I bought an indirect water heater from Birdsall after shopping online. They were competitive on price and offered quick, free delivery on their own truck to Westchester county. I found them to be extremely friendly and helpful in suggesting accessory parts that would aid the installation. When the first unit turned out to be problematic, they sent their truck again the next day to exchange it for another one that works great. I couldnt be happier and would definitely call them first for future plumbing needs!
