These people are very professional and they have clear communication between themselves and their customers. Their work is outstanding. Plus they’re walking distance from my house which makes it very convenient. I don’t have to worry about shipping lol. Overall, I’m happy with all the work they have been doing for me. Thank you.

I was really trying to avoid doing this but was left no choice and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE..AT ALL!!!! This was my first time supporting their business and they clearly lack professionalism! I found out about this business (& their location) about a month ago. I was very eager and excited because I was supporting another Black Owned Business. BIG MISTAKE! I ordered two bulk orders of coffee mugs with my paintings printed on them (cost me $150..but didn’t mind because again, I was supporting a B.O.B.). When I received my order, it was not what I expected. The image of the paintings on the mugs was not what I sent to him (Steve). The images on ALL 24 mugs were yellow…almost looked like my pictures were edited and were not properly positioned, meaning the images were closer to the bottom of the mug with all this open space on the top. Prior to this, I brought in a sample/reference mug of where I originally was getting my mugs from and Steve even measured the spacings between the top and bottom of the image on the reference mug; and he assured me that he can replicate the mugs for me with no issue. LIES! When I went back to the shop to show Steve that the mugs were not like what I asked for, he immediately got defensive, walked away from me while I was still speaking, and said verbatim, “Well, I don’t know what you want from me. I’m not giving you a refund, I’m not going to reprint them for free. If you want another set, you’ll have to pay for them.” Not once did I EVER asked for a refund/ asked for him to redo anything. I said, “Well, I was just showing you what you did because I cannot use any of these mugs.” …The lady with the short hair, who I’m assuming is his wife is VERY rude and needs to learn how to speak to customers. She alone will have this business losing mad money and I will not be surprised if they go out of business.
Very unprofessional, Rude & bad customer service, especially STEVE, they will mess up your order and not give you a refund..I’ve heard bad thing about this place . They will also try and delete bad reviews. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!! find a more professional place with people who care about the customer, because these people will not care about the quality of your product . and if they mess up GUESS WHAT?? Doing business with Qwerty Direct Printing & Embroidery was the most trying business experience I have endured. My first interaction with the owner Steve was pleasant and informative. Promises of a one (1) week turn around, turned into a month long exchange of communication until receiving the projects requested for Transform Her and Twyne Threads. Emails were formatted as requested to make processing the projects manageable for him and/or his team. However, when arriving to the store to pay 50% of the total, the staff member I dealt with (his wife) was unaware of the projects I was paying for. I asked did she prefer I write each item out in detail, she agreed that would help her. After already sending over detailed emails, I hand wrote each order out. The owner, inches away never intervene to clarify he knew what I was paying on. After one month of back and forth communication about the completion of the project, I received the items. Scanning through the items I realized there was an error on one (1) of the hats. He said I dont know how that happened, I couldnt have done that. I politely informed him I never left the store, it is in fact an error done while being created. He reluctantly said he would redo the hat, and email or call me when done. I asked if my information was needed again. He stated it was not needed. Once getting home, there was another hat with an error, I regretted not closely looking at all the items created. When returning to pick up the first hat, I informed him of the issue with the second hat. He appeared bothered and in disbelief stating he doesnt know how this happened. Eventually he stated he would do it again. The first hat I was never contacted to pick up, I called and showed up. The second hat, I have not received. I have went to the store and it was still not completed. He went back and forth with me saying the one hat was done. I explained the entire situation to ensure he was aware that I am waiting on the completion of the one Transform Her (1) hat. I stated it was fine I rather not wait longer, you can give me a refund. He made me wait to say it would be done by the end of day,12/28/2020. I repeated back the time frame he would call or email and he agreed, it would be the end of the day. It is 12/28/2020 8:52PM, I have not received a call or an email. The project was given to him and his team September 20th, and it is December almost January. After giving him ample time and dealing with the unpleasant customer service each time traveling to him and leaving without my entire order, I am extremely dissatisfied. I am dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism, disregard of promised deadlines and nonexistent communication skills. Please spare yourself. Do not waste your time, money or energy with this business... This is not spam.

We created a test shirt which we approved. When we received the actually shirts the image colors were completely changed the shirts looked faded. Color palettes were changed to save ink/reduce colors used
I would not recommend using them. My group had a terrible experience with them, we were given a great test shirt, but when the shirts arrived they were extremely faded and looked like they tried to save ink. When asked about what happened they claimed since the order was a short noticed order and a small last minute color change to the shoes caused this outcome. Yet they had no issue taking our money (EXTRA! 400) for the additional color change. If they were truly hesitant and did not want to put out a terrible product they could have said no and could have protected their brand and work. I worked at a tee shirt shop previously and had similar types of last minute orders and changes and never had an issue with producing a shirt that looked like it went through the was 30 times. Also had better results using an at home printer that what we were given.
Had really high hopes....... emphasis on HAD.... it’s sad to say I shelled out a lot of cash on our organizations order. We made the order, were presented a demo shirt, and the quality of the made shirts was way below what we were presented. The owners accepted the responsibility of making the shirts, and once the low quality shirts were made, they requested an additional four HUNDRED DOLLARS... that’s right, 400 to fix an error upon their part.
I went to this shop to get some hats done (embroidery) for my own home printing business and never left. The owner is not only knowledgable and inviting but very willing to teach up and coming designers and printers how establish their own setups. A lot can be said for that type of approach to business. Often times people come through the shop expecting same day service unsure of what they actually want as far as design and how the processes actually work. Ive seen these situations handled with professionalism at every turn. As a full service print shop youll be hard pressed (no pun intended) to find a better shop.
Totally unprofessional. Disappointed in this business who wasted my time after I was recommended there.. Went back and forth with Steve over email for him to just stop replying and never got the job done.

I had an amazing experience at this place. Our first time looking for a place that can help us customize shirts for an upcoming photoshoot, we found qwerty direct on a google search. We needed the prints by the next morning for the shoot. Steve and his boss lady assured us they would stay late to work on the shirts and have them ready for a pickup within a couple of hours. They made sure every detail of our design was honored. True to their word we received a call a couple of hours later telling us the shirts were completed. They were kind and committed to helping us with our order considering the urgency. Last but not least, they are professional and affordable and will help you when youre indecisive about your design idea. I plan on using this shop for any future prints.
Just order my family reunion apparel and the process went smooth and the owner had a lot of patience and worked with my budget. If you need printing done I recommend them!
Would not recommend, presented a decent quality sample but did not deliver on the product. The shirts i received were a poor quality.

I am a part of national organization and we used this printing company Qwerty Direct to make shirts for one of our upcoming events.Instead of adding another color palette which is obviously more expensive to them when making our shirts they gave us a final product that was faded and not half the quality that the sample shirt that was initially shown to us.And to add insult to injury instead of apologizing and giving us quality shirts which is what we paid for the store manager refused to create new shirts unless we paid him an extra 400$.All in All a negative experience instead of accepting the blame and resolving the issue, they lost possible business with our and many other organizations over being stubborn and a cheapskate .

I sent my Nephew in to get 12 hoodies to get direct to garment printing. We already had one done previously (Good Quality). I put in another order to have 12 hoodies printed on direct to garment. On each hoodie the logo was very low quality and faded with less color. The owner tried to explain to me that it was because of the material of the hoodie but it was the same exact hoodie that was printed on previously which came out good quality. I never received a refund for my down payment and I loss the money I invested in these hoodies. None of the hoodies are sellable. And all we got was an apology. 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿
