I would have given zero stars. I canceled my service I think the 23rd of September 2021. I was supposed to have the 9 empty bottles the driver left that we’re ready for pickup for 2 delivery cycles so 1 full month and the two machines as I wrote this today the 2 machines and 9 bottles are still on my post h and walk way. First the driver changed my pickup day to 9/30 then I waited and I called back and they said it was rescheduled again for 10/11 I am on the phone with care now and they are still telling me well I’ll escalate it again for the 5th time. Rep told me it was rescheduled again to 10/7 and 10/11. Huh it’s not care they tried it’s the irresponsible driver.
They have no regard what so ever for anyone but themselves the parking lot is rented space and they do not care where they park there trucks you get blocked in then you have to find the Einsteins that blocked you in. Would never purchase anything from these heartless people
Never ever sign up for their service. They have the worst customer service of any company I’ve ever dealt with. I was supposed to have a water cooler changed out due it being faulty on 1/21/21 (ONE who sends a faulty water cooler in the first place? ) since then and they couldn’t even get through to the warehouse to get a reason why it’s being delayed. The route manager whoever he is keeps giving me the run around Like Dude I work to you know and just cant days off when I want, you wanna pay my salary then fine I will take off work when ever you need me to He had no answer for that. They deserve zero stars and do yourself a favor and don’t go with their service if you don’t want to get the run around. They are the absolute worst!!
I am a long time customer and Bill the regional manager of the crystal springs Lindenhurst ny location is doing nothing to replace a unit I have been waiting a week for. Now I wont have water this holiday weekend and he is refusing to help. Horrible customer service however no one at crystal springs cares. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY. If you value customer service. Thanks Bill hope your home with plenty of drinkable water.
We have had a loyal work account for coffee for many years and have been happy until recently. The hold time for phone calls is ridiculous! No less than an hour!! We will likely be switching water companies.
I have been with them a few years. They are on point with the deliveries and when my machine needs service they come quickly. I’m a very happy customer.
Got water delivery from. prestige water...4 cases every month, crystal springs water.
I would not recommend their service to anyone. My water cooler completely stopped working and after calling 5 times, getting transferred and then hung up on, I was told they would exchange it. The exchange never came, and my driver informed me an exchange was not possible because they had no other coolers to give me. I was left with no solution, no apology and no reimbursement. There is obviously a disconnect between their customer service team located who knows where, and the reality of their warehouse/drivers experience daily.
To keep it simple water tastes terrible, theres a soapy chemical after taste. Invoices are always incorrect, account cancelled. I feel sorry for the customer representatives.

Water is fine and delivery seems to come on time, BUT their customer service is horrendous.I work in an office setting and the guy who used to deal with the water account retired, so I took it over. That was in January 2021. Within days of retiring I started sorting through documentation for the water bills and tried getting in contact with the company to change over the login credentials and payment information.At first I called the guy on the business card that was given to me, as he has the title of Route Sales Representative. Sounds like hed handle accounts, right? No. Thats the delivery guy. It took 3+ days to get a reply back from him. He tells me he doesnt handle the accounts.I Google the corporate information, go to the website, and send in an e-mail immediately. Remember, this all started in January. The customer service rep tells me to try and make an account, so I try to do that but never get a confirmation e-mail. I tell them that. It takes 1-2 weeks to get a reply. They eventually say that theyre sending it to some department within Crystal Springs Water. That was about a week ago and I still havent heard back, despite the customer service e-mail saying it generally takes 24-48 hours to get a response (HA!)All I want to do is change the login credentials and make sure that we dont fall behind on payments, but apparently they dont want our money or something? And I am pretty sure that we arent the only unit they deliver water to at this building, so youd think theyd really want to be on top of this.I sent *another* e-mail this morning (since tomorrow is Friday and then I am off for the weekend) in hopes that thered be an answer by now, but I still havent heard back.I also did try calling them at one point, but the wait time was super long. Regardless, it doesnt excuse the snail-like speed of their e-mails.UPDATE: After making my post someone from their social team (I believe from their parent company?) left a message right away. I e-mailed with them back and forth and was able to straighten out my account issue, pay my bill, etc. HOWEVER, I still believe that Crystal Springs Water themselves -- not the parent company or whatever -- has horrid customer service themselves. Over the weekend I did receive an automated phone call about my bill. When I hit the button to talk to a representative they, once again, and as always, had a 15+ minute wait time. I feel as if they just leave the phones off of the hook?Anyway, well continue using Crystal Springs Water for the time being, although I was looking at their competitors and will keep them on the back burner in case something goes awry.

I have been trying for them to come pick up the water gallons for the last 3weeks, I get a runaround every time . They say we are going to escalate to the manager and still nothing happens. I will be switching to a more reliable service where they pay attention to customers request.

I highly recommend Crystal Springs! They deliver on time, every time. I even missed the deadline to add another 5 gallon bottle of water onto my order, left a note for the driver, and he simply left me an extra. Such a great service!

