On-Trak service was outstanding. Repair was done by owner Al Colon.He managed to fix an old door including parts for less than other companies had quoted me.He explained all details and went out of his way to keep cost down.Highly recommend it on-Trak.

He came and assessed the problems I was having with my garage door and then explained what the issues were and outlined my options. No long wait time for an appointment. In fact it was fixed within 2 days of the initial contact. Now my garage door runs quietly and smoothly like a new door.Very reasonable pricing. I am very satisfied with the work he did.

Al was very professional made the correct assessment of what my garage door needs were. I was previously quoted that my door and motor would require replacement for $1800 dollars! He came in advised me that the reason my door was sticking wasn’t because I needed to replace it but to adjust the springs replace some of the rollers on the door as well as lubricate the track. Now my door runs amazing! He did give me a quote for a door because I asked he was much less than the other companies in the area.

Used On Trak to replace an old garage door opener. Mr. Colon was able to accommodate me within a few days of contact. He clearly explained what needed to be done and gave an estimate. He also explained why he was using a Lift Master unit. (same company and the highly rated Chamberlain) His installation was professionally done in a timely manner. The cost was very fair and reasonable. He did not try to pressure me into having work done that was not needed. He did show me why I needed new springs for safety. When work was done Mr. Colon cleaned up, even using a magnet to find loose screws on the floor.I would highly recommend this company if you want good work at a fair price, with no pressure.

Highly recommend this company. Mr. Colon came to check the job I wanted done which was install new garage door openers and also replace brackets and update the spring and cables and quoted me a great price compared to others. He showed up later that week to do the job and did a great job and I am very satisfied and happy with it.

Our garage door was damaged by the opener, and the top section was bent. We filled out the appointment form on their web site and was quickly contacted by someone who set up an appointment. They arrived promptly, gave us a very reasonable repair quote, and my wife authorized the work. Work was done on the spot, including some reinforcements which were apparently missing from the door. Very happy with the results, and the service was great. Quick, reasonable prices, and on-time - thats all you can ask for in a service provider. Would definitely use them again.Edit Oct 22 2018: Our garage door failed completely, unrelated to the prior repair. Had On-Trak install a brand new, better quality door. He had to do substantial reinforcement of the structure and replaced all of the mechanicals, but the new door looks great and works perfectly. Fits well, excellent trim and detail work, were very happy. Would 100% recommend to anyone experiencing issues with their overhead doors.
