I went in as a new patient for my annual eye exam today, and I had a wonderful experience! I was greeted by Arsala who quickly helped me through my pre exam tests and explained things very well. I then saw Dr. Hapner, and he took the the time to make sure my prescription was as accurate as possible and answer all my questions. Finally, I was so grateful that Jack and Paloma took the time to explain all my options with ordering my contacts. They were all very kind and helpful! I will be coming back in the future.

As a new patient I had my eye visit with my 5yr old twin girls first eye check. Dr. Fromberg was great and everyone assisting in the front were super nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience coming to get my eyes checked and look for new glasses! Everyone was so helpful and friendly and made sure I was satisfied with my visit! They were also very informative with everything they were doing and what I needed to know about getting new glasses or contacts!

Ive now not only been overcharged but had them run my insurance when I paid in cash for the full amount. So now that I have switched to someone else I cant use my insurance. They also admitted that they charged someones discover card apparently for my contacts at some point. I have a visa. Nothing but trouble with this place.

So grateful I found you! Lost my glasses and I need them to drive. I was able to get an appointment fast, no waiting . Careful Covid19 Precautions were implemented. The staff was friendly and professional. They took the time to help me pick out my glasses and they were ready the same day! Dr. Taryn Doherty took the time to listen and to explain everything to me. I hope I don’t lose these glasses, but if I do I know where I will go to replace them.

Really great service, they took care of me since the moment I walked in. Really nice high end designer glasses which a lot of places don’t have. The doctor took real great care for me. Make sure to use the Optos machine when they offer. Gives you a good view of inside your eye, that’ll help the doctor diagnose any issue.

I went there to have a eye exam, they have moved into a bigger nicer place, the staff was super friendly and the facility was so clean. There is water and coffee for customers, and cozy seating. Was taken care of excellently, I would absolutely recommend to anyone.

I was very pleased with the care I was given. Starting from the moment I walked in, I was greeted by all the staff at the front desk. The pre-test was fast. Then Dr. Taryn Doherty performed a vision test; she explained everything thoroughly.I was also very pleased with the way Paloma helped me pick out the correct eyewear that fit me well. In addition, Don, the lab technician, had my glasses ready within an hour.I highly recommend this office.

Staff is friendly and welcoming. The doctor is very nice and listens to what you have to say. I would definitely recommend this location over others. Entire office seems to be on the same page with one another and has excellent communication.

I was just there this weekend and I am extremely satisfied with my visit. They gave me the care and attention that I needed to get a new great pair of glasses. To top it off they were able to make my glasses in the store and have them ready for me within 30minutes. They saved me so much time by not having to return within a week or so. Dr. Kwon was kind and friendly as well as a great listener. The staff was helpful and gave me great insight on what features of glasses really fit my face shape. Go and check them out they are worth your time. I love my new glasses.

At first I was pleased, but product quality was terrible. After getting my glasses which the frame was a little lose, a week later they broke. They refused to replace defective frames. Why go somewhere were they dont back up their product.

The team at the AccuVision Lindenhurst location were extremely helpful and kind! Dr. Taryn Doherty-Majewski uses some of the most advanced technology to exam your eyes and was extremely thorough! I had an absolutely amazing experience and recommend them to everyone I know!

Im not a customer of Accuvision, but I stopped in and got a wonderful adjustment (complete with new screws for my frames) free of charge. Its nice to know that a local establishment is truly open to assisting more than just their customers!

I have been using AccuVISION for myself and my family for 15+ yrs. I will not go anywhere else. Service is second to none. They do not over sell, you walk out with what you and your eyes need. You can go to one of those $79.99 for two places, but you get what you pay for. Your eyes are soooo important, make the right choice, got to AccuVISION!

This was my first visit to AccuVISION in Lindenhurst and it was great. The doctor was extremely nice and the sales associates were wonderful. Sonja helped me and she was great! I was very pleased with the overall experience.

If I could give 1/2 Star I would. Last year I was there and paid for my exam. They wanted to charge me $600 with insurance for a pair of computer progressives.When I asked for a copy of my prescription the person at the desk thwas very snotty. She informed me they were the only place in the area that had the computer progressive lenses that I needed. I told her I was going to go to Costco which I did and bought BETTER glasses and lenses for $129.00 COMPLETE with anti glare and uv protection. Think twice about buying your glasses at place that lies to patients that have been going there for 4 years.

Nancy the office manager is a complete airhead! She is highly unprofessional and rude. Yessica the assistant manager tries too hard and is vapid! She is very fake and does not take her job seriously. She makes snooty remarks in front of patients and is clueless.The female doctor is not only incompetent but lets Nancy the office manager boss her around! I have never seen a peon manage a doctor, but apparently at this office the doctor acts like a maid and Nancy the office manager acts like a big wig. This gives Accuvision in Lindenhurst a horrendous image!This place looses your chart too! This is highly unacceptable and ludicrous. Stay away from this dump!