I’ve been a customer for over 15 years. I had an issue about 5 years ago and it was resolved immediately by an area manager. I love the variety of items available from Crystal Springs. Customer service is on point also. This is the company to use if you want water and a variety of other beverages delivered
Their service is terrible. Do yourself a favor and find another water delivery serivce. I had constant issues day 1 and was on the phone with customer service every delivery (about an hour process each time). I had delivery issues, damaged product, missed deliveries, and last minute delivery changes. I was once over billed by $80, and they wouldnt credit me back all at once, they had to apply a credit over multiple deliveries. Terrible customer service, terrible online ordering.
Using Crystal Springs for over 3 years now. Great service and same delivery person a very great person. Very convenient ebilling and ordering on automatic service is great and saves you time more convenient then waiting for a representative. They never missed a delivery, always on time.

I am so happy with our choice to use crystal springs water deliver service. The water is delivered as scheduled, along with our coffee but they offer so many other items that I just don’t use regularly to order them.
I had been a customer for many years before they were taken over by Crystal Springs, with no problems. Ever since they became Crystal Springs, their rates went up and customer service went down. They charged me an extra $2 a month for paper invoices. So I switched to emailed statements. Their emails did not always come through, which caused billing issues. I paid my last statement and canceled my service. Then, I got another bill charging me for a water cooler, which I never had rented from them ( we bought our own cooler from Home Depot). I also left 6 empty water bottles out back to be picked up. They picked them up and then I was billed again for water bottles! I contacted their customer service twice, and both times was told that they would correct the bill to reflect a zero balance. Today, I opened my mail and there was a post card from Crystal Springs stating my account is severely past due and to remit payment immediately to avoid further collection efforts! I am at my wits end with this company! I guess I am going to have to call their Customer Service again! 😤(By the way, I have switched to getting Poland Springs water delivered by a company named Ready Refresh and am very happy with their service!)

Used Crystal Springs for 2 years. Quit after I realized the price went up 40% over the span of 2 years. When I called them on it and asked why, they said the ‘economy’ changes the price. They wouldn’t give any specifics. Then offered to reduce the price $3 per 5 gallon. So much for the economy determining the price. Poland Spring pulled the same price increase garbage. I’m now just getting my jugs at the store. Can’t trust any of these companies.
Horrible. Customer service is the worst. Have waited at least 15 minutes every time I have called. I finally cancelled service and the driver did not have room on his truck for the water cooler. Fast forward almost 2 years and I start receiving nasty grams about a past due balance. Turns out they back billed me for the water cooler they never picked up. Thankfully we didnt throw it out - it sat in the corner of a storage closet. When they finally came for the water cooler, I asked for paperwork to prove they picked it up and was told that it wasnt necessary - it was taken care of. Big mistake! Just received another bill from them!! When I called customer service, message said it was a 15 minute wait (no surprise) until a new message came on and stated that there were technical issue and to try back later and was disconnected. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!

After a less than savory experience with another water delivery company, we were so extremely happy to find Crystal Springs and have never had one issue with them in the many years we have been using them.
I don’t do reviews but I will say do NOT use this service, if I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible service still waiting for bottle deposit after 6 months. Used their service for over 8 years, bill was consistently raised without warning or explanation and they decided to close my account after I paid my bill in full. I returned 12 bottles, have spent hours trying to get the bottle deposit they owe me and although I’m always told a manager will call me back I have not received a call back to date. I spend a minimum of 3 hours a month for the past 6 months on the phone with them trying to get this resolved. Currently using a competitor with amazing service, you get a real person not a recording with menu, they treat you like a valued customer not a number, same day delivery with fair pricing and a better tasting product. Do NOT use DS Services!
I agree with other review . It is almost comical in the rigid stance on the situation. I set up for second property and they never sent me a invoice . Paid several times with credit card when ordering. When ordering several months ago, no payment made and no bill ever sent due to the fact that i have no mail to that address. Got sent out for collections and price of cooler that was supposed to be 1 dollar a month. They wanted 175.00. They would not listen to reasonable explanations kept telling me, return cooler to come off collections. I wanted to continue service, paid for my outstanding water bill and they treat me like a leper. Incredibly bad customer service, incompetant in the inability to realize perhaps they had,made an error as well. Never got a bill,, put to collections for water, about 5 to 6 5 gallons jugs. Crazy !!would love to just talk to company direct, seems impossible to achieve.

Horrendous customer service. The incompetence and lack of professionalism here goes all the way up to the managers. DS Services (the company that owns them) took over Health Waters, who was delivering to us Mountain Valley Spring Water, a premium, alkaline spring water at a premium price. DS services decided to raise that price per bottle by $2, with no explanation or new service contract, and then surprise me with, Oh, and by the way, we dont pick up and recycle your plastic bottles. You have to do that yourself. Seriously? Are you f-cking kidding me? I now have over 20 empty bottles sitting on my back porch. I closed my account with them, and the BBB is going to be receiving a nice, little letter from me to hold them accountable. Stay far away from this corrupt, greedy company.

After 2 years with doing service with them, they decided to up my per bottle rate by $2. So I called and asked to go back to my normal rate that I have been paying but I was told **No**. So I had to part ways and Ill just have to buy Poland spring which is sold at my local grocery store.. they dont care about there customers that have been with them for a while.

Customer service must be improved!!! From delivery guy to the ceo absolutely nasty, they wont even care enough to listen what the problem was, instead they decided to terminate my account without our knowledge. There absulute zero respect for customers, not even apologetic.. Dont waste your money to this garbage water company stick with bigger and better companies!!!!
