Let me start off with the fact that I actually have an audio engineering background so when I give this review its comes from experience. These guys are some of the best I have worked with. I had a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica that I brought new, I planned to give it to my daughter but it had the original audio system.They not only upgraded it with a new system but integrated it into all the original controls in the steering and factory audio system and it actually sounds better than it did before, also the system they installed has Android Auto and Apple Car Play. I would highly recommend them if you need audio and or video systems installed in your current vehicle.

These guys helped me install my after market radio on my Honda civic in no time. Not to mention for extremely cheap. Going back to them for my headlights now, I definitely recommend them

Top notch job on alarm, remote starts and radio installations. they offer minor engine mods and dyno tuning for some manual imports...window tinting and custom audio install too.professional staff and technicians!

Great professional service but very personable with good prices on equipment and services.

I purchased a Subwoofer and an Amplifier for my car. When I arrived, one of the employees told me that I needed a different Amp for my setup. I ended up exchanging my old Amp then I returned to the shop. They installed my Amp and Sub in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. If you go in early enough, they will do it same day. I am definitely coming back here to do more business with them.

What a great place Im 55 and know nothing about the technology, but these guys walked me through everything and its not all about money with these guys. Me and my three sons bout our Jeep Wranglers there and the Ford Ranger. Would recommend these guys to anyone. Im sure I will be back.

Normally, I sing high praises of Wired electronics.I have brought 5 cars to this establishment and have brought more customers here by word of mouth. But the experience I had today was detrimental enough for me to write a review. I scheduled an appointment for 1030am for an amp and subwoofer install (with an amp and subwoofer I provided that I purchased from Wired Electronics) and arrived at approximately 1045am for the appointment. There was only one other gentleman in there at the time asking questions, and he soon left after my arrival. (Leaving me to be the only one in the building with the employees) Promptly near 11am, my car was brought into the garage. I sat and waited, as I had no details of how long the wait would be. After about 45 minutes-1hour, I asked how long would it take for the car. I was told it shouldnt take more than an hour to an hour and a half and that the employees working on the car should be done soon. At the two hour mark, which was 1pm, I followed up again and was told they were finishing up some work. 3 hours later, I was told that the employees were done, and that they were having issues configuring the amp to my head unit. It shouldnt be much longer. Finally, at almost the 4 hour mark, my car was brought around and I was told everything was done. Frustrated, I tried to be positive about the fact that the work was professionally done by the folks at Wired Electronics. I went to the cashier and I was told the total for the job was $350. I mentioned to the employee that over the phone, they told me the price was $350, but that they would apply a military discount when I came in that was 10% off. The employee told me that this final price was with the discount included. At this point I just wanted to leave. Why would a customer be told the final price was $350 before a discount, and then get told that the price included the discount. Just dissatisfied after so many years of loyalty to Wired Electronics. At the end of the day, the work is professional with quality products and generally good customer service. But today was not that day unfortunately and it does not take away from how I felt as a loyal customer to be left to rot in their showroom. Just be cognascent of the time you may spend there. I wish I had known so I could have accommodated my day better.

I have been shopping around for some headlights for my jk and had a couple of poor experiences in my area. So I searched and found wired they had good reviews I figure I give them a shot (why not).The second I walked in I was greeted and welcomed to wired (wow) where do you get that at! I was introduced to Ed who was more than helpful and understood my concerns and gave me some recommendations. He seemed very confident and I trusted everything he told me. He stands behind everything he sells and that to me was more than enough. Ive actually found this place from buying some vending equipment off them on craigslist. When I purchased my new Honda Accord Hybrid recently, I called to see how much they want for tinting my windows and a remote starter. Their prices were competitive to others in the area for both and they have decent reviews on other sites so I choose to use them.I bought my new car in at lunch time and picked it up at around 4pm. The tint looks good and the Viper remote system they installed worked flawlessly for the past month. It came in handy this week when we had an early dose of freezing temps for a few days. They told me the range on the Viper is a mile and I can confirm it works from my work from 23 stories high. I have the two way remote starter that sends a signal back to your remote verifying the car has started. I would recommend the two way system over the standard starter. And I would also recommend this shop to my friends and family.
