I purchased my Prius in September 2020 from Seeetheart Auto Sales. I wanted to wait a year before reviewing. I can say, without a doubt, this is the best little car ever! Steve gave me a great deal which was below KBB. I financed it through my credit union, and even they commented on what a great deal I was getting. In late 2020, I had to take it to the dealership for a separate issue, and the folks at the dealership made it a point to tell me how well taken care of this car was.My Prius drives wonderfully. Its an 07 but feels like shes brand new. Weve taken many drives throughout the Tri-State area. Ive always felt safe and secure in this car.I found this car through craigslist after moving from NYC to Long Island. The entire interaction with Steve was wonderful! He followed up with me. He was kind and informative without try to hustle me or making me feel stupid because I was a woman who didnt know much about cars. I was so appreciative of that! I was finally able to buy my first car at age 17 here at Sweetheart Auto Sales located in Lindenhurst. I was looking for Honda Accord but unfortunately the car market is insane right now and hard to find a car so I ended up with a lovely 2011 MAZDA3, the most exciting part of the car is bluetooth & automatic remote start!! Which will be so good for winter to warm up car. I was looking to get under 10k and Steve & Jesse were able to get me approved with a one year warranty. I love that even after the car was delivered I had one small issue and they were able to take care of it immediately. Unlike some dealers who dont care after car is off lot sweethearts is there for you. I was unable to get to the dealer on time so the best thing was home delivery and coming home to a brand new car. We contacted Sweetheart Auto Sales while shopping for a car for our daughter. Jesse called us back immediately and set up an appointment for us right away. He had the vehicle we were interested in ready and waiting when we got there, was able to provide all of the background information for the vehicle and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The vehicle was in pristine condition (as were the other cars on the lot), the price was fair, and they serviced the vehicle before we picked it up. We met with Steve on delivery day, the car was ready at the time promised, and we were out the door within 15 minutes with our daughters new to her vehicle. The process was the easiest one we have ever had car shopping. I highly recommend Sweetheart Auto Sales. I look forward to doing business with them again.

Needed a car quick, and was reluctant to go to a used car lot. Met Steve, and he showed me a beautiful 2004 Honda Accord. With just under 50k miles, it was a virtual time machine! 2 minor issues were fixed before I took delivery. He also made the transaction simple and quick. I would recommend his dealership to anyone.

Very happy with my vehicle and the buying experience.I first saw an ad online for a car I had been looking for. I emailed the business and received a response within only a few minutes.Steve furnished me his phone number, I gave him a call and he took some time explaining the vehicle to me. I then set up an appointment to see the car the following day. I was pleasantly surprised with how professional Steve was to deal with. Ive had a few negative experiences in the past purchasing pre-owned vehicles, and was hoping this was not going to be the same old story from a used car salesperson.Well I really couldnt have been more pleased with the buying experience. The negotiation process was very fair and everything went smooth. I had a very minor issue with the car a few days after purchasing, gave Steve a call and he had me bring the car in the very next day to address and fix the problem. The nice thing about buying from a dealer is the 60 day warranty which I wouldnt have received from a private sale.I really am impressed with the service I received and I wish more business owners were as forthcoming and as fair as Steve was to deal with. I purchased a Honda Accord from Andrew late June and since then all the car has gave me is problems. For example a week after I purchase the car the check engine light came on and it was the catalyst converter, I brought the car back to Andrew and supposedly the problem was solved few days later the check engine light came back on for the same problem. He didn’t fix it he lied. The newest problem was today on my way to pick my mom up, all of a sudden the car stops mind you I’m not pressing the break the car is still on drive but is not moving forward is like the transmission is stuck. How a with only 100k is giving me this types of problems. I take car of the care including regular maintenance. Honestly I don’t recommend this dealer.
