were shown multiple options from soft to firm with the various thickness as we desired, We finally bought 1 queen and 1 King mattress with so many benefits such as free delivery, discounted bunkie boards, interest free instalment plan, 10 yr warranty, memory foam pillows etc. We highly recommend this store and look for Mike, he is a great sales person and work with him to get great discounted price and excellent service.

The best place to make a purchase for a mattress

I went to Sleepys on November 9, 2016. I was prompted to view the deals at Sleepys after I viewed an ad through facebook. When I arrived at the store I was quickly greeted by the store associate. He was very courteous and showed me a variety of mattresses. I found a mattress that I liked but was priced a bit higher than I intended on spending. The manager came over and indicated that I could place a deposit on the item and I would have to pay the ENTIRE AMOUNT AS WELL AS SCHEDULE THE DELIVERY BY DEC. 3, 2016. On December 1st, I went online to pay the remaining balance in full and found that my account was cancelled! I quickly called Sleepys and the sales associate I originally met with was not there, neither was a manager. I was informed by associate that both individuals would return by Saturday and he could forward my information to them. I then contacted the Corporate headquarters and was advised that my account was cancelled but there was nothing in the system that indicated why this happened. She stated that my deposit was refunded on November 29th and should be in my account between 3-5 business days. She said that I could re-order the mattress but I declined. The order should never have been cancelled to begin with. I know Sleepys will switch over to Mattress Firm but I will spend my money elsewhere. Very disappointed with my experience with Sleepys in Linden NJ.

The saga continues, when they tried to deliver the mattress they could not get it up the stairs and suggested I get a split. I contacted the store and again got Tony, he told me to refuse the box spring and he would have the split ready for me to pick up at the same price as the other $100.00. Today on my way to pick them up he called me and said they were now $175.00 EACH! After arguing with him for ten minutes and him calling ME a liar, he said the only way I could get them is if I took down my post and get there in one hour. Talk about BLACKMAIL!Is this how mattress firm trains and condones this behavior of its associates. Stay as far away from them as possible. Also I have not heard from corporate as of yet.Small wonder this company is in bad shape. I just purchased a mattress from the Linden store, I was told by the salesman Tony that it was sent to his store from another store that was closing and that is why it had a clearance price. I just received the delivery notice and it says it is pre-owned. When, he reviewed the purchase order he never mentioned this he only said no warranty on clearance items which I can understand.I thought I was purchasing a new mattress not something someone with God knows what slept on. Im in a fix as I have people coming to stay and have no time to run around to get another. When I called to complain his answer was to cancel the order or he will sell me another one (God knows at what price) and I would have to tie it to my roof to get it home (VW Rabbit) this after paying a $100.00 delivery fee.Do their sales people get their training at the school for used car sales.Just a heads up, make sure (if you are dumb enough to buy at mattress firm) you read every line on your sales agreement.Never again mattress firm.
