Waiting for repair on my new fence. Was supposed to be guaranteed life but if my dogs jump on it the slats separates. Right now I am very unhappy. Hopefully they come and fix this. Waiting.... ADMENDMENT 7/23/21 as of today Good day fence has come back to repair the chain link fence that was disconnected and install a brace on the vinyl fence so that the slats dont fall out. I am pleased with the performance of the fence so far, and am pleased that they stood by their word and came back to repair. I would use them in the future as they have proven they stand behind their product! thank you Good day Fence!!!

GREAT customer service. I needed a couple of additional parts for a small home improvement project I was working on. Extremely helpful from the moment I walked in. The owner spent about 20 minutes with me looking for parts I could not find anywhere else. Its rare these days you find that type of service. I would highly recommend this company. Five stars.

Quoted one price after estimator said ivy and bushes not a problem. On installation day owner called and said ivy and shrubs were a problem and to give 300 tip. Ended up they were short one section and woulld be back tomorrow. I paid infull and I gave the the tip.I get call from owner next day saying g I still owe 300 for removal of ivy and shrubs s after estimator said it was fine.Endedup waiti ng 3 days for final section to be installed.

Installed PVC fencing in 1/2 my yard. I could not be happier!! Not only were they professional, they did a full days work in half the time. I would recommend them to anyone i know. Great job guys!!

Had to change this to two stars. Service post installation has been terrible. I visited three weeks ago requesting a service call. Was told someone would come the next week. Almost 10 days later I received a call that someone would call me to schedule a time? I received a call saying someone would be at my house and no one ever showed up. Total waste of time.In all fairness, here is the original review: Theyre always very friendly and ready to help you. My wife and I shopped a few stores hoping to find the best price. In the end, we ended up back at Good Day because they made us feel educated about our decision and giving a very competitive price. Weve used their services twice in our home and have recommended to neighbors and family members.

I needed some sections of my fence replaced and my gate repaired after the storms. I called goodday and they came over to look at the damage and did a great job repairing it the next day. I thought i would have to wait weeks but they came fast and did a great job for a reasonable price

Lou from Good Day fence came out to quote me a price on a PVC Railing for the front of my home called back 2 days later to schedule installation changed quoted price from $800 to $1060 . Told me Lou didn’t calculate price correctly! Be careful they obviously don’t keep their word or price quote !! Not sure how someone can come out telling me they been doing this for 45 years and not quote me correct or at least call and say they made a mistake!
