I am appalled by the unprofessionalism that I was shown today by Vinnie. When he put my boat in the water I had a problem with one of my drives. When asked if he cab pull me back out of the water, he became rude and told me to call sea tow to tow me out of there because he had no where to put me. He also made it a point that he was going to charge me to take me out and put me in again.
Great people. Been using them for years. They all treat me like family. Excellent service, great work. Awsome people
Excellent boat yard staff.
John S., Vinny, and Dani have treated us very well. Very accessible and flexible. As a first time boat owner the sale went amazing and allowed for piecing together accessories as part of the sale. After the survey they were very reasonable with fixing little things without a cost increase. Dani is the best operator for the front desk and knows her stuff and always make sure things are seen through. Attention-to-detail, perfect for the type a person in me :-)
I put in a work order for them to fix an engine alarm on my boat. When I went to see my boat I noticed a big mess. The winter cover was removed and there were greasy hand prints all over the cockpit vinyl. The engine compartment had greasy foot prints all over it too. They had taken the boat out for a test drive to see the cause of the alarm. When they returned to the dock the wind must have pushed them into dock as the metal pole was bent over from hitting it. They never fixed the problem which was just low oil on the drive reservoir. I since hired another marine mechanic who fixed the problem immediately. They would also run up a tab of $2000 each time I put my boat in for the season and another $2000 of unnecessary work when I took it out. Saying my batteries were dead every year and needed to be changed when they werent. Save your money with these dishonest people. There are plenty of honest marine service mechanics.
Great facility. I have spent many months restoring a 71 32 catamaran. The service pad is clean and the staff is helpful and professional. Security is always on the job. A top pick in Suffolk.
Been with them since 2013. Very professional and very reliable. Wouldnt trust anyone else with my vessel.
Very clean and lots of room to move boats and cars around the facility.
Hope youre not paying these guys to sell your boat. Was going to be on Eastern LI for Thanksgiving and wanted to see a Silverton 38 Sport Bridge they have listed in Riverhead. I emailed them the Friday before to make arrangements to see the boat Thursday morning (Thanksgiving Day) or Friday. Received a generic email saying a sales rep would get in contact with me, that never happened. The next week I left 2 messages on the cell phone of John the listing broker. Never heard from him. Friday morning, after Thanksgiving, I contacted the marina directly and told them my story. They said someone would get back to me. 40 minutes later John finally called. I asked to see the boat early that afternoon before going back to CT. He said he would check on it and get back to me. Never heard a thing.Ive never seen anything like it when inquiring about a boat. I feel bad for the folks that have boats listed with these guys. I suggest taking your listing elsewhere if you hope to sell your boat.
Very friendly staff!!
