Had to leave a review to let people know that this is a place that stands behind its work. We send our customers here and will continue to do so. Nobody is perfect and what makes a business good is how they handle problems. They had to call in a specialist to do part of the job and months after it was returned to the customer it cam back with a problem from that work. Joe and the guys at C&C were ready to fix any problem even if it came out of his pocket. He is a stand up guy that you can trust. They do great work and on the rare occasion someone is not satisficed they do whatever is needed to make it right!!!

I received a gift certificate to have my car detailed here. From stopping by to make my appt. to dropping my car off & later picking up, I was treated well by friendly staff. My car looks FABULOUS 😍. Best detailing Ive ever had. Thank you so much.

I have been using C&C since the day I could drive and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else I use them for all my needs even for tint removal and getting my car detailed always picking my car up with a smile. Highly recommend and I always refer them to friends and family . High quality.

BE WARNED.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE.Made appointment to have 3 cars detailed. The day we dropped vehicles 1 & 2 they tried to increase the price on vehicle 2. They charged me for a valve stem that they broke while they had vehicle 2 in their care. When I went to pick up both vehicles all of a sudden their payment policy became CASH, BANK CHECK or INSURANCE CHECK ONLY and NO CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS ACCEPTED. There is only one sign in the lobby that says No personal checks. After speaking with the staff, they called the owner and he confirmed and stated that neither of my vehicles would be released to me unless I paid in CASH. The only option that was offered was to leave the third vehicle as collateral I guess for a $345 bill. After a 10 minute search for the keys and receiving a handwritten receipt I got my keys and they got their money. While all this was going on they had the nerve to ask if I was coming back with the third vehicle? The day after we noticed that the console on vehicle 2 was loose and no longer attached. After returning and bringing this to their attention, their reply was We didnt do it. Your mechanic must have done it.What happened to treating customers with respect and responsibility? Definitely forgotten during my experience.On a scale of 5 stars:The detailing work +3Ability to deny accountability +5The owner willing to work with me -10
