I bought a used car from rite cars recently. I was looking for one particular model and went to at least 8 different places before coming here. Many guys had the model i was looking for but not in good condition.The one I got from here was clean as new. It was a low mileage car and was well maintained. The price was quite reasonable. I was helped by the sales man Pete. He was really helping and made the buying process really easy.The GM Jeff was also a nice guy. He is quite knowledgeable.After I bought the car I had some issue with the headlight. It was working well when i bought it but would fail intermittently. I called them and they told me to bring it back for repair. They did the repair for free within a reasonable time.

This is an update to my last review. On June 4th I believe I called Rite Cars inquiring about a part Rob said he knows was ordered on 5/14/21 & Rob was not polite at all. He was more concerned about my 1st review I wrote going on & on about why should he help me now, I dont have a warranty & disconnected the call. The reason I wrote the 1st review is because Rob was being dismissive & rude & I didnt understand why. Rob said he was with a customer so I asked him to get back to me about the struts that were supposed to be ordered 5/14/21. Instead of Rob getting back to me he responded I know the part was ordered Friday 5/14/21 & I took care of it. I believe Rob told me that to get me off the phone to get back to the customer he was working with. Well obviously Rob lied because Jeff & Richard who are extremely helpful, professional & transparent made arrangements for the struts on my 2012 Honda CRV to be fixed at CR Auto Repair. Brought my car to Carlos on a Monday. Carlos ordered parts. Car was fixed on Thursday. As I said Rob is ONLY polite, kind & professional when it comes to selling a car. Once the car is sold his customer service sucks. He should take notes from Jeff & Richard. Rob makes me wanna give my Honda back & start over at another dealership. My daughter needs a new car but I would never recommend her or anyone else because of my experience with Rob. He seemed so nice at 1st but since he made a sell, why be nice after huh. If I were to recommend, go see Richard or Jeff at Rite Cars Inc. Any problem I had, it was taking care of by them. Rob wasnt concerned about me the customer & rectifying the situation. Just concerned about my review & did not help because he wasnt pleased with my review. Real professional Rob smh.

Rite cars Inc is pretty good. They will work with you getting a vehicle in your price range. Customer service was royalty. Great selection of vehicles. But after I bought my 2012 Honda CRV, I needed something simple fixed and the hassle & frustration i had to go through getting the issue resolved was annoying & unappreciative. Especially when they were so nice & Ive been patient & trying to enjoy my new car. The customer service I received when purchasing the car, Id like after as well during my warranty period.

The salesman jefferey’s service was exceptional, had me in and out as fast as possible. Didnt cut any corners with me and was very thorough great man and great salesman! Only reason this got a 4/5 instead of 5/5 was the financing women named laura. She didnt seem very welcoming or considerate and her actions were clear that she did not appreciate me denying her warranty. At the end of the day the job is to make sales and be friendly with the customer not to express your disappointment because your pitch wasn’t convincing to them.

Got a car here back in June. Was having issues with the car pretty much from the first week on. Brought to back. They sent me to a shop who told me nothing was wrong with the car. I told them what I was hearing. Still nothing. Ac wasn’t working. There was an issue with the breaks or the tire. Fast forward. The whole time I was telling them something was wrong with the tire the axle just went. All this could have been avoided if they weren’t money hungry. I’m paying $16,000 for a car that was supposed to be 10,000 they don’t tell you all the fees a jump on top of it plus that didn’t include the $2400 I put down who knows where that went I don’t recommend getting cars from here

Extremely unprofessional and shady! DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP 3/18/2021! NO STARS! (Only put a star because it wouldn’t let me post without at least clicking on one star). I’m a mother of 5 Kids and was in need of a bigger 3 row SUV. I inquired about a Acura MDX that they had on their lot of pre-owned cars. Everything went smoothly or so I thought. I signed all the documents required to get the vehicle. At this point I was told the car is yours. They had me call my insurance company and pay for DMV fees. Stayed there a few hours with my cranky 2 year old, to make sure everything was done. I was than told car needed to get a sensor fixed that I could pick it up the next day. I said ok fine. That they would have it ready for us the next day not to stress. The next day I had my fiancé drop me off to make it easier on us to pick up the car. The dealership is closer to my job about 30 mins away compared to my house which is an hour. Throughout the day we don’t receive any updates till late afternoon Rich called to let us know they got the part late and car will be done the following day. At this point We are extremely aggravated and annoyed. But we say ok. The next day we do the same thing I have my fiancé drop me off at work and he drives the hour home to then have to pick me up later to get the car at the dealership. No calls from the dealership...I call dealership, no one is available to speak to me... I leave my number for a call back. I finally get a call back from Rich, yes come down later this afternoon car should be done by then. We get there we wait another hour there... finally they come to talk to us that they can’t sell us the car. That it’s too much money to fix the problem and that they would lose out on this deal if they actually fix it. LIKE ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! All the wait and back and fourth. The lies for the two days that they “got” the part to fix it.. to now cancel the contract because it would be too much out of pocket!!! They wouldn’t make money on the deal!!! The car should’ve been looked at and fixed before they one posted it on their website and two signed off on a deal! The thing that took me off the back edge is ... at the end was trying to get my DMV fees that I paid in cash for... they gave me an extremely hard time on getting that back. Telling us that we would have to drive back the next day to get a refund check. I was not haven’t it.... this was on them not us! I was not driving an hour back, so I had to get loud to get my money back. It was uncalled for and everything was extremely shady and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Horrible dealer ship. My boyfriend purchased an SUV and the motor blew shortly after. The warranty company (in which they pushed him to buy) was of no help. Be forewarned, I promise you that this dealership does not care about their consumers once that car is off their lot.

I bought my first car from Rite Cars. I was very nervous and didnt know much about buying a car, but everyone was really helpful and walked through everything with me. They really took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. They never pressured me once. Rite Cars really have nice cars here at a good price. Theyre nit trying to make money off of you, and wont try to scare you into making a decision. I got a 2015 Honda Civic, it was nice and clean, and low miles. They even picked me up from the local train station for free while I didnt have a car after work. They filled up my tank with gas on the day I got it. Laura is amazing shes been doing this for 33 years, and really makes you feel confident about all the numbers. Get your next car from Rite Cars!

Purchase a truck from this dealer and months later I had motor issues and the warranty company that they pushed on my at the sale is worthless after spending 4500 dollars at the dealership to find the problem the warranty company declines the work and I’m stuck with a car that doesn’t work and a bill from the dealership...please do not purchase a car from here they do not care about the consumer at all it has been months and calls and still nothing from them

Never buy a car from these guys. Bought a car which came up to 16k then the financial lady tried to played me and make pay 27k for the car. On top of that they stole my 3k downpayment and sold me warranties that do not even exist. They probably think they played me but its not over yet. Im coming for them soon enough

Mostly in very good shape for the year of car I was looking for.The only complaint I have is the price was not the price I was expecting. I was told one price then there was a surprise charge of about $1,200 I was not told about till I was ready to pay for the car.Other than that I was satisfied with my purchase.

I went to Rite Cars auto sales without a lot of hope due to some credit issues and not so great experiences at other dealerships. When I got to Rite Cars and met with Divine (my salesman) he told me that he could definitely help me. So I thought “Sure buddy just like everyone else!”But sure enough Divine came through as he said and I was in total shock. Not only did he get me approved like he said but made sure he stayed in constant contact with myself and husband. Great, smooth experience. Came in wanting to look at a specific car I saw online. Bill took care of me right away, super friendly. Make sure the windshield dont have cracks and the tires are ok and safe to drive. Once you leave the place, they will not respond for anything. The windshield of the car I got from them had a crack, I told them I need that to be fixed, their answer was: Your insurance gives you a free one every year why would I ask my insurance to pay for something they should have fix before selling the car?This place has such good reviews is because as soon as you are getting the paperwork done for the car, they ask you to put the review, while they are looking.
